Chapter 383: Chapter 383: Qiaoqiao, I Was Wrong

Li Yehan’s single comnt left Chen Xinwan and Bai Zhenyang feeling incredibly awkward.

Bai Zhenyang awkwardly tried to explain, “Ye Han, that’s not what I ant. I really have high hopes for you. I just…”

Bai Zhenyang hesitated for a long while before continuing, “I just feel that, well, what if you don’t treat Qiaoqiao well? You know she’s my only daughter, and I treasure her like a priceless gem.”

“Don’t worry, Uncle. Qiaoqiao is more important to than my own life. I genuinely love her.”

Chen Xinwan asked, “During breakfast, I noticed Qiaoqiao didn’t seem very happy. What’s going on?”

Li Yehan initially wanted to confess the truth but worried that Chen Xinwan and Bai Zhenyang would figure out that he’d climbed over the wall into the Bai Family’s house.

If they found out, would he ever be able to climb over the wall again to see Qiaoqiao?

So, Li Yehan explained to them, “Uncle, Auntie, I hope to marry Qiaoqiao sooner, but she disagreed and got upset.”

Bai Zhenyang and Chen Xinwan exchanged glances. Was it really because of this?

Bai Zhenyang said, “Qiaoqiao has a point. She’s still young, and postponing the marriage is a good idea. Ye Han, you can’t pressure Qiaoqiao into marrying you.”

Chen Xinwan echoed, “Qiaoqiao is young, not rushing into marriage is better. Ye Han, don’t rush things—give both of you more ti to understand each other.”

“I’ll have a proper discussion with Qiaoqiao. I won’t do anything to make her unhappy.”

Bai Zhenyang and Chen Xinwan nodded and gave him a few more reminders before Li Yehan left.

Sitting in the car with music playing softly, Nan Qiao leaned back in her seat and closed her eyes.

Li Yehan sat down and handed Nan Qiao a bottle of milk. “Aunt Liu asked to bring this for you.”

Nan Qiao took the bottle but ignored Li Yehan.

Seeing Nan Qiao sulking, Li Yehan’s eyes filled with amusent. “Qiaoqiao, it’s my fault.”

Nan Qiao shot him an annoyed look. “What exactly did you do wrong?”

“I shouldn’t have taken the robot away. I shouldn’t have sabotaged your second brother’s hard work.”

Nan Qiao gave him a sideways glance and said unhappily, “Li Yehan, even if you don’t like robots, you should at least consider that the robot belongs to my second brother, not . What you did—how do you think my second brother feels?”

Li Yehan held Nan Qiao’s hand and apologized sincerely, “Qiaoqiao, it’s all my fault. I was wrong.”

“Drive. I want to go to my second brother’s company.”

Li Yehan promptly started the car, not daring to say another word for fear of losing the chance to take Nan Qiao wherever she wanted.

Li Yehan dropped Nan Qiao off at Bai Jingyan’s company entrance.

“Qiaoqiao, how about having dinner together tonight?”

Nan Qiao didn’t respond, stepping out of the car and walking into the company without looking back.

Li Yehan sighed heavily, knowing Qiaoqiao was still angry.

What could he do to make her forgive him?

Nan Qiao walked into Bai Jingyan’s company, followed Xiao Bai through the building, arriving at the technical departnt.

Bai Jingyan was talking to his colleagues while showing off Robot One.

Nan Qiao entered and overheard Bai Jingyan’s coworkers enthusiastically praising him.

“Boss, you’re amazing! Robot One is perfectly restored.”

“I just splashed so water on Robot One, and its waterproofing is better than ever!”

“Boss, this ti we’re definitely going to beat Ke Muran!”

“Our chance to turn things around is here!”

Bai Jingyan looked puzzled. Hearing their comnts, he felt it was all unbelievable.

“So miraculous?”

Bai Jingyan knew Nan Qiao had repaired Robot One. He hadn’t watched her fix it, and he had no idea what she did to restore it.

After bringing Robot One to the company, his coworkers discovered the robot’s remarkable improvents.

“Boss, co clean—where did you secretly learn these skills?”

Bai Jingyan explained, “Robot One wasn’t fixed by . It was my sister who repaired it. The robot had frozen and stopped working, but my sister said she had a way.”

Upon hearing this, everyone finally understood.

They were all in shock—who would have thought Bai Jingyan’s sister was so amazing?

One male coworker called out, “Boss’s sister, you’re here! You’re incredible!”

The others turned and saw Nan Qiao.

Bai Jingyan walked over, grinning widely. “Sis, why are you here?”

“Second Brother, I wanted to check if Robot One is working properly. I feel bad for causing so much trouble.”

“Sis, Robot One is doing great right now, and you didn’t cause any trouble at all. If it weren’t for your help, Robot One wouldn’t be functioning this well.”

The other coworkers gathered around and fired off questions about professional matters to Nan Qiao.

They wanted to know how Nan Qiao fixed Robot One and what changes she’d made.

Nan Qiao patiently answered each question, sharing her opinions and insights.

The group sat down to listen to Nan Qiao, all ears.

Before they realized it, two hours had passed.

They looked at Nan Qiao with admiration, utterly amazed.

“Qiaoqiao, you’re incredibly talented! Would you consider joining our company?” Sun Qian asked excitedly.

Bai Jingyan responded, “My sister has classes to attend—how could she have ti to work here?”

“Sis, where are you studying?”

Nan Qiao replied, “Qing University.”

Everyone was shocked and filled with admiration.

“Qiaoqiao, you’re amazing! You’re an inspiration!”

“Qiaoqiao, do you have a boyfriend?”

Bai Jingyan shoved the man who asked. “What’s the deal? Are you looking to introduce her to soone?”

Wang Yi chuckled. “What about ? Do you think I’m a good match?”

Bai Jingyan: “…”

Nan Qiao smiled and said, “I already have a boyfriend.”

“I’ve already told you my sister has a boyfriend. Why would you ask? The answer is no!” Bai Jingyan chid in.

Nan Qiao observed the group joking around, finding the atmosphere rather pleasant.

Nan Qiao said, “I’ve been studying robotics design too. Let share so thoughts—Robot One could be redesigned like this.”

The mont Nan Qiao pointed this out, everyone stopped laughing and focused their attention on her.

Design first, then build the robot.

Nan Qiao explained everything in detail, holding their rapt attention.

Nan Qiao was highly skilled; as she spoke, she drew diagrams and offered physical demonstrations.

Fortunately, she didn’t have classes today, allowing her to provide such detailed guidance.

Once she finished, the man who was eager to beco Nan Qiao’s boyfriend looked at her with pure awe and exclaid, “Qiaoqiao, you’re my idol!”

Bai Jingyan studied Nan Qiao’s every move, inwardly admiring his sister imnsely.

This version of Nan Qiao—she was absolutely captivating!

Nan Qiao said, “All of you should give it a try. I need to leave now—I have other things to attend to.”

Sun Qian said, “Qiaoqiao, let’s grab a al together. After talking for so long, you must be exhausted. Let us treat you.”

“No need. You’re all teammates of my second brother’s. Helping you ans helping him, so I couldn’t accept anything in return. I’ll be off now.” Nan Qiao insisted on leaving.

Bai Jingyan said, “Sis, I’ll walk you out.”

Bai Jingyan left with Nan Qiao while Sun Qian and his team enthusiastically started working.

Bai Jingyan felt as if his sister were a celestial deity who had descended to help him!

“Sis, is there anything you don’t understand?” Bai Jingyan asked seriously.
