Rosfield flew in, his dark red cape fluttering behind him like a battle flag or a pair of wings, making a whistling sound. He asked in a deep voice, "Captain Chen, what exactly are you worried about?"

Had it been in the nature of the "Ancient Slumbering Race," he would not have been so patient; he would have already bared his fangs at Chen Gu and roared.

However, similar to how he had subdued Modric on Sol Star, Chen Gu's consistent demonstrations of "foresight" throughout this journey had earned Rosfield's recognition. Especially when facing danger, Rosfield valued Chen Gu's opinion even more.

Chen Gu took a deep breath. "I'm worried that we're doing exactly what these moss monsters want us to do, step by step!"

Chen Gu's gaze was resolute. "Give ten minutes—I'll go in and see exactly what tricks these monsters have up their sleeves!"

A ripple of light flashed to the side, and Modric arrived as well. He looked at the neatly arranged giant pod nests, his eyes still carrying the faint yellow afterglow of "Quantum Divination," and said, "I can 'see' how terrible these things are. Once they hatch, even Close Range Attack Ships will be ripped to shreds in their madness. They will burst into the Star Sea and attack our fleet!"

Rosfield beca even more anxious. Modric continued, "Captain Chen, whatever you want to do, I'm afraid you don't have ten minutes. I've divined it; you have at most... five minutes."

Chen Gu nodded. "Okay!"

All along the way, Chen Gu had been conserving his strength, and now was the ti to use it. A dark red glow flowed over his body as the "Heavy Core Armor" enveloped him completely. The "Father-Son Sword" in his hand emitted layers of energy fluctuations, the "Destructive Nuclear Carmine Sword" technique ready to be unleashed!

Two double-headed laser swords floated behind him, controlled by the skills of a "Quantum Wizard" stored in the Secret Nest.

At the sa ti, the other professional skills within the "Secret Nest" were also ready to be activated at any mont.

Chen Gu's eyes, hidden behind the "Heavy Core Armor," showed sheer determination. With a sweep of his long sword, a huge crimson sword light slashed at the giant poison nest. Simultaneously, the two double-headed laser swords hovering behind him whizzed and spun, slicing through the air.

The poison nest split off two eyes to look at Chen Gu—and as the two eyes focused, a corresponding force crushed down upon him.

The surrounding moss suddenly transford into a swarm of butterflies, mosquitoes, flies, and venomous bees. With a thunderous sound, they ford a huge storm sweeping toward Chen Gu.

The scale of it was even larger than the moss flies they had seen attacking a squad earlier in the building.

On the ground, moss pythons erged, opening their terrifying maws filled with concentric rows of sharp teeth, all lunging to bite Chen Gu.

Chen Gu charged forward, seemingly devoid of fear, boldly slaughtering his way in.

Unleashing the "Destructive Nuclear Carmine Sword," streaks of crimson sword light hundreds of ters long exploded continuously, instantly incinerating the moss monsters to ashes!

The two double-headed laser swords sliced back and forth, severing the moss pythons on the ground.

Chen Gu's figure flickered, pale blue energy ripples shimred, and he disappeared, sword and all, into the interior of the poison nest!

A sense of admiration welled up in the colonel and the warriors. This is the spirit of the 'Volunteer Warrior,' generous and valiant!

Modric and Rosfield exchanged glances and said simultaneously, "Let's try to distract and restrain it for him as much as possible!"

As the two high Energy Level professionals acted, the poison nest had to divert eight eyes to watch them.

But even in the midst of battle, the two were still uneasy. Should they support Chen Gu?

Five minutes could an the difference between success and utter failure, possibly ruining the current large-scale engagent. If they allowed the poison nest to succeed, it could lead to a catastrophic disaster for humanity!

They couldn't help but look towards the poison nest. Its pale white eyeballs appeared very calm, yet after Chen Gu rushed into it, there was no news of him.

Captain Chen, you must not let us down... The two high Energy Level professionals prayed silently.

In the starry sky, within the flagship, Marshal Ostia agonized over his decision.

He still wanted to trust his "intuition," but the generals around him were advising against it, and their argunts were all logical.

Before him was a large holographic projection screen, constantly receiving ssages—frontline Close Range Attack Ship captains were requesting to engage in battle.

Marshal Ostia hesitated.

Chen Gu, however, found himself in unprecedented difficulty!

After entering the poison nest, he was shocked to find that his "Father-Son Sword," double-headed laser swords, and the Secret Nest had suddenly stopped working!

It was the ability of the "Microscopic Analyst"!

If it could render two heaven-grade numbered artifacts ineffective, then neutralizing his own equipnt posed no challenge for it.

Now, Chen Gu could only rely on his own abilities to fight. Giant tubular mouthparts shot at him from all directions, and in the shadows, countless dangers lurked, ready to strike!

Chen Gu felt a surge of panic. He might directly trigger a "Biological Nuclear Explosion"—but if he really did that, how would it be any different from using an Antimatter Bomb?

Chen Gu clenched his teeth, relying on his various abilities to dodge the surrounding attacks as he rushed towards the deepest part of the poison nest.

There must be that kind of biological structure. Once I find it, I can understand the true purpose of these moss monsters! Chen Gu continually encouraged himself, firming up his resolve.
