Foreign Land Reclamation By a Vegetable-growing Skeleton Chapter 1788 - 1349: A Good Idea!
Star Fla is a good thing, Ange can use it to enhance everyone’s Star Shifting Ability, but unfortunately, there isn’t enough of it. Using the Chaos Mist to convert it results in significant loss, making it not worth the effort.
However, the Gray Divine Star is already too old. Without Star Fla, or rather, without ’augntable Star Fla,’ it wants so augntable Star Fla itself, and the ten units of Star Fla from the Ancient Man Snake are tempting.
"But how do we exchange it? We can’t just hand over the Power of Fall, can we? If we do that, it will recognize us," Negris said.
"This is a problem. Sir, is there a way to mark the other party without needing the Power of Fall?" Anthony turned to ask Ange.
Ange shook his head.
There are many ways to mark others. The pheromones from Little Sapling can do it, but marking soone in the Star Fla at temperatures of several thousand degrees, sustaining it for a long ti, and ensuring that the Ancient Man Snake can recognize it is extrely difficult.
If it could be done, the Ancient Man Snake would have done it a long ti ago. It’s parasitic on the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms and can use nearly all of its abilities.
Aside from the Power of Fall, almost nothing can differentiate a single drop of fresh water in a sea of water.
Even Ange is at a loss, prompting Anthony to abandon the idea, but before he could, Ursman suggested, "Why don’t we ask Little Fireman? After all, this is its territory, and maybe it can identify that Star Shifting Archer."
That’s reasonable. Where’s Little Fireman? Anthony looked at Luther and Lightning, who were with Little Fireman and Little Tree Man when they ran away.
"Didn’t we ntion this earlier? They were lured away by Little Angel," Lightning said.
Oh, that’s right. What about Little Angel?
Ange pointed to the God Star below.
...
In the Star Fla on the surface of the God Star, Little Angel stuck out a small head, alongside which was the bigger head of Little Zombie, with a Little Tree Man perched on Little Zombie’s head, all wrapped up in a large ’Fire Cloth.’
And Little Angel used her wings to wrap around herself, making them indistinguishable from the endless sea of fire, looking just like two small protuberances amidst the occasional bubbles.
They quietly spied ahead, seeing nothing unusual in the fla surface, seemingly identical to other places, yet to Little Angel and Little Zombie, there was a large incongruous color patch.
Little Angel has been soaking in the God Star all this ti, far more efficient than spreading her wings and basking in the sun outside. The Star Fla is perpetually transforming her body.
Allowing Little Angel to reincarnate as a Star Descendant was an unexpectedly correct decision. Originally, as a Holy Spirit Angel, her potential was capped; even creating another Supre Holy Spirit wouldn’t match the power of the lowest Star Descendant.
Now reincarnated as a Star Descendant, her potential has been unlocked, with the entire God Star as her power source, and she can increase her strength by spreading her wings to absorb the sun.
This process would normally require a long ti and a bit of luck, as not all Star Descendants can increase their power. Like the bamboo stick insect monster Gampasa and Dagon Sas, they might reach only Earth Level in this lifeti.
But unexpectedly, Little Angel heard the God Star’s call.
Secretly slipping here, she found Little Fireman, then signed a contract to save the God Star and the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, promising to split half of the God Star’s power upon success, with no penalty for failure...
Can you believe such a contract could be signed by a sentient being? Even Negris would ponder such a contract for a year or so, checking for traps, but Little Fireman and Little Angel dared to sign it.
Judging from subsequent events, the contract indeed had no traps; it was genuine, embodying an old tree’s ’help if you want; if not, it’s fine’ style, a contract reliant on fate.
Only soone as pure-hearted as Little Angel and Little Fireman would sign such a contract. Anyone else would have sched to away anything of value from the other party.
However, those who aren’t pure-hearted probably wouldn’t hear Little Fireman’s call.
After this period of training, Little Angel has thoroughly integrated Little Fireman’s power, becoming a true Star Fla Angel. It can be said that on this God Star, Little Angel’s power is the purest, besides Little Fireman; no other living being possesses such pure Star Fla Power, including Ge Castle.
Thus, in Little Angel’s eyes, a color patch slightly off in the Star Fla Sea Surface flows like an undercurrent.
Little Zombie saw it too, but through the Little Fireman on him. In terms of absorbing and using Star Fla, Little Zombie is far less proficient than Little Angel.
However, he’s more in tune with Little Tree Man, having learned many abilities from it. By planting his feet firmly, he’s as steadfast as the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms rooted in the God Star; even Little Angel couldn’t budge him.
Now Little Tree Man and Little Fireman have made his head their ho, allowing him to quietly tail Ge Castle. Otherwise, he would have been discovered long ago.
At this mont, Little Angel suddenly tilted her head, as if listening to sothing, then nudged Little Zombie, pointing towards the color patch.
Little Zombie nodded, and Little Angel swam away, returning shortly with an aura of royalty about her.
"Ooh?" Little Zombie asked softly.
Little Angel nodded, gestured with a finger to her lips, and continued to follow silently.
The color patch of Ge Castle floated to a certain spot and stopped. Soon, another slightly paler color patch drifted over from the direction of the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, stopping a few ters apart.
The large color patch vibrated the Star Fla, emitting a buzzing sound, "How’s it on your side?"
"Sa as always. That vine is hanging an eye there watching , thinking I don’t know. By the way, do we really have to communicate like this? It’s so troubleso. Why don’t we create a ntal link?" the small color patch buzzed in response.
"Alright, I’ll lead; imprint your consciousness onto ," said the big color patch, Ge Castle.
Mai Bao hesitated, then after a pause, said, "I think... this way is fine too."
The projected Star Fla Giants encountered an issue; none acknowledged the others as a leader. Previously, Ge Castle wielded the Star Do Seal Cloth, which allowed it to lead, but only when it produced the cloth would Mai Bao obey its orders; otherwise, Mai Bao absolutely wouldn’t listen.
Establishing a ntal network requires a hierarchy, but who’s the leader and who’s the subordinate?
Without a ntal network, communicating over long distances is impossible. To exchange a few words, they must find a spot to et, hindering their ability to communicate through thoughts, relying only on speech, which is highly inconvenient.
But these inconveniences are preferable to submitting to each other; both are parts of the God Star, none more distinguished than the other.
Mai Bao paused, then changed the subject, "So what now? Are you really planning to cut down the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms?"
"Cut it, cut half of it. The Tree of Ten Thousand Realms won’t die from losing half its roots, but certain parasites on it might have to choose between detaching from the tree or dying together," Ge Castle said.
Ange and Anthony, projected onto Little Angel, were shocked: What a thod!
