Chapter 1143: Chapter 707 Hurry Over and Help Chapter 1143: Chapter 707 Hurry Over and Help Lidali truly scared Dimali, when did the souls of the Undead Rulers beco so polite? Weren’t they supposed to pounce overpoweringly the mont they t, killing Ancient Gods and then dragging them away?

Being so polite, could it an they had other motives? What to do? Should I run? Would running infuriate him? He did call Dimali just now, didn’t he?

Terrible, terrible, he actually knows who I am, what to do, what to do? It must have been that guy before who blurted it out; that damned guy got killed.

Dimali’s heart was in turmoil, showing just how terrifying the na of the Undead Ruler was, leaving Lidali baffled and calling out several tis to bring back his spirit.

“Lidali, please don’t panic. I’m just curious about the information on the Law Breakers. If it’s inconvenient to answer, let’s pretend I never asked, alright?” Lidali’s attitude was surprisingly accommodating.

“Uh… I… um…” Dimali stuttered, at a loss for words.

Lidali wanted to know about the Law Breakers; he dared not refuse to answer, but without consulting with Ange first, Dimali also dared not reveal their information. He felt incredibly conflicted.

Lidali, seeing the difficulty: “It seems you are troubled, Dimali. Here is my communication mark. After you consult your superiors, decide whether or not to reveal the information about the Law Breakers, and then contact through this mark. Or perhaps co here and contact this Little Eye Demon, how about that?”

“Okay, that’s great, no problem, Lord Lidali, I’ll consult imdiately and contact you as soon as I have a reply, I’m terribly sorry.” Dimali smoothly took the opportunity Lidali presented to back down.

Once Lidali’s Little Eye Demon had left, Dimali finally breathed a sigh of relief and wiped his nonexistent sweat from his forehead, muttering as he retreated.

“This Undead Wandering Soul is too easy to talk to, isn’t he? Nothing like the fierce ones spoken of in rumors. Is he really an Undead Wandering Soul?”

“Probably, who would dare to impersonate an Undead Wandering Soul in the Chaos Plane now? Looking for death, isn’t it? So, is this a deception?”

“Why create such an illusion? To deceive ? What for? I’m not valuable, so it’s not because of ? Is it because of those Law Breakers?”

“Hiss—what is it about these Law Breakers that could make even the Undead Ruler cautious? Or did they know each other before?”

In those past centuries, the most ferocious entity in the Chaos Plane was the Undead Ruler. Countless Ancient Gods had died at his hands, and not too long afterward, these dead gods would turn into Undead beings, hunting other Ancient Gods.

Can you imagine an Undead Serpent of Misfortune roaming and hunting, bringing shock to other Ancient Gods?

Of course, using the Serpent of Misfortune as a taphor might be an exaggeration, but even an Undead being only half as fearso as the Serpent of Misfortune would be terrifying.

But the soul of such a ferocious Undead Ruler, he was surprisingly easy to talk to?

“No, no, even if they do know each other, it’s none of my business. Now that I’ve caught the attention of the Undead Ruler, I better run first.”

Dimali muttered to himself and quickly passed the ssage that the Undead Ruler had co to look for him to Ange.

“He can contact the Undead Ruler? This…” Even Anthony was at a loss for words and could only look to Ange.

Ange tilted his head.

Anthony hesitated.

It was Negris who saw through his thoughts and irritably swatted his head: “What are you imagining? His Majesty is His Majesty, Ange is Ange. As long as it doesn’t affect Ange’s gardening, then he is His Majesty. If it does affect the gardening, then simply return the Resting Camp to him.”

Ange nodded, but added, “Demolish the farm.”

With the Dinsional Space, the most valuable thing about Resting Camp for Ange were the two farms inside. Returning them to the Monarch was fine, just demolish the farms; surely, the Monarch wouldn’t have nowhere to live.

Anthony breathed a sigh of relief, nodded in understanding, and then said: “Lord Negris, you smacked my head, I’ll rember that.”

“Huh? That was to remind you, what’s there to rember? Don’t make a fuss,” Negris retorted.

Back to the main topic, Anthony analyzed: “There are two possibilities now, one is that the Undead Ruler is His Majesty, the other, is not. If it is His Majesty, then everything is straightforward. We contact His Majesty, ask how he’s doing, how his health is, if he needs money, anything he needs, or any help he might want. Depending on the situation, we’ll devise different strategies.”

“The other possibility,” Anthony continued, “is that the Undead Ruler is not His Majesty.”

When it was suggested that the Undead Ruler might not be His Majesty, everyone was taken aback, as it seed they had never considered this scenario.

From hearing the na ‘Undead Ruler’, and knowing that this entity had appeared in the Chaos Plane about eight hundred years ago, exactly when Locke took over and disguised himself as the Lord of Annihilation, everyone naturally assud that he was His Majesty.

Anthony’s words forced them to consider another possibility: could the Undead Ruler not be the Monarch?

“Who else could the Old Immortal be if not him? If not him, where has the Old Immortal gone?” Negris murmured.

Anthony shrugged: “That question is too broad, lacking sufficient information to answer. It could be another Ancient God, it could be an Undead being from another Plane, or maybe so folks have usurped His Majesty’s body; all are possibilities.”

From the arrangent of Eternity Road, Anthony had noticed that his companions almost always had a preconceived notion, believing that a certain scenario was very likely ‘to be’, and never considering the consequences if it happened ‘not to be’.

They always hoped that things would develop according to their imaginations. If things deviated, they would complain about why their luck was so bad, rather than considering whether their thoughts were inadequate.

This habit is almost a natural trait of intelligent beings, only those who have been trained and have suffered many losses may change this tendency.

Like Anthony, who never considers just one scenario. Instead, he reviews all possible scenarios, preparing different contingency plans, ensuring he is never caught off guard, regardless of the situation.

Of course, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. If everyone were as ticulous as Anthony, a bunch of Anthonys together would be too beautiful to imagine.

Having one Anthony in the team was enough; filling in the gaps was his responsibility.

“So what do we do now?” Negris asked.

“If the person really is His Majesty, then it’s easy. So first, let’s test whether it’s His Majesty by having Dimali ask him a question: Undead Ruler, do you rember the Cetery Grass in front of Resting Camp?”

Negris and the others were confused. Was there Cetery Grass at the entrance of Resting Camp? Isn’t the Cetery Grass in the back garden?

Sure enough, once the question was passed, it wasn’t long before they received a response from the Undead Ruler: “Cetery Grass at the entrance of Resting Camp? Damn Locke, are you testing ? Why so wary? Hurry over and help!”
