Lou Xianyue was clad in a deep blue ceremonial robe with silver embroidery, his hair bound by a silver crown. His handso, noble presence was breathtaking, like a celestial lord under the moonlight.
Sang Luo wore a magnificent, form-fitting rmaid gown. The hem at the back of her waist was made of layered, wavy tulle that trailed far behind her. From a distance, it resembled a rfolk’s tail, or perhaps the shimring flow of the tide under the moonlight. Up close, one could see the intricate floral patterns finely embroidered upon it, so beautiful it seed like a celestial garnt. She looked like a figure stepping out of a painting.
Lou Xianyue stared, dumbfounded, a faint blush coloring his cheeks.
Sang Luo planted a kiss on his handso face. "Satisfied?"
He smiled. "I couldn’t be more satisfied."
He wrapped an arm around her waist and lowered his head to kiss her.
The banquet continued late into the night...
「Back in their chambers.」
Sang Luo slipped out of her heavy wedding attire, then turned and pounced on the beautiful man, pushing him onto the bed and showering him with passionate kisses.
Lou Xianyue gazed at her, his eyes deep and smoldering, filled with an overwhelming tide of love. "Sang’er..."
"On such a wonderful occasion as our wedding night, how about we try sothing different? I’m usually the one having all the fun. Tonight, let’s let Ah Ze enjoy himself for a change~" Sang Luo said, sitting on his lean, firm waist. She grinned mischievously as her fingers began to trace restless patterns on his skin.
The blush on Lou Xianyue’s face deepened. He pressed his fingers to his lips, letting out an alluring hum as his blue eyes gradually glazed over.
Soft, silver-blue scales began to spread across his waist as his long, beautiful rfolk tail materialized, flicking restlessly.
’When rfolk get aroused, their tails manifest uncontrollably. He had always suppressed it before. A rfolk’s tail, after all, has a different structure from a human’s. He didn’t want to reveal his bestial nature during their intimacy, afraid he might accidentally hurt her.’

When Sang Luo ca to wake the children for breakfast in the morning, she was just in ti to see this, and she didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.

At the ntion of food, all the little ones woke up.
Lou Xianyue’s cooking was on the lighter side—a table full of stead seafood and sashimi. Sang Luo hadn’t been used to it at first, but she had slowly grown accustod to it over ti.
"Is it our turn to celebrate the New Year at the Sea Palace again?" Lou Xianyue ntioned casually.
"That’s right. We’ve completed a full rotation, so it’s the Sea Palace’s turn again. I’ll send a ssage to Fei Yuan and the others in a bit and tell them to bring the children over. We should bring the little lion cub here, too. I’ve never had a chance to bring him ho before. This ti, he can finally et his siblings."
"That’s a wonderful idea. I haven’t t that child yet, either. I’ll go pick out a gift for him in a little while," Lou Xianyue said with a gentle smile.
"His na is Hephis. It’ll be his first ti visiting, so he might be a little shy around new people."

"I’m Brother Blue Eucalyptus, and this is my little sister, Fu Xin." Blue Eucalyptus presented his sister’s gift on her behalf—two beautiful, multicolored Gemstone Bracelets.
"I’m Little Zhenzhen, and my full na is Si Shengxin." Little Zhenzhen scratched his head. He hadn’t decided on a gift yet, so he rummaged around in his Qiankun Bag right then and there, pulling out a beautifully carved Jade Pendant to give to Hephis.
Sang Luo personally introduced the two little phoenix birds. "This chubby one’s nickna is Little Fatty Ball, and the smaller one is Little Lucky Star. They’re your younger siblings, too. Mother will give you their gift on their behalf."
Hephis was overjoyed to et so many brothers and sisters, though he was still a little reserved. But after seeing how enthusiastic everyone was, he quickly loosened up and gave them all the gifts he had prepared.
The small gifts the children exchanged weren’t particularly valuable, but it was the thought that counted, and everyone was very happy.
Hephis had grown up in the palace with few playmates. Once he got to know his siblings, all the children dashed off to play.
Lan Cang rolled up his sleeves, revealing his long, sturdy forearms, and headed to the kitchen to prepare the New Year’s Eve dinner.
"Here cos the master chef. The kids are in for a treat~" Sang Luo teased.
Lan Cang chuckled. "Just tell what you’d like to eat tonight."
"As long as you’re the one making it, I’ll love it."
"That’s not what you say when you’re being picky," he retorted.
"Hehe, I’ll co be your sous-chef."
Lou Xianyue ca over. "There’s no need. You go rest. I can help him."
Si Ye went over to help as well.
Fei Yuan, being accustod to being waited on, was self-aware enough not to go over and get in the way.
With so many children around, the New Year’s Eve dinner was incredibly sumptuous. There were over a hundred dishes, each perfect in color, aroma, and flavor. The sight alone was enough to make one’s mouth water.
The whole family sat around a large, rectangular rotating dining table.
Sang Luo took her seat at the head of the table, patted the empty space to her right, and called out to Lan Cang, "Cangcang, thank you for all your hard work! There’s a spot here. Co sit with ."
Lan Cang faltered for a mont, his eyes glancing at Fei Yuan, who was seated next to her. He then smiled. "I’m fine sitting with Little Stone and the others."
He went over to where the three Wolf Pups were, sitting diagonally across from her and quietly putting food on the children’s plates.
Little Zhenzhen hopped up onto his seat, drooling as he stared at the bubbling hot pot. "Mother, I want sliced lamb!"
"Okay, Mother will cook so for you." Sang Luo said to Si Ye as he walked over, "Get booster seats for the shorter little ones."
