Chapter 1121: Chapter 1121 Ghost_1

On the street, a woman wore a peaked cap, its brim pressed low, her head slightly bowed, making it difficult to see her face.

Passersby who walked by her all covered their noses, sensing an unusual and foul stench nearby that, under the scorching sun, made them feel nauseous.

She arrived at an outer courtyard wall and nimbly and effortlessly climbed over, carefully avoiding the places with electronic alarms, as if she was incredibly familiar with her surroundings, heading straight for a two-story villa.

Outside the house, sunlight flooded the area, but inside, it was gloomy and chillingly cold.

The woman entered the house, closed the door, and the next instant, seed as if all her strength had been drained, and she slumped to the ground.

She lifted her head, trying hard to see, but could only make out the man’s black shoe surface and the black trouser leg.

“Had enough fun outside?” Nathaniel Sumrs’ voice was emotionless. He walked over, crouched down to look at her for a mont, and then reached out to remove the woman’s cap.

There was a dark, black hole in her otherwise smooth forehead.

“I made a mistake,” the woman said.

Nathaniel Sumrs let out a slight sigh, picked her up, and placed her on the couch, “Endure it for a few days, there’s no suitable body for you to use at the mont.”

The woman didn’t speak, her eyes road, glancing outside.

After a short while, there was a knock, and a voice gently rose, “Uncle, I… I’m coming in.”

The door opened, and light stread in.

Laura Sumrs entered with a trembling hand carrying a lunch box, but dared not venture further in.

She left the lunch box at the entrance, and said to Nathaniel Sumrs, “Uncle, this is lunch… I will co back in the evening.”

Nathaniel Sumrs humd softly in response, “Laura, you’ve worked hard these days.”

Laura Sumrs squeezed out a smile, “It’s nothing, Uncle. Rest assured and stay here, nobody will know you’re here…”

Who would have thought that Nathaniel Sumrs, a fugitive, had silently returned to Clearwater, settling in the Sumrs Family’s deserted villa…

Laura left quietly, closing the door behind her.

Nathaniel Sumrs slightly looked up and, seeing the woman on the sofa still staring at the door, his eyes deepened with a touch of displeasure, yet his tone remained as flat as ever, “Do not touch Laura or Yolanda Sumrs. For everyone else, suit yourself.”

The woman smiled faintly and asked him, “Why does she listen to you like that?”

“If it wasn’t for , she would still be locked up in the ntal asylum,” Nathaniel Sumrs said as he picked up the lunch box from the entrance and slowly brought it over.

“I won’t touch them,” the woman said softly, her voice soft as if she were whining, “Go find Jeremy Jennings, ask him for another female killer for to use, okay?”

Killers have a heavy murderous aura and tend to act alone; such bodies are the best to use, and she quite liked it.

Nathaniel Sumrs, his face expressionless, began undoing the buttons on her blouse, and seeing the mottling of the livor mortis becoming increasingly noticeable, he turned to get a foundation cream, carefully applying it to her body.

“Jeremy Jennings doesn’t trust anymore, it’s pointless to look for him again. If you like soone with good skills, be patient. When I make my appearance, he will send killers after , although… I can’t say if the ones sent will be male or female,” Nathaniel Sumrs said, lifting his gaze to look at her, “But it’s only for temporary use anyway, you shouldn’t mind the gender.”

The woman was noncommittal, speaking softly, “It’s strange how people act, initially wanting to use us to commit murder. But once we’ve killed, they beco suspicious and fear we might do the sa to them. It’s quite contradictory.”

“Fretting over gains and losses, being paranoid, it’s all human nature, nothing unusual,” Nathaniel Sumrs finished applying the cream and began rebuttoning her blouse, speaking indifferently, “Weren’t you a human before, too?”

The woman shook her head, “That old man kept confined in the mountains for many years, I can hardly rember what it feels like to be human…”

After speaking, she lifted her gaze to Nathaniel Sumrs, tilting her head as she asked, “Nathaniel, you’ve been taking care of for quite so ti, how co you never gave a na?”
