The glowing figure slowly settled down in front of Atlas, and as the light began to fade, its true form ca into view. It was a fox. Sleek, graceful, with immaculate white fur that shimred faintly, bathed in a bluish aura that looked like condensed mana.
[You have received Rank-A Beast: Aether Fox Lumis]
[A radiant spirit fox born from pure mana streams. It channels ambient mana into its allies through its Aether Bloom Aura, steadily restoring their energy and soothing their spirits during prolonged battles.]
The fox looked almost ethereal, with three elegant tails swaying gently behind it. Atlas crouched down and gently stroked the creature’s head.
"Hi. Welco to Gacha Haven," he said softly. "So you can buff allies with mana regeneration?"
He glanced toward the crowd, already knowing who this spirit beast would suit best. His mind went to Team Blaze, with Kaida and Lyrassa. But also to Team Hydros, led by Dullorak and Selvara. Between the two, Team Hydros hadn’t received anything from the gacha pulls yet. So the choice was clear.
Atlas turned to the Hydros team, where Dullorak was currently trying on another set of bizarre heads Atlas couldn’t quite identify. With a quiet smile, he decided to call Selvara up to the stage instead.
The fox wasted no ti, leaping gracefully toward the woman. Selvara knelt down in awe, utterly srized by the fox’s radiant beauty. Even those standing nearby looked enchanted, their eyes wide with admiration.
The more spirit beasts they gathered, the more valuable it beca. Especially since they could form bound contracts with them. That would only enhance the synchronicity between allies during battles.
Nice. The first Rank-A pull turned out to be sothing truly exceptional. With how many magic users were in Team Hydros, this would no doubt boost their overall performance by a lot.
Atlas didn’t waste a mont and moved right on. This was going to be a long night. He touched the next purple ticket, and all eyes turned toward him, eager to see what would appear next.
Suddenly, the ticket began to grow in size.
Huh... that was new.
Then, it started to roll up on itself, forming into a neat scroll with a shimr of magical energy swirling around it.
A skill scroll?
A Rank-A skill scroll?
Skill scrolls were usually part of Rank-B pulls. So if this one was showing up in a Rank-A ticket, then it had to be sothing special.
[You have received Rank-A Skill: Eternal Glacier Domain]
[Unique-grade (Ice Elent Mage) – Eternal Glacier Domain: Creates a massive frozen bio for 30 seconds. All enemy abilities are slowed, while allies gain immunity to heat and fire.]
Atlas took the scroll into his hand and read through the description carefully. Unique-grade. Now that was impressive. The only downside was the strict requirent: the user had to be a Mage subclass and possess an ice elent affinity.
He looked around the crowd, ntally going over the people he knew had Mage subclass potential. A few nas ca to mind. But none of them currently had strong ice affinity. That narrowed his choices quickly.
Turning back to the group, Atlas explained the nature of the skill and how powerful it could be in battle, especially with its large area-of-effect and dual offensive-defensive use. It was ideal for turning the tide during drawn-out fights.
Dullorak could probably make good use of this skill. But Atlas knew the man already had more abilities than he realistically needed. Giving this one to him would only bury it beneath a pile of others.
Selvara ca to mind once again. She already had a strong affinity with water, and with so focused training, she might be able to develop her connection to ice. She hadn’t trained with ice yet, but it was definitely within reach.
This scroll might be better saved for her, once she was ready.
Next Rank-A ticket!
The tension in the air grew with each step closer to the Rank-S revealing. Atlas reached out and touched the purple ticket floating before him.
A vortex suddenly appeared, pulling the ticket inward. Until a small, pitch-black cube ford in its place.
[You have received Rank-A Item: Void Storage Cube]
A Void Storage Cube? Atlas grabbed the item and quickly scanned the description:
[100 cubic dinsional inventory container.]
100 cubic? That was enormous. Ten tis larger than the inventory storage Atlas currently has.
On the island, dinsional storage was sothing most people could access easily. But a portable version, this size? That was a different level entirely. Having this much mobile storage would be incredibly practical, especially for expeditions into the Lower Lands. They could carry full-sized vehicles, maybe even a bus inside it.
Without hesitation, Atlas signaled toward Edrik and tossed the cube to him.
"Dinsional storage. Size: 100 cubic," he explained.
Gasps rippled through the crowd. Of course, they were stunned. Even most lords only had 10 cubic storage. And for normal awakeners, owning dinsional storage at all was rare. The few portable items that did exist were typically just 1 cubic, and even those ca with a hefty price.
So the value of this item? It wasn’t just high. It was absolutely imnse.
Alright, finally, the mont had co.
Atlas stood before the glowing red ticket. His pulse steady, his mind ready. This was the Rank-S pull.
He knew it could be anything: a signature weapon, maybe sothing specifically made for Lyrassa, Raze, or even Dullorak. That alone would be a massive upgrade for their combat capabilities.
Or it could be a legendary-grade weapon, sothing universal, usable by anyone. That would be just as valuable.
Then there was the chance it could be a spirit beast, and if so, it would almost certainly be sothing of imnse power, like Zefyros had been.
And of course, the ultimate jackpot, a new character. Rank-S characters had always proven to be powerful, essential pieces with incredible growth potential and impact.
Atlas took a slow, asured breath and reached out, placing his hand on the radiant red ticket. It shimred under his touch. Then, he stepped back, giving room for whatever might appear.
Then... the ticket began to tremble violently, a powerful gust of wind suddenly blasting out from its center. Atlas took another step back. It was clear this was far from over.
A loud bzzzz tore through the air, high-pitched and resonant, the wind now whipping around the area with increasing force. The sound vibrated in every direction, sharp enough to sting in the ears.
Could it really be... a new character?
Suddenly, blades of wind slashed outward, tearing through the leaves and cutting them clean in half. One streak shot toward the crowd, slicing clean through the front row’s table and sending people scrambling to their feet in surprise.
And then... a swirling vortex of green energy gathered in the center of the stage. Within it, a transparent figure began to materialize. Tall, nearly the sa height as Karian.
The figure gradually beca solid. The first feature that stood out was the armor: dark, hardened plating with glowing green. Parts of the body were exposed beneath the armor, pulsing with a vibrant erald energy.
Its eyes glowed the sa green, and its mouth, also lit with that eerie glow—opened slightly, giving off an unsettling hum. Two antennae protruded from its head, and on its back... sothing buzzed violently.
Insect-like wings.
The figure fully ford and stood tall before Atlas, its wings vibrating with a chilling rhythm.
Another aerial unit!
