Capítulo 1882: Chapter 1443: Smash You with a Glass Bottle

“The Ancient Man Snake escaped? It can run deeper?” Negris exclaid, surprised that the Ancient Man Snake, parasitic on the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, could only retreat into it. Where else could it go?

The Monarch replied, “It has detached from the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms and is burrowing into the Dinsional Space, with only a small part remaining.”

“Escaped? Detached from the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms? Really?” Anthony and Negris exchanged glances, both a bit incredulous.

“Why would it run without reason? Why not earlier or later, but now? Did sothing happen? Did the Star Zombie pass by?” Negris asked.

The Monarch shook his head: “No, there was no movent at all, neither from the God Star nor the Void, only it is moving.”

“Could it be that it saw us strengthening the Little Zombie, so it decided to run? Has it planted spies here?” Negris couldn’t help but speculate.

If there weren’t any changes at the God Star, then it must have been sothing on their side that prompted the Ancient Man Snake to flee. What happened on their side? The strengthening of the Little Zombie just completed; could it be that the presence of an additional Star Zombie scared it away?

But that’s impossible; every ti such a thing happens, everyone checks to ensure there are no spies or informants. Among them, Little Sapling is the strongest in counter-espionage, with plants planted all around it, discovering anyone who approaches.

“Unless…” Anthony suddenly thought of sothing.

Ange seed to have a realization too and darted out.

Anthony was about to run up but was held back by the Monarch: “Unless what? Don’t leave your words half said.”

“Unless the enemy is also a plant. I rember the owner once discovered a problem by using plant pheromones, like in spring when the entire forest’s plants emit vibrant information. Even if not close, you can detect a lot through changes in plant pheromones,” Anthony said.

The Monarch rembered, thinking it might have been in the Forest of Foehn Wind incident. Did so creature detect sothing through plant pheromone changes?

Thinking of this, the Monarch imdiately star-shifted in the direction Ange had left.

Anthony and Negris exchanged a glance and simultaneously shared Ange’s vision.

To ordinary eyes, it was just a normal plane landscape, with mountains, water, houses, animals, and plants. But from Ange’s view, a mist covered the surface of all plants, like a very faint steam.

Ange’s vision kept focusing, zooming in, and switching. Every ti the vision zood in on an area, the vapor emitted by those plants would appear with a faint yellow glow.

As Ange’s vision continued to focus and switch, it soon spotted a tree emitting a faint purple mist.

Found it. Ange’s vision blurred, everything twisted and compressed, and when it returned to normal, he was already in front of the tree, grabbing a thick vine on it.

Kram erged, wrapping around it, while at the sa ti, Ange jerked forcefully, breaking off the unresponsive vine and stuffing it into the Space-Ti Domain.

“Caught it? What is this thing?” Negris asked curiously, looking at the unremarkable vine.

Ange didn’t finish his words, just silently scrutinizing the vine, which remained motionless, like a dead object. After a mont of stalemate, the vine suddenly twitched.

Ange imdiately began to twist his hand – reversing ti.

Just need to reverse for a few seconds, very easily, but the vine found the experience anything but easy. It thought it was hallucinating and attempted again.

Ange twisted again, reversing ti, this repeat several tis, finally pressing a voice to erge from the vine: “What have you done to ?”

Negris, understanding what Ange was doing, almost laughed out loud. The vine had clearly projected a consciousness, which Ange caught and pulled in. When playing dead didn’t work, the consciousness tried to flee but was brought back by Ange’s ti reversal.

After several repetitions, it seed trapped in an infinite loop, so frightened.

Ange shouted for Anthony, who quickly exited the vision sharing, refocusing on Ange, then asked: “What did you say to the Ancient Man Snake to make it flee?”

The vine froze there, unsure how to respond for a while because Anthony’s question was so alarming. The God of Tree fled? Also, how did he know it was sent by the God of Tree?

“If you don’t tell us, we’ll have to throw you into the Abyss Bridge, do you know what that is?” Anthony leisurely asked.

The vine tensed all over, hesitating for a long while before saying: “I… I just said you were cheering.”

“Cheering? Where did you hear cheering from?” Anthony asked.

“From… from the Little Grass,” the vine answered.

Indeed, it’s pheromones. Ange and Little Sapling are connected, and when they are happy, all the plants in the plane feel this emotion. To say they were cheering might be an exaggeration, but they surely felt much happier.

Ordinary people can’t sense pheromones, but plants can. As long as they stay far away, feeling whether the plants are affected by pheromones, they can know how Ange and Little Sapling are feeling.

But this way only a small amount of information can be conveyed, mainly about how Little Sapling and Ange feel. Could it really be enough to scare the Ancient Man Snake?

“That’s all you said? Then why did the Ancient Man Snake flee?” Anthony asked.

The vine was about to cry. How could it know why the God of Tree wanted to run? It also learned from Anthony that the God of Tree was running; it wasn’t even sure if it was true or not.

“Who are you then? How did you end up here?” Finding there was nothing else to ask, Anthony had to change the topic.

“I’m a Hyacinth, blown here by the wind,” the vine said.

“Is there wind in the Void?” Anthony paused for a mont, bewildered, and asked.

Negris explained, “There is, but with just a little wind, can seeds be blown elsewhere?”

“There really is? What wind?” Anthony asked.

“Ejected from the God Star, so very tiny charged particles that move through the Void form the ‘wind.’ The Astrology Association calls this the Divine Star Breath,” Negris explained.

“Wow, I didn’t know that. Can it carry seeds?” Anthony asked, puzzled.

“How would I know? On land, it’s certainly impossible, even the smallest seeds collected by Ange, like the spotted orchid, can’t. You know sesa, right? It takes ten thousand spotted orchid seeds to weigh as much as a sesa seed. Even so, the Divine Star Breath can’t blow them, but in the Void without gravity, who knows,” Negris finally didn’t dare to say for sure.

Unable to extract more information, Anthony simply threw the vine to the Deceit Tree.

The group soul-shifted near the God Star, where one-fifth of the Ancient Man Snake’s body was still exposed. Seeing Ange and the others approaching, it burrowed faster.

Ange threw several glass bottles in its direction with all his might.
