Seeing this scene, everyone held their breath—whether it was Jeff, the assistant in the sky, the audience in front of their screens, or the high-ranking officials of the New York City Police Departnt behind the caras.

None of them had expected that what should have been the classic script of light crushing evil would experience such an abnormal twist here!

This demon actually directly chose sacrificial prayer, offering a sacrifice in his own na to a higher-ranking demon!

Most importantly, he actually succeeded in one go!

This performance—did he really manage to call out so big shot?

In the conference room, Stephen suddenly turned to look at Thomas beside him and asked, "Professor Thomas, who is this Baphot he ntioned?"

"A well-known demon, the representative of goat-headed demons, one of the seven Satans, a monarch of hell, the greater demon Baphot!" Professor Thomas said with a grave expression. "I should have thought of it, I should have thought of it! Who else could gather such complete demonic elents and just happen to be able to transform into a mist wolf... This is Baphot's gift!"

Hearing these words, everyone seed to gasp in shock. Stephen steadied his spirit and asked, "Professor, can he really summon this entity's arrival?"

"I don't know..." Professor Thomas said, "But according to so knowledge shared by Bishop Angus of California, we can tentatively determine that these powerful beings cannot truly arrive. Even if they co, it's more likely to be a descent rather than a full crossing!"

Hearing this, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. "Descent" ant finding a body to descend their will into. Although this was still bad, it was much better than them arriving in their full forms.

They didn't dare imagine how terrifying it would be if a real demon descended right beside Manhattan!

What kind of exaggerated disaster would it cause? Compared to such a disaster, 9/11 might pale in comparison.

"Chief, what should we do?" soone asked Stephen.

"Wait for instructions!" Stephen sat as steady as a mountain. He knew exactly what had happened to that deputy chief in San Diego.

Just because he went to the scene, all his body fat had been drained, and now he lay in the hospital like a desiccated corpse, needing at least several years to recover.

Stephen wasn't about to be such a fool. Since they knew sothing was coming, they should just watch. In matters like these, unless the Mayor, Governor, and President spoke up, how dare he make a move?

Since even the chief was backing down, everyone present naturally had no intention of stepping forward either. They silently closed their mouths and continued watching.

After all, going over there wouldn't change anything. They might as well wait for the big shots' arrangents first!

...

The situation on the ground was truly perplexing. Jeff on the rooftop was so shocked he didn't dare move, while the prison guards beneath his feet slowly retreated into the building behind them when the pentagram appeared.

They had the courage to attack the demon alongside the "knight" before them, but under these circumstances, they lost that bravery and quickly hid inside the building behind them.

anwhile, Leon dismissed the glowing steed beneath him, holding the shining spear in his hand, frowning deeply as he stared intently at the monster before him.

He didn't dare launch an attack recklessly either, because when the other party began praying, he felt an incredibly exaggerated mighty power slowly gathering before him.

Even though the demon still looked exactly the sa as before, with no changes at all, it still made his temples throb.

It was a danger warning, or more accurately, a crisis premonition!

A gaze was fixed on him, making him afraid to act rashly.

The next second, the "demon" reopened his eyes, looking around with curiosity. "Wow, what kind of threat made my little darling pay such a great price to summon my descent?"

The demon spoke, and under everyone's watchful eyes, he slowly shrank his body, reducing from a four-to-five-ter-tall figure to a normal height of over one ter—if you ignored his demonic appearance.

"Who are you!" Leon shouted loudly, appearing full of righteousness.

"Who am I? You don't recognize ?" The demon looked at Leon with surprise. "Oh... a completely pure soul. It seems your atonent has ended!"

The demon seed to appreciate him greatly, actually taking two more steps forward to approach Leon. "Hmm! This face, this soul—I haven't mistaken the person!"

Leon was certainly not soone with a good temper. Without hesitation, he thrust the Spear of Light forward into the demon's body.

Black blood and special black flas appeared together on the demon's body as the Spear of Light pierced completely through him!

But he looked utterly delighted, even narrowing his eyes. "Mmm... this is exactly the feeling, no mistake!"

Yes, even though he was clearly injured and bleeding, his expression seed to be enjoying it!

Leon couldn't take it anymore and stabbed twice more, creating three holes in the demon before him.

These injuries were more severe than all the damage they had previously inflicted on Remus, but in this "descender's" eyes, they elicited no reaction whatsoever.

He gently pinched the light spear. The white light seed to have consciousness, scorching his fingers and producing wisps of black smoke.

Yet he still acted as if completely unaware, pulling out the light spear and directly snatching it from Leon's hands!

Under everyone's gaze, he held the light spear in his hand, causing his body to emit even thicker black smoke, as if he were being lted by the light spear.

To those watching from outside, he seed to be torturing himself—until he gripped the middle section of the light spear and gave it a fierce squeeze!

"Bang!" Like the sound of shattering glass, the spear made of light was crushed into fragnts in his hand, scattering downward.

But the scattering was only temporary. The demon extended two fingers and shook them, causing these light spear fragnts to rise from the ground and shoot out in all directions!

Jeff watched this scene curiously from the rooftop, wondering what he was doing, until one fragnt ca before him and shattered the searchlight above his head.

"Bang!" A shattering sound rang out, but when Jeff looked up, he discovered that the entire island had completely plunged into darkness!

The audience and people in the live stream also noticed this scene, staring in astonishnt at the completely black screen.

Then, this greater demon's voice appeared in every viewer's ears: "Hello viewers, welco to hell!"

"Damn!"

"Shit!"

"My god!"

"My God!"

For a mont, everyone felt an inexplicable horror wash over them. Had they been discovered by this "demon"?

Just then, everyone saw the demon's head on their screens, the eerie glow emanating from the goat head, smiling at them.

A "sizzling" sound rang in every live stream viewer's ears as their phones, computers, and television screens burned out, leaving only a strange goat head emitting a red glow!

"Hiss..." Sounds of gasping shock ca from everyone!

If the previous scenes could still be explained as so "performance" or special effects, then what was this current scene?

Terrified screams erupted in every viewer's room!

And the next second in the prison, Jeff discovered that the darkness before him had disappeared. Red ground and a massive pentagram array appeared before them, the eerie red light making the entire area appear extraordinarily dazzling.

Red and black flas burned around the demon's body as a massive obsidian throne slowly rose from the pentagram, lifting him up!

The demon had turned off the lights but had turned on different ones instead.

The eerie red glow, the massive pentagram magic array, accompanied by the demon's throne, seed to have constructed an altar in the darkness.

Although the three pierced wounds on his chest still shimred with white light, showing no intention of healing.

But everyone already knew he wouldn't die. That he didn't heal was simply because he didn't care—it was an indescribable power and terror that could be felt through sight alone!

He hadn't killed a single person, hadn't uttered any threatening words, and was even bearing injuries, yet he still radiated an inexplicable fear!

Baphot sat on the throne like this, looking down at the man before him, and chuckled lightly, "Long ti no see, my Grand Commander!"
