Chapter 893: Chapter 494: Must Get It _2 Chapter 893: Chapter 494: Must Get It _2 The doubtful gazes of everyone darted back and forth between the magazine and Shamara’s face, which turned red all the way to the nape of her neck as she shyly said, “This… this… this isn’t mine…”

Luther said loudly, “I know, I’ve seen it at Grandma Lisa’s place; it’s Grandma Lisa’s.”

Shamara breathed a sigh of relief, the first ti she thought Luther looked quite pleasant. She thanked Luther, otherwise, she would have had to find a crack in the ground to crawl into and never co out.

With a firm squeeze, her hand ignited a black Sacred Fla, turning the magazine to ash.

“Ah… I was still…” Luther sighed with regret. Why burn it? He hadn’t even read it yet.

Shamara didn’t care whether he had read it or not, she just wanted to imdiately move past this topic, “Lord, what did you call here for?”

Ange scratched his head, pointing towards Anthony.

“Shamara, where did Lord find you? How co you returned so quickly?” Anthony asked with a smile.

“At the end of Eternity Road, at Lady Lisa’s place,” Shamara replied.

“Then why did you properly go to Lisa’s place?” Anthony asked.

Shamara said embarrassedly, “I felt sothing good was going to happen.”

“This must be that voice inside your head, did you ever ponder, what form of existence that voice inside your head could be?” Anthony asked.

Shamara blinked, utterly confused.

Only then did Anthony turn to everyone, “Neither Shamara nor Grey have realized, they both treat this voice as another self, except Shamara’s is calr, Grey’s is more tempestuous, but undoubtedly, they both are—Divine Spirits.”

Negris frowned deeply, asking, “What is a Divine Spirit?”

Everyone was ready to hear its explanation, and now they were all thrown a curveball.

“I don’t know ah, a god is a god, a spirit is a spirit, calling it Divine Spirit, isn’t it just combining two words together?” Negris asked.

Anthony shook his head, “You may consider it god-level consciousness without God Status. During ancient totem worship, the totem could not bear God Status, so it would give rise to a simple consciousness. This is the origin of Divine Spirits, actually, Shamara is already a Demigod, just give her a God Status, and she could beco a god anyti.”

Ange nodded, extracting a Blank God Statue from the Bronze Book and handing it to Shamara.

Shamara accepted it, puzzled.

Ange walked over to Grey’s side, extracting another Blank God Statue, and looked at Anthony.

Anthony made a gesture and then said, “No need, she’s not one of ours, and God Status is too precious to waste on her.”

Grey on the ground suddenly flipped over and knelt down, her eyes blazing red as she said coldly, “I will serve you as my Lord, please grant God Status.” Suddenly, an Imprint appeared directly on her forehead.

It turned out she had been awake all along, but it wasn’t Grey but a different consciousness.

Anthony also knew she was awake, in fact, it was Anthony who intentionally allowed her to stay awake. Seeing her tactful response, Anthony then nodded at Ange, “Although we could erase this consciousness and return Grey to normal, it would be a waste, Lord, take her in.”

Anthony’s words made this ‘Grey’ tremble slightly, lowering her head in panic—she probably guessed such consequences, that’s why she was so tactful, as both outbursts were explosively intercepted by Ange, leaving her with no power to resist.

Ange nodded, pocketed the Imprint, and thrust the God Status at ‘her’.

‘Grey’ wore a cold expression, but her trembling hands betrayed her true feelings; she gently pressed the God Status into her chest.

As the God Status rged with Grey’s body, her eyes, burning red, gradually faded, and finally, her head lolled to the side, and she fainted.

Anthony stepped forward, applied Holy Light with a touch on her temple, and Grey groggily woke up, her eyes widening at the sight of two heads on her body as she hurriedly covered them.

“Do you rember what happened?” Anthony asked kindly.

Grey furrowed her brow in thought, recalling the events before she fainted, she angrily said, “You insulted .”

She even rembered the content of Anthony’s insults, but strangely, what would normally enrage her had left the other self inside her hardly reacting at all?

