Chapter 879: Chapter 879: Impossible to Rember Wrong_1 Chapter 879: Chapter 879: Impossible to Rember Wrong_1 The checkout lanes at the supermarket were long, and Purple Sumrs followed at Alexander Sumrs’ side, feeling quite odd.
Zack Wallace was a very cautious person. If Alexander’s symptoms weren’t serious, Zack wouldn’t have concluded it was amnesia.
So…
If he truly forgot the past, would it affect their relationship?
Purple Sumrs cared about this a lot…
She tilted her head up slightly to gaze at Alexander’s profile—his handso eyebrows, the striking jawline, his whole being exuded an approachable coldness, which girls found especially charming.
A few young girls in the adjacent line were stealing glances at him.
Purple said nothing as she slipped her hand into the pocket of Alexander’s hoodie.
Alexander looked down at her.
“My hands are a bit cold,” Purple said.
Alexander then put his own hand into his jacket pocket, warmly enveloping her small hand with his palm.
Those scrutinizing gazes retracted.
Alexander lightly scratched the center of her hand, his voice very low, “Satisfied now?”
Purple’s cheeks turned a light shade of red as she muttered softly, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Alexander didn’t speak, but the corners of his mouth lifted in a smile.
When paying, Alexander picked up a box of condoms from the cashier’s rack and tossed it lightly into the shopping basket, causing Purple’s face to turn even redder.
…
After shopping, the two returned ho, cooked together, ate together, and leaned on the sofa to watch TV.
Without realizing what show it was, they had finished an episode in a daze when Alexander suggested going back to their room for a nap.
Purple awkwardly said, “I’m not sleepy. I want to watch a bit more…”
“We’ll watch in the room,” Alexander replied.
There was a TV in the bedroom, too.
Still, Purple dragged her feet, unwilling to move. She had a lot on her mind she wanted to say but hesitated, unsure of how to start.
Alexander, too impatient to wait, scooped her up horizontally and headed upstairs.
“Wait, wait a second!” Purple panicked, “I’m not ready yet!”
Alexander kicked the door open with his foot and tossed her onto the bed before stripping off his shirt. “You don’t need to be prepared for this. I’m all the preparation needed,” he said.
Purple was anxious, “We… let’s talk! Alexander… I think we should talk first!”
Alexander, having taken off his own, began to undress Purple, “Talk about what?”
“Do… do you rember my na?” Purple asked, panicked.
Alexander couldn’t help but laugh, “You’re Suzanne Saunders. How could I possibly forget your na?”
Purple pressed on, “Then do you rember how we got together?”
Seeing her dwell on this issue, Alexander’s expression darkened slightly, “Don’t you believe ?”
“I believe!” Purple wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face in his shoulder, “I believe you love , but I am worried about your health. What will I do if you truly forget everything from the past? Alexander, I’m scared!”
Alexander’s breath hitched.
He was still for a long mont.
After a while, Alexander pulled Purple back slightly, looking earnestly into her eyes, “I did forget so things, but I’m not amnesiac. I rember we went to the sa high school, got together after graduation, you said you liked ginkgo trees, how beautiful they are in their golden autumn splendor, so I bought this house, planted a ginkgo tree outside, I like to kiss you under that tree… I love you, Purple,” he said.
Purple’s eyes reddened, and she clung to him. Her throat felt as if it was choked up, “Alexander, you’re so silly.”
At her reaction, Alexander looked perplexed and asked, “Did I say sothing wrong?”
Purple, heart-aching, lifted her head to kiss him and held his face, “Look at , think hard. Am I Suzanne Saunders? Do I look like her?”
An unusual emotion flickered in Alexander’s deep black eyes as he looked at Purple’s face as if he was seeing sothing beyond her.
“But I saw the photos… the ones downstairs, the ones in the room, they match my mory. I can’t be wrong.”
