Chapter 1667: Chapter 1228: This God of Tree Is Not So ‘Natural

The scene captured on the Astrological Mirror was simultaneously transmitted to Ange’s consciousness space, where a bunch of people gathered to watch, analyze, and speculate.

The pitch-black void was empty, and suddenly, a tiny root pierced through the void, coming from an unknown place.

This root extended outward, growing longer and longer, as it extended, more tiny subsidiary roots grew out, and it grew thicker and harder, finally splitting into two.

The two main roots grew and stretched in the void, further expanding the space rift, until it reached a certain size, where a gap opened between the two main roots, allowing countless strong Tree People to squeeze through.

These strong Tree People had dark brown tree bark, layered upon each other, resembling scales. This bark, mutated according to the void environnt, clearly indicated their identity—Void Treeman.

Their movents lacked the sluggishness of regular Tree People, quickly scattering after erging, with their layered bark erecting like birds fluffing their feathers, capturing certain energies and information from the void.

Soon, the Void Treen captured the pheromones scattered in the void, shaking their bodies and emitting a rustling sound.

The rustling sound was transmitted backwards, with the Tree People as the center, searching in four directions, soon finding those ‘water’ fruits, all perfectly intact and drifting forward.

One of the Tree People stretched out a branch, poking a fruit, and with a ‘poof’, the entire fruit exploded, spraying a large amount of ‘water’ everywhere.

This water was not ordinary water, and the Tree People frantically stretched their branches into the water, with the surface tension of the liquid imdiately causing it to adhere to their branches, quickly being absorbed by the branches.

The Tree People soon felt power coursing through their bodies, the woody fibers on their bodies continuously tightening, tightening, and tightening, then ‘dong’, flowers blossod all over them.

A stronger Tree Person drifted over, punching it on the head, emitting: Yaya—Ya—ssage, translated into Universal Language as: You stole food, blood, wasted blabla…

The Tree Person held its head, not daring to say anything, obediently bypassing the remaining ‘water’ fruits and drifting forward.

It couldn’t understand why the Endless Fruits were so prone to exploding, with the Endless Water inside able to nourish everything, filling the surrounding objects with the power of the God of Tree.

It liked the power of the God of Tree, but not everyone liked it. Anthony, seeing this scene, imdiately sensed the danger of these fruits: “Not only do they carry pheromones externally, but these fruits are also filled with pheromones; luckily, they were tossed away, otherwise, a touch would cause an explosion, infiltrating the limbs, impossible to wash away, too vicious.”

Negris also said with lingering fear: “Yeah, what do plants need to bloom? Pheromones, that Tree Person touched it and couldn’t help blooming, the fruit must be filled with rich pheromones, touching it would be disastrous, tantamount to being polluted by that God of Tree.”

Although understanding plant behavior through animal ethics is very unreasonable, a plant blooming is a form of reproduction behavior, touching it equals ‘getting pregnant’ for animals.

However, at this mont, the ‘water’ fruits were floating in the void, staining nothing.

A large area was searched, yet nothing was discovered; the root probing from the void finally couldn’t contain itself, exerting effort to extend, pulling the trunk from the rift.

This was a giant tree with a diater of a kiloter and a height of four kiloters, without a canopy, just a bare, solitary trunk.

Its size was not as imnse as the Void Giant Tree seen on the Chaos Plane, but its agility was unmatched, with its movents not resembling a ‘tree’ person, but rather a tree ‘person’.

After the giant tree fully erged, it first stabilized its form, then its roots extended in all directions, instantly piercing into countless space rifts.

However, after retracting its roots, its body emitted a ssage of confusion: No… None… No Spit lons…

After a while, not knowing what command it received, the Void Giant Treeman once again extended its roots, these roots easily penetrating space, firmly rooting themselves in this void, their leaves slowly growing on its head.

Can you imagine a giant tree without a canopy growing leaves? Like a bald head sprouting hair madly, making hair loss sufferers utterly envious.

Once the leaves grew, they gently swayed, waves of invisible oscillations spread in all directions, sweeping across nearby void and rift penetrated by its roots.

Yet, through the Astrological Mirror, these oscillations couldn’t be perceived, leaving everyone clueless as to what it was doing, ultimately turning to Negris.

Nagri naturally understood what everyone ant, wanting to know what the Tree Person was doing, just ask another tree; the biggest tree here was right above Ange’s head.

“Ange, ask Little Sapling what the Tree Person is doing?” Negris asked.

“Searching.” Ange replied.

Everyone exchanged looks, finally turning to Ursman.

Ursman shook his head: “I don’t know much about Tree People, but if the master says it is searching, is it growing leaves to increase perceptive sensitivity? By increasing the area of leaves, is it searching the nearby void, even the situation of nearby dinsions?”

Ange nodded.

“Hiss… Can it search nearby dinsions?” Everyone gasped in shock.

If just perceiving the nearby void, it’s no big deal, many can achieve that, but if it can search nearby dinsions, that’s terrifying.

Doesn’t that an realms like the Origin World, Star Race World, if they are nearby, they will be searched out by the Tree People?

“Luckily, Ange threw it into the Boundless Space Hole, if he had just tossed it out of the Dinsional World, wouldn’t it be searched out?” Negris said with hindsight.

“With such abilities, isn’t the Stargazing Mirror the only ans to scout it? If like the Boundary Migration Airship floating on the Dinsional Wall, can it avoid its search?” Ursman asked.

No one could answer this question, even Ange didn’t know the answer; after all, the Boundary Migration Airship was a unique thing, Little Sapling had never tried searching for it.

Anthony also said: “This Tree Person is strong, the shear effect of the space rift, at least Mourning Skeleton can withstand it, and its roots can easily withstand it, when the tiny roots are magnified to its several-kiloter trunk, its body strength would be extrely absurd.”

“Orgal’s God of Tree sending such a powerful Void Treeman to find Spit lons, shouldn’t be just to water them, right? It wants to catch you? Seems this God of Tree isn’t as ‘natural’ as it portrays itself.” Anthony said with deep implication.
