They ca to the farming district because they are targeting the weakest gang. The leader of the Golden Hamr gang is said to be a rank 3 giant. They got this information by asking around.
If there is anything they want to know, all they need to do is ask soone nicely and use a healthy dose of mind reading. Thanks to this ability, it doesn't matter if soone lies to them; they will still get the information they want as long as the person thinks about the information.
So they didn't even need to use Hypnotize to find the headquarters of the Golden Hamr gang. It was not until they reached the headquarters that they began using Hypnotize.

The man looked at them and narrowed his eyes in suspicion when he saw them.
Legion comnted to themselves, "This person has a sharp perception."
While they were investigating the three leaders, Golden Hamr was not happy with the interruption of his eting. He especially didn't like that it was done by a masked stranger.
He roared and slamd his fist onto the table, "Who are you and what are you doing here?"
Legion replied, "Don't we already know each other?"
Golden Hamr frowned and said, "I don't rember anyone like you."
Legion assured him, "Don't worry. By the ti I'm done with you, we will be very familiar with each other."
