Kenny Lin didn’t hesitate, "I believe you’re right."
Amalia remained silent for a mont, "So you think the reason for Earth’s future destruction isn’t the marine-type mutated creatures?"
"There’s another reason," Kenny Lin said with a knowing smile.
"And what’s that?"
"Not all mutated creatures are united in their opinions. Just as there are those who love to fight, there are those who despise it. A mature biological community inevitably has diversity."
Amalia looked at him in surprise, "Impressive, you can actually say sothing so insightful."
Kenny Lin’s confident expression changed instantly. He complained, "What do you an? Are you saying that, in your eyes, I’m usually an idiot?"
"You said it yourself; I didn’t say that," Amalia imdiately denied.
Kenny Lin puffed up with indignation.
Amalia thought to herself, claiming you’re not an idiot, yet with such a handso, pleasing face, you act like a child.
Aren’t you afraid of ruining your good looks?
"By your logic, the Goblasharks clan is probably one of those opposing parties to that mutated creature’s way of handling things. But what kind of disagreent could they have?"
Amalia got straight to the point.
"There’s one thing I don’t understand. If Dad is right and that thing really destroys the Earth, the Goblasharks won’t survive either," she continued.
"For the strong, if Earth is destroyed, they can still survive in space. With their strength, the Goblasharks at Level 15 could likely break through before the Earth is dood."
Speaking of space, Amalia had a lot to say, "Surviving in space isn’t that easy. There are too many uncertainties."
She had witnessed the explosion of two planets, and the sight was still incredibly awe-inspiring.
"Of course. No one is more qualified to speak on this than my girlfriend," Kenny Lin complinted her without hesitation.
Amalia was long used to his flattery and continued with the serious topic, "Since there are factions among the mutated creatures, it would be more beneficial to us. Before they notice us, we need to move quickly. If the people sent by the higher-ups alarm them, the security here will definitely be tighter."
The two of them continued forward, passing through the Goblashark territory into a relatively calm area.
This was the domain of another high-level marine-type mutated creature.
Since it wasn’t there, they passed through it without much trouble.
At this point, Wealth felt an even stronger resonance.
Monts ago, Wealth had been quietly nestled in Kenny Lin’s arms, with only its head poking out.
Suddenly, it beca restless, chattering noisily until Kenny Lin gave it a tap on the head to quiet it down.
"It seems we’re getting closer to the large black fragnt," Amalia noted, sensing Wealth’s agitation and growing more serious.
The closer they got, the more dangerous it beca.
From now on, every move they made had to be extrely cautious.
Kenny Lin also grew serious, "I’ll go ahead and scout the surrounding area first. You find a place to wait for ."
"I’ll go with you. We agreed on this," Amalia refused without hesitation.
Kenny Lin didn’t argue, but after a mont, he smirked and said, "Are you following the principle of ’marry a chicken, follow the chicken; marry a dog, follow the dog’?"
Amalia had wanted to praise him, but now she couldn’t muster any interest.
She even felt that thinking he could be serious was foolish.
...
The place where that mutated creature resided was in a deep-sea region, with the depths could reaching up to twenty thousand ters.
Almost there’s no marine life that could survive there.
This wasn’t because the pressure at such depths was too great, as so deep-sea marine-type mutated creatures had adapted to these conditions.
So of these mutated creatures had gained intelligence and no longer wished to live in the pitch-black depths.
However, this was only part of the reason.
According to Mr. Lin, that area of the ocean was the most dangerous place on Earth.
The surface of the sea had never been calm, not even for a day.
On a typical day, the sea was either lashed by fierce storms or struck by lightning.
In the void above, a faint black cracks could be seen.
They had always suspected that these black cracks were the legendary spatial rifts, that was containing the most violent forces in the world.
Anything entering them would be instantly shredded by the violent winds erging from within.
Even without entering, if soone were touched by the gales near the spatial rifts, no matter how strong your defenses is, you would still be torn apart.
Amalia and Kenny Lin hadn’t even gotten close when they heard the howling of tornadoes.
Peeking out from the surface of the sea, they could see several tornadoes ravaging the endless ocean in the distance.
The tornadoes lifted the seawater, forming towering columns of water that then fell back down like torrential rain, lasting for several months at a ti.
The governnt had sent people to investigate this area, but the conditions here couldn’t be explained by any scientific ans.
Many phenona occurred without the necessary conditions being t.
In addition to the tornadoes, there were whirlpools that extended from the surface to the ocean floor, forming powerful, dangerous, and mobile water columns that swirled violently, causing destruction.
If any marine-type mutated creatures accidentally got pulled into these whirlpools, they would soon be torn apart.
This was because, at tis, the two water columns would rge, and the opposing rotational forces would create a strong pulling effect.
Without considerable strength, getting caught in one of these whirlpools was almost certainly fatal.
Furthermore, there were underwater volcanoes in a state of eruption.
Red-hot lava spewed from the volcanoes, surrounded by thick smoke that billowed to the surface, making the sea above boiling hot, resembling a pot of boiling water.
All sorts of unusual phenona converged in this sea area.
Amalia and Kenny Lin cautiously navigated through the area, where they saw no living marine-type mutated creatures, only many dead ones.
The seabed was littered with countless skeletal remains, so scattered and broken, others swallowed by lava, leaving only a mountain of bones accumulated over the years.
Each year, nurous marine-type mutated creatures accidentally venture into this area, and very few are left unscathed.
Hence, this sea area was also known as the Sea of Death.
