Kenny Lin frowned. "You know about that? Oh, right. Since Master Lian could see you, I guess you lr Master could also see . He’s so stingy."
"How was he stingy?" Amalia asked.

Inside, the furniture was covered in dust since they had been gone for four months. With a simple spell, Amalia cleaned the room, making it look spotless, even better than using a cloth.
"That troubleso Nephew Qing always ruins my plans," Kenny Lin muttered softly, holding the jade box.
anwhile, in the main hall of the sect, Sect Leader Qing sneezed in front of his disciple.
"Master, are you okay?" Jirandai Tang asked with concern. If it weren’t for the Golden Solarian Tree fruits, he would still be in seclusion.
Unlike Renshu Chang, who was always busy with sect duties, Jirandai Tang was more of a dedicated disciple, never involving himself in the day-to-day affairs of the sect.
"It’s nothing, probably just caught a cold," Sect Leader Qing replied casually, though in his heart, he thought, Soone’s definitely talking about behind my back.
"Master, you’re at the Deity Transformation stage! How could you catch a cold?" Jirandai Tang exclaid in shock.
"Oh, well, maybe soone’s thinking about ," Sect Leader Qing said, secretly missing his second disciple.
If it were Renshu Chang here, he would have known his master was lying and wouldn’t have asked more questions. Knowing how Sect Leader Qing acted, it was highly unlikely anyone was thinking about him, which is why Renshu Chang was more suited to be the next sect leader than Jirandai Tang.
"I see. Well, I’ll return to my seclusion, then," Jirandai Tang bowed before leaving.
"Yes, go on, go on," Sect Leader Qing said, waving his hand tiredly.
Not long after Jirandai Tang left, Qing ixiang sneaked into the room, glancing behind her nervously as if she was afraid of being seen.
"Father, has Senior Brother left?"
"He’s gone. You usually follow him around like a shadow, but today you’re avoiding him. What’s going on?" Sect Leader Qing asked, imdiately seeing through his daughter’s intentions.
