"Good," Temujin Lei replied, refocusing his attention on the battlefield, though his brow remained creased with concern.

"Can Jiheon Yang withstand this attack? It looks like they’re aiming to push Amalia into using the eighth strike," Renshu Cahng asked, catching himself as he quickly corrected her wording, having noticed Kenny Lin’s glare.

"That depends," Jirandal Tang replied, "on whether he has any hidden cards to play. If he can withstand this strike and Amalia just happens to know the eighth blade, they might get what they want."

"But even if they figure it out, so what?" Taeseon Lei comnted coldly. "If they couldn’t protect their own secrets, it’s their problem."

Renshu Cahng turned his head to Kenny Lin. "Martial uncle, what do you think Amalia’s plan is to win?"

Kenny Lin cast a sidelong glance, faint disdain showing in his gaze, though not overtly. "You’ve been watching all this ti and still don’t get it?"

"We don’t know her as well," Eunbyeol Ling explained, genuinely curious about Amalia’s strategy, especially given the stark difference in power.

Sothing in her explanation seed to ease Kenny Lin’s expression a fraction. "You only need to know that she doesn’t waste any moves," he replied.

"Renshu Cahng, did I say sothing wrong?" Eunbyeol Ling asked in a private voice transmission.

Renshu Cahng was embarrassed, unable to reveal the real reason, as he’d guessed that Kenny Lin’s possessiveness was simply unusually strong. He likely felt pleased when other people admitted they didn’t know Amalia very well.

"No, martial uncle’s emotions are always a bit hard to read."

Eunbyeol Ling nodded in agreent. n could indeed be more challenging to understand than won.

"So, does that an Amalia’s prior aggressive moves against Jiheon Yang held so hidden purpose?" Seongwoo Jin narrowed his phoenix eyes thoughtfully.

Jinhwa Hou suddenly spoke up. "Look at Jiheon Yang—he seems to be in trouble."

Everyone’s gaze turned to him simultaneously.

Jiheon Yang was drenched in cold sweat, a horrifying realization dawning on him. His spiritual energy had been disrupted, moving agonizingly slowly, and much of it was leaking out uncontrollably.

He quickly focused inward, searching for the problem, and what he found left him in utter despair.

Previously, Amalia’s fierce attacks had targeted Jiheon Yang’s ridians each ti her blade’s energy struck him. Though it appeared chaotic, her strikes had in fact been ticulously aid at his Eight Extraordinary ridians, with so wounds intentionally compounded on top of others.

It was precisely these accumulating wounds that had damaged his ridians. A single blade strike alone would not have achieved this effect.

Jiheon Yang had only now realized the true extent of his injuries. Amalia’s relentless attacks had given him no chance to use his own techniques earlier. If not for this, he might have detected the damage sooner.

As the lightning ceased, the thunderclouds above dispersed, revealing a radiant sun behind them. Golden rays poured down like a shower of light from the heavens.

Amalia lightly tapped the ground with her foot, her figure vanishing in an instant as she shot towards the terrified, sweat-drenched Jiheon Yang like a streak of lightning.

With his spiritual energy leaking out uncontrollably, Jiheon Yang frantically retrieved a defensive amulet.

Just like Seonho Ming before, Jiheon Yang’s distress was unnoticed by others who assud he planned to block Amalia’s attack with defense and then counter with a powerful strike.

He not only pulled out a defensive shield but also wore a golden defensive robe that, though appearing like ordinary attire, glead brightly enough to reveal its magical nature.

"Does Jiheon Yang really need to go this far?" So spectators were puzzled; his preparations seed excessive.

"Wait, sothing seems wrong with Jiheon Yang. What’s happening to him?"

Gradually, everyone began to notice Jiheon Yang’s unusual state. The terror on his face was barely concealed.

Up in the sky, Elder Wong’s eyes narrowed, quickly discerning Jiheon Yang’s problem, his expression turning grave.

"That disciple from the Green Lotus Sect has sothing strange about her blade. Jiheon Yang’s body is compromised; his spiritual energy is pouring out of him. He can’t perform any strong techniques and is forced to rely solely on defense!"

Sect Leader Mao and Yokhunan Shao’s faces imdiately changed, and they exclaid in disbelief, "How can this be?"

"There’s sothing about this blade technique that reminds of soone," Elder Wong said grimly.

"Who?" everyone asked imdiately.

"Many of you younger folks may not rember, but it resembles the style of the woman called Senior Tian Wuya, a figure who vanished years ago. Only those of us from the older generation know of her. This little girl’s technique closely resembles to that Tian Wuya’s style." Elder Wong’s shoulders slumped slightly as he let out a heavy sigh.

"But didn’t you say Senior Tian Wuya disappeared long ago? Perhaps it’s just a coincidence," Sect Leader Mao replied, recalling Senior Tian Wuya’s legendary reputation.

"Let’s hope so. I rember whenever her struck, her opponents were left fearing for their lives. This disciple’s cultivation isn’t high enough to reach that level... but still," Elder Wong said with a hint of resignation, "Jiheon Yang is certain to lose. There’s no need for this match to continue."

Just as he spoke, Amalia’s blade struck Jiheon Yang’s shield.

The shield trembled under the imnse impact, and lightning from Amalia’s blade coursed through it, striking Jiheon Yang directly, forcing him back several steps with a look of utter shock.

He had fought alongside Senior Brothers Lei and Senior Brothers Ming, even withstood their Seventh Blade of the Eight God Blade, so he was well-acquainted with its power. Yet Amalia’s technique felt sohow different, stronger.

The shield, unable to bear the force, began to crack, the lines spreading like a spiderweb. Just as the blade’s light raced toward Jiheon Yang and was about to strike him, Elder Wong intervened.

With a wave of his hand, Amalia’s blade light shattered and vanished within half a breath.

"That’s enough. You’ve won."

Jiheon Yang was stunned. He hadn’t even launched an attack—how had he lost so quickly? His lips moved as if to protest, but the Sect Leader’s cold gaze silenced him.
