Foreign Land Reclamation By a Vegetable-growing Skeleton Chapter 1944 - 1505: Someone Is Knocking on the Gate of No B
Whether it’s Gez Fortress or the Dark Stars, a question arose in their minds: Why did the prohibition of the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms fail?
Gez Fortress instinctively looked towards the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms on the God Star, without even glancing at Little Sapling.
And those Dark Stars did the sa, directly incinerating the prohibition’s roots that had turned into Tree People.
They were originally sent by Lania’s web-like paths to explore; each one had the freedom of its own body, independent of the others. Their current bodies had no soul contact with their true bodies, each operating independently. Their true bodies currently were without consciousness, unmastered Dark Stars.
However, Lania’s web-like paths would protect their true bodies. As long as they left here, they could return to their true bodies, becoming powerful Dark Stars second only to God Stars.
With such a fallback, how could they willingly be controlled by Gez Fortress?
Although they didn’t understand why the prohibition suddenly failed, it didn’t stop them from seizing the opportunity and imdiately breaking free from it.
The situation suddenly beca delicate. Originally, it was two factions: Gez Fortress had twelve Dark Stars, theoretically in the lead as long as they didn’t enter the attack range of the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms.
Now, with the prohibition lifted, the factions instantly beca three: eleven Dark Stars on one side, Ange’s side on the other, leaving Gez Fortress isolated on his own.
The Dark Stars originally close to Gez Fortress instinctively moved away.
In terms of grasping subtle changes in the situation, who could compare to Anthony? The movent of those few Dark Stars wasn’t deliberate but a subconscious reaction, which Anthony imdiately seized.
Anthony patted his chest—"My Lord has descended," and then spoke: "Dark Stars arriving from afar, we have the Gate of No Boundary here, available for your travel to and from the outer world, with your companions to testify."
Once Anthony finished speaking, he imdiately signaled i Lania to step forward a few positions, revealing himself.
One must say, Anthony’s grasp was highly precise. Even if these Dark Stars lifted the prohibition, they wouldn’t necessarily turn against Gez Fortress, as Gez Fortress controlled the Gate of No Boundary for their travels to and from the outer world. For this reason, they might endure the resentnt of being under prohibition.
But if there’s another Gate of No Boundary for their travel, their foundation for endurance would disappear.
With just one sentence, Anthony shattered the last bit of hesitation the Dark Stars had, pulling away from Gez Fortress, even faintly surrounding him.
Gez Fortress reacted quickly; realizing no ans to control these Dark Stars once the prohibition’s roots were expelled, when their thoughts turned towards him, Gez Fortress decisively vanished into the void, escaping.
The Monarch reacted swiftly too, darting out of the Star Attraction, chasing in the direction of Gez Fortress’s escape, soon disappearing into the void.
Only Ange’s group and the eleven Dark Stars remained at the scene.
At this point, Negris finally let out a breath of relief; the situation changed too quickly, too fast to react.
Initially, they faced twelve Dark Stars including Gez Fortress, but in the blink of an eye, Gez Fortress ran, leaving eleven Dark Stars with unclear allegiance, unsure whether to fight or not, causing confusion.
Negris was not skilled at handling such changes in relationship, but Anthony was in his elent; he was not good at combat but excelled at persuasion.
From i Lania, he already clearly understood these Dark Stars’ tasks and needs, directly pulling out a Barrier Pearl, revealing the Gate of No Boundary within.
"The Gate of No Boundary is right here; if you need anything, we can discuss it," said Anthony.
The Dark Stars looked at each other, montarily unsure how to discuss.
They were sowhat baffled themselves, originally believed to be trapped by the prohibition of the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, thinking freedom was hopeless. Unexpectedly, the prohibition failed, and in such a short ti, they hadn’t yet figured out what to do.
Seeing their bemused expressions, Anthony loudly proclaid: "I learned from your companions about your mission here. Completing the mission is simple; I’ll open the Gate of No Boundary for you to leave, allowing you to report back."
Let them leave? Negris felt a pang of urgency, wanting to interject, but saw Anthony stealthily make a hand gesture behind his back.
Negris had to restrain himself, continuing to listen.
"Additionally, this place is vast and boundless, with enough room to accommodate dozens of Dark Stars, although a bit cramped for mature God Stars. We won’t allow mature God Stars in; if you Dark Stars wish to enter here, you’re welco," Anthony continued.
Ursman, instantly seeing through Anthony’s malicious intent, couldn’t help but mutter: "So vicious."
Negris, confused, quickly asked: "Vicious? How?"
Ursman replied: "With a single sentence, Lord Anthony divides Dark Stars from God Stars. Initially, these Dark Stars acted on orders from God Stars within Lania’s pathways, scouting the path here. Originally unified, now, Lord Anthony’s request accepting only Dark Stars and not God Stars directly splits them into two groups. What would you do if you were these Dark Stars?"
If I were these Dark Stars, what would I do? This thought flashed through Negris’s mind, imdiately furrowing his brows in contemplation.
Would they report back to the God Stars? But Anthony’s restriction on accepting God Stars ans if they did report back, and the God Stars couldn’t enter themselves, would they still allow the Dark Stars to enter?
If they didn’t report back, could these Dark Stars live freely in the vast void? After all, they no longer bore the prohibition, and could go wherever they wished.
Yet, not reporting back ant their true bodies remained outside, much like the Gray Divine Star, holding the majority of their power in their luminous true bodies. Staying would an giving up most of their power.
Returning... forrly, they would have gone back without hesitation, but now, they ca to scout the path, ultimately for God Stars to seek refuge.
This place equivalent to a safe zone, now leaving to find their true bodies but possibly never returning...
Negris, putting himself in the place of these Dark Stars, felt a nonexistent headache, and those Dark Stars would surely suffer even more, needing to make decisions.
But before the Dark Stars decided, the Gate of No Boundary within the barrier suddenly sounded.
Anthony froze for a mont, then realizing: "Soone is knocking on the Gate of No Boundary?"
