The logo for the Starry Project has been revised multiple tis and is now finalized.
The board still recognizes Evelyn Clayton’s abilities and imdiately had the publicity departnt design the relevant plan.
There was a eting scheduled for the morning, but Jas Grant canceled it at the last minute because he has to go on a business trip with Keith Donovan.
"I’ll be back as soon as possible. If there’s anything, contact this number."
Jas Grant handed her a card that was completely white except for a string of silver-gray numbers.
It should be Jas Grant’s private number.
Evelyn Clayton didn’t expect him to be so guarded against her.
It’s taken so long for him to give her a private number, how afraid is he of her clinging?
She tossed it into the drawer indifferently.
"Got it."
Jas Grant noticed she was upset and was just about to say sothing when Quentin Hale knocked on the door.
"Director Grant, Director Donovan is ready and asks when you’ll be leaving?"
"Now."
Jas Grant ruffled Evelyn Clayton’s hair.
"Handle the problems you can solve yourself, and for those you can’t, wait for to back you up when I return."
"Don’t worry, I won’t deliberately stir up trouble I can’t handle." Evelyn Clayton slapped his hand away.
After Jas Grant left, Evelyn Clayton thought about sneaking away too.
But Harrison Grant suddenly said he wanted to see the design draft.
She had spent two nights at Jas Grant’s place and didn’t have the USB drive with her.
There was no ti to go back and get it now, so she could only ask Iris Lockwood to bring it over.
Iris Lockwood was lanting the lack of an excuse to see Matthew Sullivan, and she imdiately agreed, directing Sheldon Zane to detour to the studio and then deliver the USB to The Grant Group.
"Alright, you can go now."
As soon as she got out of the car, Iris Lockwood waved her hand, and Sheldon Zane didn’t even have ti to ask for a kiss.
Just as she was about to enter The Grant Group, soone suddenly ca up and surrounded her.
"Miss Lockwood, there’s a rumor that you’re involved with your stepsister’s fiancé, Matthew Sullivan, and now there are photos of you with another man at a hot spring. What’s going on?"
Iris Lockwood was still greeting the reporters when she heard this, and her face imdiately changed.
"What hot spring photos? I don’t know what you’re talking about!"
Iris Lockwood wanted to leave, but how could the reporters agree and they imdiately blocked the entrance to The Grant Group?
This made Iris Lockwood flustered, trapped in the crowd, her face as pale as a sheet,
"Get back. Who allowed you to surround this place?"
A voice ca from outside the crowd.
Much to Iris Lockwood’s disappointnt, Matthew Sullivan hadn’t shown up, but Evelyn Clayton had.
When the reporters saw Evelyn Clayton, they imdiately turned their focus on her.
"Miss Clayton, are you aware of your stepsister’s relationships with these n?"
"Miss Clayton, now that Matthew Sullivan is your fiancé but rumors circulate about him with other won, what are your thoughts on this?"
Evelyn Clayton coldly pushed away the microphones that were nearly in her face and spoke in a stern voice.
"This is a workplace, not a press conference, I will not answer any of your questions, and you are not allowed to loiter here and affect other people’s work."
Intimidated by her stern deanor, the reporters paused for a few seconds before persistently questioning her again.
"Miss Clayton, do you and Matthew Sullivan have an open relationship?"
The questions beca more absurd, and Evelyn Clayton pulled the reporter’s badge to take a look, "Fruit Daily? I’ll rember your paper, and you’ll receive a lawyer’s letter from in a few days."
Other reporters imdiately covered their badges or their company logos, not daring to question her further.
"Now, imdiately, leave here, or I will start a live broadcast to show all the netizens how you reporters obstruct normal work just to dig for a groundless news story! For any dia present, I will expose every single one of you!"
