It wasn’t until the aliens had fully retreated that they contacted each other, but no one had any idea what had taken place.

"Did the aliens just retreat from your planet?" Major General Rafiq asked, looking puzzled.

"What’s going on?" The other three Major Generals imdiately sensed that sothing was wrong.

"The alien cha army withdrew here too, but not just now—half a day ago. We don’t know why, but they suddenly withdrew."

The Major General from Astralis speculated, "Based on the available information, it seems sothing happened on the alien side."

"The aliens are almost invincible in our universe. What could possibly have happened to make them abandon the big plan to conquer our planet and withdraw their army?"

None of the highest-ranking leaders had considered the possibility that a force so powerful that even the aliens feared was gathering.

Shadron.

Amalia piloted the alien spaceship to the ground.

After the spaceship was pierced by the beast puppet, the internal damage was severe, and if they wanted to take it back into space, it would need to be repaired first.

On the ground, Khalil instructed Tariq and the others to carefully clean up the battlefield before coming to see Amalia.

"Is there sothing wrong?"

Khalil hesitated before saying, "I want to inspect this spaceship. If it’s still usable, I think we should leave Shadron."

"Are you worried the aliens will send more people?" Amalia asked.

Khalil nodded. "Yes, these aliens have been appearing one after another. The next ti, it’s likely that more cha armies will show up, or even the aliens’ battleship itself. From what I know about the aliens, they won’t overlook any possibilities. The biggest threat is that they deploy their mothership. If they do, there’s a high probability they’ll bomb Shadron imdiately."

"Your concern is valid, but do you really think we can take everyone with this damaged spaceship?"

This spaceship was designed specifically for an army of tens of thousands of chas, and it’s impossible to fit a hundred thousand people.

Even before it was damaged, it still wouldn’t have been possible.

"But we don’t have ti," Khalil said with worry. "Once the alien battleship are deployed and the other forces converge, they should be able to reach Shadron in less than a day. If we don’t leave this planet now, it will be too late."

Before Amalia could speak, Khalil clenched his teeth and added, "If it cos to it, we’ll send so civilian first. We can stay behind to attract the aliens’ attention."

"Sacrificing ourselves won’t solve the problem." Amalia said, still holding onto her belief in selflessness, but without encouraging others to do the sa.

"This is the only option left," Khalil said helplessly. "If I had a better plan, I would have thought of it by now."

"I do have a solution," Amalia said calmly.

She had thought about what Wealth had ntioned earlier but had hesitated to bring it up.

Now, the opportunity had arrived.

Khalil froze for a mont, then imdiately beca excited and almost jumped up. "What’s the solution?"

"You can experience it for yourself first," Amalia said mysteriously, then waved her hand.

Khalil blinked his eyes, then suddenly found himself standing on a vast flatland.

In the distance, there were towering mountain ranges.

How could this be?

He had just been in the square!

Thinking it was a dream, he pinched himself hard.

His thigh imdiately bruised, and he then touched the earth beneath him.

The sensation was unmistakably real.

In the blink of an eye, he was back in the square, standing in front of Amalia and Kenny Lin.

Khalil’s eyes widened, and he opened his mouth, but no sound ca out.

"That’s an independent small world. It’s not as big as Shadron, but it can easily hold a hundred thousand people. If you trust , I can send you all inside," Amalia explained after giving him a mont to adjust.

If this had been before she rged with the Regnum Tellus, her small world might not have been able to hold that many people.

The shock in Khalil’s heart had barely settled when her words stunned him once more.

To think that soone in this universe would have an independent world—it was almost unbelievable.

However, when he considered how powerful they were, it almost seed natural.

"What do you think?" Amalia asked again.

Khalil took a deep breath. "Sorry, I can’t give you an answer right now. I need to consult it with the others first."

"It’s fine. You can gather everyone and ask their opinion. I won’t force it," Amalia replied. "If it’s ant to be, it will happen. If not, there’s nothing more to say."

Khalil gave her a grateful look and went to find Tariq and the others.

He had them broadcast an announcent, calling all the residents of the planet together.

While waiting for the residents of the planet to gather, Khalil told them about Amalia’s solution.

As expected, he saw their faces filled with shock, and he felt satisfied—everyone felt the sa.

"Lieutenant, my life was given to by the two benefactors. They are now doing this to save us, and I have no objections," Tariq was the first one to express his agreent.

Although the others had so concerns, none of them outright rejected the idea.

This was their only way out.

Staying on Shadron would only lead to one outco, that’s death.

So, why not take a chance?

In the end, ninety percent of the soldiers agreed to enter the world that Amalia had ntioned.

Although the war only lasted a year, it had been more grueling than any previous war.

The huge gap in power had been a tornt to the human psyche and spirit.

Within half an hour, the remaining residents of Shadron gathered in the square.

They hadn’t strayed too far from the city, and so who were farther out ca running when they heard about their great victory.

At present, the food on Shadron was extrely scarce.
