Midfielders Xhaka and Wilshere were still in good form.

Soon, Arsenal found an excellent scoring opportunity.

In the 85th minute of the ga, Arsenal’s midfield suddenly picked up the pace after a series of passes.

As the heir to Arsenal’s No. 10 jersey, Wilshere was naturally skilled with the ball at his feet.

After drawing the attention of Chelsea’s two top defensive midfielders, Tiemoué Bakayoko and N’Golo Kanté, he suddenly delivered a through ball.

It had to be said—Wilshere’s passing ability was indeed impressive.

In just 29 seconds, the ball had reached the penalty area.

At that mont, Theo Walcott, who had just co off the bench, showcased his blistering speed. With fresh legs, he had a significant advantage.

Once Walcott accelerated, to be honest, very few players could stop him easily.

As expected, Walcott burst forward like lightning, dribbling the ball rapidly.

After a series of quick sprints, he broke into the penalty area once again.

The next second, Walcott took a glance at the goal. Without hesitation, he took a shot.

To be honest, this wasn’t his best option.

If Walcott had chosen to cross at this crucial mont, Giroud, positioned in front of the goal, would have had an easy finish.

Unfortunately, Walcott lacked that awareness.

Of course, if he had that kind of vision, he would be ssi!

And just like that, Walcott found himself inside the penalty area. Facing Gary Cahill’s defense, he forced a shot.

The result was predictable.

The ball flew directly out of play.

It didn’t even hit the target...

Walcott had just squandered a golden chance to level the score.

In the remaining minutes, Chelsea’s experienced players opted against engaging in an open battle with their opponents. Instead, they focused on retaining possession in their own half.

Chelsea’s ga plan was clear—to use continuous passing to run down the clock as much as possible.

It was a smart decision.

In the end, Chelsea got their wish.

The final five minutes of the match beca fragnted, and although Arsenal managed to create a few threatening opportunities, they couldn’t capitalize on them.

Luck was simply not on their side.

Arsenal failed to produce a miracle.

The final whistle blew.

The match ended with a 5-4 scoreline, sealing Chelsea’s victory.

Arsenal had just lost a crucial ga in their title chase.

Of course, in tonight’s match, the defensive performances from both Arsenal and Chelsea were subpar, allowing opposing forwards nurous chances on goal.

At the post-match press conference, Arsène Wenger’s face was filled with frustration.

To be honest, he was far from satisfied with the result.

"This was a terrible ga. Our defense was torn apart like a hornet’s nest by Chelsea’s forwards!"

"We have to make changes!"
