Leo took another deep sigh as he looked around the silent room before pushing his hair back.

Eight different sets of eyes were completely focused on him as if waiting for him to pull out a magic solution for the song choice from thin air.

Since he was unable to do that, he first passed out the lyric sheet before picking up the large whiteboard and writing the main positions on it.

Leader, Center, and Main Dancer went to one side since they had no direct impact on the song part distribution right now.

Main vocalist, lead vocalist, sub vocalist 1, sub vocalist 2, sub vocalist 3, sub vocalist 4, sub vocalist 5, main rapper, and lead rapper went to the other side according to the lyric distribution that he had received.

While it was just a start, it would be best to divvy up the song according to the positions first before trying to figure out anything else.

That’s what Rex, who was the lead trainee at ST-Entertainnt, would do, and Leo planned on imitating him to the best of his abilities.

"For now, let’s introduce ourselves, our current class specialization, and our preferred positions. Once everyone is on the board, we can discuss and test the parts out with the song before finalizing everything. I’m Leo, rapper, my preferred position is Main rapper, and naturally, since I picked the team, I’m the Leader. Any problems with that?"

Leo looked around the room, making eye contact with Caleb and Ian, who looked as if they wanted to say sothing before eventually keeping their mouths shut after having the twins and Suzuki Rei glare at them.

Since the rest of the room was quiet, Leo put his na down as Leader and next to the Main Rapper before looking at the person who sat next to him.

"I’m Minho, vocals, I want to be the Main Vocalist and the Center." One of the twins Ari had t briefly spoke next.

As Leo was writing the na down, Minho’s identical twin brother began speaking.

"I’m Minjun, rapper, I want to be the Main Rapper, Center, and Main Dancer."

At the triple request, Leo’s eyebrow twitched but he wrote down the na before glancing at the next person.

"Rei, vocals. I want to be the Main Vocalist, Center, and Main Dancer." Suzuki Rei, the Japanese boy with the red and black two-block haircut who had taken out his lip piercing spoke out with a smug smile as he looked around, eting the faces of everyone.

He was acting like he had already gotten the positions.

Leo’s eyebrow twitched once more, but he dutifully wrote down the na in the requested positions, the letters getting smaller and smaller as the whiteboard filled up.

"I’m Ian, vocals, I want to be the Main Vocalist, Center, and Main Dancer." Ari’s forr roommate spoke up.

"I’m Gale, vocals, I want to be the Main Vocalist, Center, and Main Dancer."

"I’m Caleb, vocals, I want to be the Main Vocalist, Center, Lead Rapper, and Main Dancer."

Hearing Caleb list out four positions, Leo’s face almost scrunched up in anger, but he sohow made it smooth once more.

"I’m Alfonso, rapper, Main Rapper or Main Vocals, Center, and Main Dancer." The Brazilian boy with the long hair said while flipping his luscious, long hair back as je smiled.

As Leo’s brow wrinkled once more, and he opened his mouth to speak-

"I’m Ari, vocals, I want the Main Vocals position." Ari concisely interrupted him, so he could get his point out before things got derailed.

From the small amount of research he had done, Ari found out that the Main Vocalist got the most impactful vocal parts of the song, while the Lead Vocalist and sub-vocalists got fewer and fewer parts as the number increased.

The Main Rapper and Leader Rapper were similar, while the Main dancer was the best dancer on the team.

Since Ari didn’t consider himself a rapper or a good dancer, those two positions were quickly ignored.

The person who was marked as the Center was often front and center in all of the choreography and since his dance stat was pitiful to say the least and his face would still be painted white which clearly attracted enough attention, Ari planned on avoiding that position like the plague so he could avoid being criticized by the public.

Truthfully, after his past week of group work, Ari had no interest in doing anything extra during the performance.

He just wanted to secure the best possible part for himself and learn the choreography so that he could perform to the best of his ability and appeal to the general public, as public voting was about to start soon.

To accomplish that, it ant getting the Main Vocal position by any ans necessary, even if it ant giving sobody a hard ti.

Despite Leo looking frustrated and ready to blow up, Ari didn’t plan to change his choice just to make the other boy’s life easier.

For once, he wanted to do the best thing for himself and let soone else deal with the stress of keeping the team on track to success.

Since Leo ca from Benjamin’s team, which seed very cohesive and had even won, Ari decided to have faith in him and his ability to handle team stress.

And as he saw Leo reading over the empty spots in all of the sub-vocal and sub-rapper positions while everybody was piled in the Main Rapper, Main Vocalist, Main Dancer, and Center Positions, Ari knew that Leo would be dealing with a lot of stress this go around.

As expected, Leo put the whiteboard down on the ground a bit harder than needed while looking around the room with a frown.

"Are all of you serious? You all plan on auditioning for the main vocalist, main dancer, and center?" Everybody in the room nodded seriously, and Leo bit his lip.

He had thought that everybody would know their skill level and choose the correct position for themselves, which is why he had picked a vocalist from each grade level, but it seed that everyone was being selfish, including the trainees who ca along with him from ST-entertainnt.

It was bad enough that he had chosen such a terrible song, but wasting ti on choosing positions instead of figuring out how to transform the bubbly ballerina pop song into sothing that 9 n could perform without embarrassnt was more important.

Especially with a mid-week performance for the judges happening in 5 days.

Feeling a bit stressed, especially in his newfound position as Leader, Leo tried convincing them to change their minds.

"Guys, we don’t have ti for this, we need to quickly divide the parts, co up with our concept, and spend the next 2 days practicing for the signal song filming and the 2 days after that preparing for the midweek review with the judges. Are you sure none of you want to consider becoming a sub-vocalist or sub-rapper? The center can be decided once we begin learning the choreography and decide our performance direction, but we really don’t have ti to go back and forth about positions."

As all of his teammates stared at him with expressions that said their minds hadn’t changed in the slightest, Leo threw his hands up in frustration, before rembering the cara and smiling through gritted teeth.

"Fine, let’s spend 20 minutes listening to the song, and we’ll begin with the vocal position assignnts since so many of you want to be the main vocal so badly."

Ari glanced at his frustrated team leader before focusing his eyes on the lyric sheet in front of him as the music began to play.

He planned on thoroughly morizing the whole song and doing his best to claim the Main Vocal position.

As for what ca after that.

Sorry, he was a regular team mber now.

His brain was turned off.