Anthony pressed his temple, murmuring for a while before letting her go and asking, “Do you rember what happened?”

Grey, still feeling groggy, hesitated and said, “You said I was too thin and told to eat more? Thank you for your concern.”

Anthony smiled kindly and replied, “You’re welco. May the Holy Light bless you.”

The others cringed, and Luther couldn’t help but murmur, “Lord Anthony’s trick is just twisted. If he went to cheat, even if the husband caught him, he could still claim he was just there to deliver water.”

All eyes turned toward Luther.

Confused, Luther asked, “Why are you all looking at ?”

Durken spread his hands, “You’re the only one here who has a wife, so be careful.”

Luther stood mouth agape, unable to retort.

Negris shifted the topic, “Break it up, Durken, co and dismantle it. Black Smoke Ring said there’s sothing good in this flying car, dismantle it and see what’s good.”

“Black Smoke Ring?” Durken hadn’t followed earlier, so he wasn’t aware of the Lord of Terror’s na change.

“It’s just volcanic ash, the Lord of Terror.”

“Oh oh oh.” Taking a few monts, Durken then dismantled the bottom of the flying car and pulled out a waterlon-sized crystal stone, “A Fla Crystal Core, is this it? Good stuff?”

“Is it really good stuff?” Negris asked.

“Sort of. It can be used for fla constructs. With one this size, you could build a six-ter-tall chanical construct, but I prefer using Soul Fire for the core,” Durken said.

“Does it have any other uses?” Negris asked skeptically. What was the use of so many chanical Constructs, could they be stronger than Petersburg or the Guardian God Emperor?

After thinking, Durken tentatively suggested, “Cooking?”

After a long discussion and nothing else coming to mind, they reluctantly stuffed it back into the flying car. It seed that whatever the Lord of Terror thought was good didn’t impress everyone.

Everyone went about their business, leaving Shamara holding a Blank God Statue, looking perplexed, “Where… where do I stay tonight?”

With no one like the grand stewardess Lady Lisa around to take care of her needs, she was used to fending for herself. She randomly chose a rocky crevice and found a fifty-ter golden ‘giant lizard’ coiled inside. Sensing her approach, it stared at her.

“Do you snore?” Shamara asked.

Doroc blinked, sowhat baffled. Was she asking him?

Doroc shook his head.

“Then make so room, you’ve taken up the cleanest spot,” Shamara said, nudging it as she spoke.

Doroc felt a strong force push against him, involuntarily making him move aside slightly, revealing a clean slab of rock.

Kvada, do all his subordinates have to be such freaks? Even if one grew wings, it seed like no advantage would be had here.

Shamara took out so bedding and a sleeping bag from her Spatial Bag, laid them down, and sat cross-legged on top, staring blankly at the Blank God Statue in her hands.

Luna’s head popped out from her back and looked at the statue, saying, “This is a Blank God Statue, it has no consciousness inside, it’s what Anthony called a Divine Spirit. This thing is very precious, it can make a consciousness directly beco a god, capable of receiving beliefs. He just gave it to us like this?”

“Yeah, just like that, he gave it to ?” Shamara also found it hard to believe.

“You lucky dog, becoming a god in one step without even having to ignite the Fire of Faith, nor needing to face the test of the Divine Fire,” Luna couldn’t help feeling jealous.

“It’s a good event about to happen because I am steadfast and devout, so good things happen. Anyway, I’m already Lord Ange’s Saintess, and even after becoming a god, I will still be his Saintess,” Shamara devoutly said, slowly pressing the God Statue into her body.

After an indeterminate amount of ti, Shamara woke from a deep sleep, a flash of golden light crossed her eyes, revealing an Imprint that flickered and then receded.

Anthony walked over, clapping his hands and shouting, “Get moving, get moving, everyone out, Grey told last night that this year’s Wizards’ Conference might feature a magical device or accessory that could change the situation, sothing that could break the Annihilation Boundary.”

“We need to attend the Wizards’ Conference to see what it is. If it really can break the Annihilation Boundary, we must secure it.”
