There's no doubt—this was a massive test for Chelsea's defense.

At this critical mont, multiple Chelsea defenders quickly closed in on Marcus Rashford.

Leading the charge were Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill.

Both defenders were laser-focused, positioning themselves firmly in front of Rashford, determined to block his advance.

But alas!

Rashford's pace was simply unmatched.

In the blink of an eye, he broke through their defensive line.

With a clean, precise strike, Rashford unleashed a powerful shot.

The ball flew like a cannonball, rocketing into the back of the net.

2–1!

It was that simple.

The Chelsea fans in Stamford Bridge erupted—but not in celebration. Their frustration spilled over into jeers and mockery.

"Is this a joke?"

"This defense is absolutely rubbish!"

"Conte's tactics are a disaster!"

"Garbage defense!"

"Conte, get out of here!"

The anger in the stands was palpable. Many Chelsea fans began to reminisce about the days of José Mourinho, wishing for the defensive stability of his era.

Ironically, Mourinho was now on the opposing bench, coaching Manchester United.

The ga resud, and Manchester United, now brimming with confidence, pushed forward aggressively.

Rather than sitting back to defend their lead, they intensified their attacks.

In midfield, Ander Herrera showcased his vision with a long, pinpoint pass, sending the ball to Anthony Martial up front.

The decision to target Martial wasn't random.

Chelsea's defensive focus had shifted entirely to Rashford, who was having an outstanding ga.

To counter Rashford's threat, Conte assigned extra defenders, with Bakayoko and Marcos Alonso shadowing him closely.

This left Martial almost completely unmarked.

Seizing the opportunity, Herrera's long pass found Martial perfectly.

At the top of the penalty area arc, Martial controlled the ball with precision.

Without hesitation, he launched into an aggressive attack, using his rhythm and quick footwork to challenge N'Golo Kanté.

But Kanté wasn't easily beaten.

Kanté, renowned for his tenacious defense, was quick to react. His timing was impeccable, and his aggression in closing down opponents was unmatched.

Seeing his chance, Kanté made a decisive tackle.

Clean. Precise. Perfect.

Kanté not only halted Martial's advance but also recovered the ball in one smooth motion.

Without wasting a second, Kanté initiated Chelsea's counterattack.

Spotting Marcos Alonso free on the wing, he delivered a sharp, accurate pass.

Alonso surged forward, looking to capitalize on this transition.
