Another Bonus Chapter Soon :)

Seeing this, Yuuki ignored Shinomiya and looked at Dojima and the others instead.

"Is that... NOODLES?! Noodles made entirely from beef?!"

When they saw the food in the bowl, everyone's eyes widened. Everyone had eaten beef noodles before, but those noodles were made from flour, only using beef broth and beef as toppings.

But what Yuuki had made was REAL beef noodles—noodles made entirely from beef. It was truly a sight to behold.

"Beef noodles made from pure beef... It's certainly creative, but I imagine the texture and flavor would have so issues—" Hitoshi Sekimori comnted.

Gin Dojima and Roland Chapelle at the side also nodded.

Indeed, beef did have so chewiness to it, but it wasn't quite the sa as noodles. In terms of flavor, noodles made entirely from beef would be very rich and heavy, which might not be universally appealing.

"It's not made from purely beef. You'll understand after you taste it—" Yuuki said with a smile.

"Hmm? Why does this beef have this kind of texture? There's sothing inside... It's CELERY!"

After taking a bite, everyone discovered the secret. Upon closer inspection, the beef noodles were stuffed—and the stuffing was celery.

Yuuki added celery to every single noodle, sothing he learned from Cooking Master Boy.

However, his execution was much more difficult.

Cooking Master Boy's Catfish Noodles were made by grinding the catfish at into a paste before forming the noodles. When adding the squid strips, they could simply be kneaded into the paste like dough. But Yuuki's beef wasn't ground.

Yuuki wanted to maintain the beef's texture. If it were ground into a paste, that texture would be completely gone.

Yuuki had used the Seven-Star Knives to make a slit in every single beef noodle and then scooped out the center portion of the beef. Such delicate work, completed in such a short ti—only Yuuki could achieve it.

After creating enough space, Yuuki inserted the cut celery into the noodles and then used Inferno for the first round of heating.

The heating process sealed the beef back together and softened the celery inside.

So, Yuuki's beef noodles seed soft. Although softened, the celery's texture wasn't lost, perfectly complenting the beef's texture.

Furthermore, adding celery to the beef balanced out the flavor. Otherwise, noodles made from pure beef might be good for the first few bites, but it would quickly beco overwhelming.

....

The incredibly rich flavor was amazing at first, but the more you ate, the heavier it beca. This was a fact.

It was because of this that Yuuki didn't retain the tendons but instead chose to insert celery into the beef.

As for the beef noodle soup, Yuuki retained the egg drop soup, but the eggs in this egg drop soup were soft-boiled in clear water before being added to the soup, not directly cooked in the beef broth.

This way, it retained a smooth texture and prevented the flavor from being too rich; the clear water-boiled eggs neutralized the richness of the beef broth.

"Unbelievable... He actually created a space inside the beef and inserted celery in such a short ti... Any other chef trying this would fail without a doubt!"

Gin Dojima couldn't help but express his amazent. This step might not seem that difficult, but one would only realize the true difficulty upon attempting it.

After all, Yuuki's beef noodles weren't thick. To remove the central part of the beef without cutting through the noodle completely, and making horizontal cuts at that—

—and then cutting out the center portion on top of that. This beef was fresh; even slicing it thinly presented a challenge, let alone such delicate work.

Just thinking about the level of skill required made their scalps tingle.

....

Yet Yuuki completed it in such a short ti, while also ensuring the beef perfectly encased the celery, preventing it from leaking out during the subsequent cooking process.

"Celery inside the beef? HOW?!"

Hearing Gin Dojima and the others, Kojiro Shinomiya even dropped what he was doing and ca over to Yuuki's side. Looking at those perfectly intact beef noodles in the bowl, it was hard to imagine there was celery inside every single one.

In the end, Shinomiya picked up the bowl of noodles Yuuki had prepared for him. After all, this ti, the purpose was to awaken Shinomiya, so Yuuki naturally also prepared a portion for him.

"This dish has truly amazed . Beef noodles made entirely from beef, with such texture and flavor. Yuuki is really incredible, not to ntion his terrifying knife skills." Roland Chapelle praised.

Not only was Yuuki's beef noodle dish delicious, but, more importantly, it also fit the the perfectly. After all, when people think of noodles, they generally think of wheat flour noodles.

This bowl of beef noodles, created from beef and celery, was truly astonishing.

"What do you think of this dish, Shinomiya?"

At this mont, Gin Dojima looked at Shinomiya. Actually, Shinomiya had already been sowhat swayed by his earlier words, but he was still holding onto his stubbornness. re words indeed were hard to convince soone completely.

But Yuuki's dish was a different story—

Besides its innovation, Yuuki had also flawlessly integrated his knife skills and fire control.

"No need to say more, Dojima-senpai. I give up." After a series of changing expressions, Kojiro Shinomiya cald down and directly admitted defeat.

The reason he gave up wasn't because this dish reawakened sothing forgotten within him, but because this dish was truly sothing he couldn't match.

Although Yuuki was still a Third Class Chef, this dish could be described as exceptional. After all, the two primary aspects of this dish were knife skill and fire control, and other minor shortcomings were completely masked by these two aspects.

Shinomiya knew very well that even if he completed his own dish, it would still pale in comparison to this one.

Moreover, he now also needed ti to quietly reflect. Yuuki's dish had given him great inspiration, and the words he had previously dismissed now resurfaced in his mind.

"Looks like sothing finally clicked." Gin Dojima said with a smile.

"I wouldn't say that completely, Dojima-senpai. But please leave the lessons for these next few days to —I'll revise my assignnt."

Shinomiya declared. He intended to find the answer from these students, observe how they solved the problems presented by his problematic ingredients using their own thods.
