Chapter 1320: Chapter 881: The Flying Brick Chapter 1320: Chapter 881: The Flying Brick Beneath the World Tree, a large Stone appeared, and beneath it, Negris’s angry voice arose. “Damned Little Bone, let out, let out, you heartless bastard! It was who imparted knowledge to you during your prayers. Without , you wouldn’t have been able to plant so many trees.”

“Let out! Nagging is my right, my freedom! If you don’t want to listen, you could just plug your ears, but you can’t lock up. I protest, I object!”

Negris shouted for a long ti without getting even the slightest peep of a response and was forced to change strategies, continuing to shout:

“Ange, you Dead Skull! I know you’re watching. Make Little Bone let out. Don’t think I don’t know that you’re definitely watching Little Bone plant stuff, treating this place like a Simulated Magic Formation for your amusent. Hurry up and let out.”

“If you don’t let out now, I’ll go tell Old Immortal to co in and save you. Let out, let out!”

With a creak, the large Stone pressing down on it shifted, and Little Bone’s head peeked out from the edge of the pit, hands covering where his ears would have been.

But skeletons don’t have ears, just two holes, and they don’t rely on them to hear. It was rely an expression of attitude which imdiately infuriated Negris to no end. “Ahhh, I’m so angry!”

While shouting, he flew out of the pit, but he was careful not to nag for the ti being.

When he had first projected himself here, he saw Little Bone planting trees day after day, looking foolish. Negris couldn’t help but adopt the role of a ntor, incessantly nagging in Little Bone’s ear every day, trying to persuade him to give up the tedious tree-planting routine, leave the desert, and go find Anthony.

But Little Bone wasn’t as foolish as he appeared. Annoyed by the grumbling, he actually captured Negris, stuffed him in the pit, and pressed a large Stone on top.

Little Bone arranged the Stone properly and knelt down as always, starting to pray in a standard pose.

“Ow—” Hearing his weird prayer, Negris couldn’t help but fu, “Ange, can your household mber be any more normal? A couple of howls counts as a prayer? I’m done with you.”

Having said that, he couldn’t help but start muttering again, “Old Immortal isn’t normal, neither are you. Who in their right mind would let a Silver Skeleton act as priest… But then again, who else would persist this long? Let’s see…”

“Twenty years have passed outside, with a ti rate of eighteen hundred tis, which ans it’s been thirty-six thousand years?! Little Bone, have you been planting trees here for over thirty-six thousand years?” Not realizing it until he calculated, Negris was shocked to the point where his spectral image manifested.

After Little Bone finished his prayer and got up, he counted on his fingers for a long ti but couldn’t make sense of the number. “Ow?”

Clearly, this number was beyond Little Bone’s capacity for calculation. He didn’t have enough bones in his entire body to count that high.

Negris was exasperated, about to launch a tirade, but then he noticed sothing odd, “Little Bone, what has happened to your bones? Turned purple? Are you Mourning?”

Little Bone’s bones were splotchy with black and purple, creating a muddled ashen appearance. If one didn’t look closely, they might think he was an Ashbone Skeleton.

That ashy hue of bones, Negris had only seen on Ange’s body when he transitioned from a Mourning Skeleton to a Black Crystal Skeleton, but…

Negris peered closely into Little Bone’s eye sockets and saw that the Soul Fla inside was still a deep blue, the color of the Soul Heart.

“Your soul has only advanced one level, but your body is nearly Black Crystalized. I knew it, it must be that Ange has been projecting power into you daily, rushing your body’s transformation,” Negris said.

He was now one hundred percent certain that Ange’s gaze had always been on this place. Little Bone was his spokesman. The Dead Skull was treating Dinsional Space like a Simulated Magic Formation.

“It’s just as I thought, why is the ti ratio eighteen hundred tis instead of two thousand or one thousand? Because even the default setting of the simulated magic formation is this ratio. Kvada, this dead skeleton doesn’t even forget about farming while creating the world.”

Little Bone cocked his head in bewildernt, clearly not understanding and not bothering to try, gave a light hop, and his entire skeleton gently floated up, flying towards the World Tree’s canopy, the highest point of the entire desert.

“Hey, you can fly now? Wait, you’re not planting trees today?” Negris hurriedly followed.

Reaching the top of the World Tree, Little Bone hung a branch around his neck as if to hang himself up. The warm sunlight felt so comfortable on him that the soul fla in his eye sockets nearly went out.

“Uh, I’m asking you, aren’t you planting trees toda—” Before he could finish, Negris also flew up to the canopy, and what he saw made him at a loss for words.

Before him was no longer a desert, but an endless dense forest. What he had urged Anthony to do outside had actually co true; the desert really had been transford into a forest by Little Bone.

This desert was manifested by Ange and wasn’t a naturally ford plane, so its surface was flat, not curved like a typical plane. If your vision was infinite, you would be able to see the edge of the land continuously.

In the range of Negris’s vision, he could not see any desert, just vast swathes of a vibrant forest.

“You… you really turned this place into a forest? I…” It turns out the entire area was planted, no wonder there was no need to plant trees today.

Little Bone ignored him, leisurely enjoying the sunbath. A breeze ca by, swinging his skeleton with the branches, making him look like a skeleton weathered and hanging post-mortem. It would likely be very unsettling to see at night.

Hastily, Negris mumbled, “Since all the trees are planted, shall we go out and find Anthony? Anthony had an agreent with ; he said he would co find us upon entering, but he doesn’t know where here is. We could go out and spread so news to make it easier for him to find us.”

Little Bone raised his hands to plug his ear holes.

“You…” Negris felt that Little Bone was even more difficult to deal with than Ange. Although Ange wasn’t talkative, at least he was willing to listen to others. Little Bone, on the other hand, was just like ‘I’m not listening, the priest is chanting,’ not giving you a chance to speak.

If he hadn’t threatened Ange earlier, Little Bone wouldn’t even have let him out.

Negris’s eyes darted about as he said, “Since all the land here is already planted with trees, how about we go out and find a barren spot and continue planting trees?”

Thump… The soul fla in Little Bone’s eye sockets reignited vigorously.

Proudly, Negris said, “We can also introduce new species on the side. I feel the forest’s plant variety is too limited; at a glance, there are only trees with green leaves. I can’t see trees with other colored leaves or vines and shrubs; it’s a bit monotonous. Let’s go get so new species to bring back.”

Little Bone took himself off the branch and quickly tapped his own skull.

However, at that mont, a shout ca from the forest a few kiloters away. An elf was hanging from a tree with one hand, pointing in Little Bone’s direction with the other, and frantically shouting sothing towards the ground, vaguely ntioning ‘bone’, ‘can move’, ‘brick’, ‘can fly’ and so on.

The ‘bone’ referred to Little Bone, but who was the ‘brick’? Negris wondered as he looked back at his own earthy-yellow body.

His current body was taken out of the ground by Little Bone and looked like a book made of mud – the Yellow Mud Book.

“Pfft—A brick that can fly refers to ? Why is there an elf? Little Bone, have you seen an elf in the forest before?” Negris asked.

Little Bone shook his head.
