The number of intruders far exceeded the expectations of nruch and the other devils. Beyond the Dalamandur and the other demonic beasts, human cultivators also appeared, wasting no ti in charging toward the Nine Heaven Pixiu’s forbidden ground.

The explosion of the Shub-Niggurath had unleashed a massive shockwave that shattered the spatial lock on the forbidden ground, leaving it fully exposed to the invaders.

At this mont, everyone had gone mad.

"Damn it! How are there so many people?" Azrakar sensed nurous auras rivaling those of body integration stage cultivator and his expression twisted with fury.

nruch rushed forward. "The rumored Beast God had a penchant for collecting treasures. His treasury is said to hold countless rare resources and divine artifacts."

If even they knew about this legend, it wasn’t surprising that these human cultivators had also heard about it.

"Haven’t we already sealed off this information? How is it that so many people know we’re here?" The thought of human cultivators profiting from their sacrifice, after so many of their subordinates had died, filled Azrakar with burning fury.

"Don’t be naive. There’s no such thing as an airtight secret. Just as we’ve planted spies among humans, they could easily have done the sa to us. And after all this ti, even with the barriers, soone was bound to notice sothing unusual," Nehun said matter-of-factly. Right now, all he cared about was securing the treasures.

"Then let’s hurry, before they take everything!" Esmus, catching up from behind, urged them on.

Azrakar, who had been at the forefront, deliberately slowed down and turned to glance at Esmus.

"Do you take for a fool? Each of you is stronger than , yet sohow slower?"

Azrakar didn’t believe for a mont that they couldn’t overtake him if they wanted to. The most plausible explanation was that they were deliberately holding back.

Why let him go in first? The motive was obvious.

Whoever entered first would inevitably bear the brunt of the Pixiu’ ferocious counterattack.

"I’ll go in first," declared an elderly human cultivator, soaring boldly into the Nine Heaven Pixiu’s forbidden ground.

After his entry, no sounds erged from within.

Realizing that the human cultivator might not have encountered any resistance, no one hesitated anymore. They surged forward, scrambling to enter the forbidden ground.

"They’re inside," Gor’kan said icily as he observed the scene through the Sky Viewing Mirror within the grand hall.

"Don’t rush. Let’s wait and see," Kenny Lin said, his gaze sweeping over each face entering the forbidden ground.

"Do you see any cultivators from the Green Lotus Sect among them?" Gor’kan asked after a mont of thought.

"No. They wouldn’t arrive so quickly. Gathering their forces takes ti," Kenny Lin replied calmly, unsurprised.

Vryss’laar tightened his grip on the artifact in his hand and taking a deep breath. "There are already more than twenty Body Integration stage cultivator—far more than we anticipated from the Sky Viewing Mirror earlier. I didn’t expect so many human cultivator to be lurking outside."

"Nearly six days have passed. It’s almost impossible not to be discovered. Stay sharp. The battle is about to begin. Use a divine artifact to lure them further inside."

After speaking, Kenny Lin retrieved a black stone tablet from his storage.

The tablet glead darkly, with three blood-red characters engraved on its surface.

"The Empyrean Sky Obelisk!" Zhar’khaen imdiately recognized the artifact.

In the era of the Beast God, it was the weapon of the Donghua Immortal Lord. With it, countless enemies had been crushed, and it had been stained with the blood of innurable immortals.

Kenny Lin hurled the stone tablet into the air, where it transford into a massive Empyrean Sky Obelisk, hovering above the grand hall.

The Nine Heaven Pixiu’ forbidden ground existed within the void, consisting of a single floating mountain. Once the outsiders entered, they landed on a plaza at the base of this colossal mountain.

The altar in the center of the plaza, which was the core of the formation, had lost its spiritual glow after being destroyed by the devils. Thick smoke was rising from the bottomless pit in its center.

"Look over there! What’s that?"

As soon as the Empyrean Sky Obelisk appeared, soone imdiately flew toward it without hesitation.

"It’s the Empyrean Sky Obelisk!" Those who recognized it quickly followed suit.

But just as the first person got close, a sudden force repelled them, flinging their body backward.

The Empyrean Sky Obelisk lingered for only a few seconds before disappearing back into the palace above, as if it had returned to its resting place inside.

"This must be a ploy by the Pixiu to lure us in," soone deduced.

"What’s there to fear? Just a few Pixiu. If the Beast God himself were here, we wouldn’t dare to step foot inside. But a few lowly demonic beasts? If they obediently hand over their treasures, we might even spare their lives out of respect for the Beast God."

The arrogant speaker, full of bravado, was the first to charge into the palace.

Even if it was a trap, nothing could deter their determination to claim the treasures.

"Let’s move too," nruch commanded, rushing into the Nine Heaven Pixiu’ palace.

Azrakar and Esmus, along with a few other devil leaders, followed closely behind.

Unexpectedly, the mont they entered the palace, they were separated.

Their surroundings blurred for an instant, and by the ti their vision cleared, everyone else had vanished. This happened to every single person.

"Impressive," Gor’kan muttered.

At the sa ti, as the intruders entered the palace, Gor’kan and Zhar’khaen were teleported to a separate corner by Vryss’laar, who had been guarding the formation’s core. Simultaneously, the palace’s beast puppet were activated.

So of the intruders found themselves teleported directly in front of these beast puppet. Before they could even grasp the situation, the beast puppet launched their attacks.

Gor’kan and Zhar’khaen couldn’t see what was happening inside the formation; they had to rely on Vryss’laar’s observations.

But Kenny Lin had no such limitation. He was using the Sky Viewing Mirror.
