Gavin froze for a mont before realizing whom Gerald was referring to as sister-in-law, his brows furrowing even more, “What happened?”
“Uh…” Gerald stamred, “Just co back quickly, I can’t handle this…”
In the latter part of the conversation, Gavin heard his mother on the phone, urging tearfully, “What did your brother say? When is he coming back?”
Gerald comforted, “He’ll, he’ll co back soon! Mom, don’t cry anymore… Sister-in-law, you calm down too…”
Hanging up the phone, Gavin silently held his head in his hand…

After returning ho, as soon as Gavin entered the living room, he saw Mrs. Graves sitting on the sofa with red-rimd eyes.
Gerald was sitting next to her, softly comforting her, while on the other side of the sofa was Zenaida Richards, arms crossed and looking angrily puffed up.
Seeing her pillar of support, Mrs. Graves’ tears welled up again as she cried to Gavin, “I told you yesterday, this woman can’t be married! Look at what she’s like! Huh?!”
Gavin asked, “Don’t worry, how did Zenaida make you angry?”
“Let her say it herself!” Mrs. Graves was furious.
Gavin looked at Cherry.
Cherry turned her face away, letting out a soft snort from her nose.
Mrs. Graves was even more upset, pointing at Zenaida Richards, “Look at her! What kind of attitude is that?! Who has a daughter-in-law this unruly?!!”
“Hey! Old woman! Have you cursed enough?!” Cherry stood up in a fury, hands on her hips, glaring angrily, “You’ve been cursing since dinner! I’ve put up with you long enough!”
Mrs. Graves cried, “Did you hear that? Did you all hear that? Gavin, when you’re not ho, she’s like this to ! Calling old woman!”
“Zenaida Richards.” Gavin’s face darkened, “Apologize.”
Cherry bit her lip, hatred in her eyes, “None of you are good people, you don’t like ! I don’t like you either! I’m not staying here anymore!”
With that, she stord out, not even putting on her shoes!
“Zenaida Richards!” Gavin grabbed her by the arm.
“I said, my na is Cherry! It’s Cherry!” She was furious, struggling a few tis but unable to break free from Gavin’s grasp, she cursed, “Without , you’ll just wait to die! It will drain your internal organs! Drain your brain! Drain every drop of your blood! You’ll die horribly! Super duper horribly!!!”
