If they get that divine artifact, they will be able to disassemble it and turn it into the rank 7 divine flesh that they need to beco legendary telepaths. This is another reason that they can't give up on Reinfield City and the Edwin family.
Since they are already going to do it, it will be best for them to delay retribution for the Edwin family for now and use the ti to prepare.
The more they thought about it, the better their mood beca. Even Legion-8, who was greedy earlier, began to feel so anticipation. This is because the best part of their plans for revenge is that they have a lot of tangible benefits to gain from it.
It is true that the pain of others brings them pleasure, but the most pleasurable thing for Legion is growing stronger. This is why they will always prioritize benefits over revenge and will attack anyone who hasn't offended them in order to grow stronger.
Their priority is power over revenge. But if they can have both, there could be nothing better. In this case, they can have their revenge and grow stronger; there is no way that they can't be satisfied.
Legion was satisfied, but they happened to be the only one who was at this point in ti. When people heard what had happened, they beca more and more unhappy.
Legion would have kept things to themselves for as long as they could, but the machinist had a big mouth and wasn't willing to let the Golden Hamr gang look harmless to the world.
The machinist opened his mouth to tell everyone that the Golden Hamr gang was attacked by Rack, the rank 5 undying godclad, and an army of 110 people. He inford them that despite all of these preparations, Rack still lost and was killed.
It would have beco public knowledge after a while that sothing had happened to Rack and the rank 5 undying godclad. After all, there was no way that Legion was going to occupy Rack's territory in secret.
Rack's death would have surely been linked to the Golden Hamr gang. But the undying godclad's death wouldn't have been linked to them even if his disappearance was discovered.
However, the machinist made sure that everyone knew that it was the Golden Hamr gang that was responsible for it. He did so to cause trouble for Legion.
Rack should have been condemned for his actions, and so did condemn him, but many more people beca wary of the Golden Hamr gang.
Actually, this is sothing that the Golden Hamr gang couldn't escape. People would have been wary of them after Rack suddenly disappeared and the Golden Hamr gang occupied five districts.
These two things are enough for people to consider the Golden Hamr gang the highest threat because Rack alone can match rank 6 godclads, if only briefly, and because five districts is the largest amount of territory that any gang has.
In fact, there is only one other territory that has five districts under their control apart from the Golden Hamr gang. Now that the Golden Hamr gang has joined the ranks of the best of the best, it is just right that everyone takes them seriously.
But even if this would have happened, it would have been slow to take effect, and people won't know how the Golden Hamr gang defeated Rack. Most importantly, the enemies of the Golden Hamr won't know what they are capable of.
But the machinist threw all of that out the window by painting them as a big monster. He spoke about the epic leaders that he encountered, how Golden Hamr was able to match Rack, and how Golden Hamr had two pathways.
After everyone heard this, no one could underestimate the Golden Hamr gang anymore. Their new neighbor, after taking over Rack's territory, also began preparing for their attack.
Actually, everyone was preparing in one way or another. Even the largest gang, which is in control of five districts, is already alert and ready to bring them down.
While this was happening, the rank 5 undying godclad's territory beca an item of contention. The two gangs beside it laid claim to it and wanted to control it.
But unlike what the Golden Hamr gang and Rack did, these two gangs are not going to attack each other secretly. They challenged themselves openly and will have a public battle to decide the rightful ownership of the territory.
This matter grabbed everyone's attention because one of the gangs vying for control is a large gang that controls three territories. If they gain control of the Rank 5 Undying's territory, they will beco the third gang to control five territories.
No one wants to see this happen. The rank 5 undying godclad had been able to prevent this from happening because he was very difficult to kill. Now that he was gone, the vacuum he left behind could create another hegemony.
Unfortunately, the other gang is just a gang in control of one territory. A gang in control of one territory either ans that they are weak or have no interest in antagonizing people in order to accumulate more territory.
Neither one of these is good for the people who want the large gang to be stopped. So people began encouraging and supporting the small gang so that it would be able to defeat the large gang.
As it turned out, the leader of the small gang is a person like Mirlo the rchant, who was the leader of the Bright Gold gang, and Henry the beast trainer, who was the leader of the Cold Blade gang.
Neither of these two leaders wanted to go to war with another gang or expand, as it would be too much trouble. All they wanted to do was live in peace and earn more. This was one of the reasons why Golden Hamr was able to hold onto his small territory despite being rank 3.
This leader also doesn't want to expand. He especially doesn't want to gain two more territories, as that will triple his problems and make him a bigger target to be attacked.
