Upon hearing this, Lin readily said, "Evelyn, just tell what you need!"
"Please help investigate the IP address for this phone number, and ensure it’s detailed," Evelyn Clayton’s voice was deep and slightly hoarse. "Is two days enough?"
As she spoke, Evelyn Clayton sent the number to Lin’s ssage box.
A few seconds later, Lin cheerfully replied, "It won’t take two days, I’ll get you the results today!"
"Thank you so much," Evelyn Clayton finally showed a hint of a smile, "Then rember to prepare for the onboarding; I’ll send you the company’s address later."
After hanging up the phone, Evelyn Clayton cald her restless mind before heading to the eting room for a conference.
The fashion design departnt was newly established, and the staff was sowhat disorganized.
At the end of the conference table, Evelyn Clayton calmly flipped through the resus in her hand.
Five minutes later, Evelyn Clayton finally looked up at everyone, showing a graceful, slight smile, "First, on behalf of the company’s president, I welco you all to the new design departnt. Secondly, I’ll discuss the departnt’s upcoming work."
Evelyn Clayton didn’t want to set too many rules for a newly established departnt.
She was succinct, "Frankly, I haven’t worked in fashion design for many years. Therefore, coming here, I hope to exchange ideas with all of you. Initially, we’ll adopt a collaborative model where each designer will draft five designs. Three days later, we’ll have a joint eting to select suitable designs for further planning. How does everyone feel about this?"
Vivian, seated next to Evelyn Clayton, lazily raised her hand, "Are there any new rules for the departnt?"
"Work hours and departnt benefits will still follow your previous practices. Once the latest batch of designs is out, whoever has the best draft will get a promotion and raise. It’s that simple," Evelyn Clayton smiled, "Although I have experience in fashion design, it’s possible soone here is more skilled and innovative than I am, so I won’t impose any regulations, only focusing on the results."
Vivian said no more, just adjusted her posture, appearing more attentive than before.
The group briefly discussed Evelyn Clayton’s collaborative model, with hardly anyone opposing it.
"If no one has any objections, then let’s end the eting and get to work."
After the eting, May approached Evelyn Clayton’s office and inquired about the design drafts.
Evelyn Clayton knew she also wanted to participate, but as May joined as the director’s assistant, trying to take part in the selection could raise doubts from others.
"How about this? You start working on it, and if it’s good enough, what can anyone say?" Evelyn Clayton encouraged her, "Don’t underestimate yourself; ideas need to be realized."
May looked blissful, "Evelyn, having you as a boss is truly a blessing!"
Evelyn Clayton chuckled, "Alright, get to work."
Watching May leave, Evelyn Clayton glanced at the clock; it was nearly ti to leave.
She tidied up her desk, preparing to end her day and visit Iris Lockwood at the hospital.
Just as she clocked out, a ssage popped up on her phone.
It was sent by Lin.
Attached were Lin’s ssages.
Judging just by the text, Lin was very excited.
"Evelyn, take a look! The IP address for this phone number is super close to you! Less than a kiloter away!!!"
Seeing the red-dot location on the screenshot, Evelyn Clayton broke out in a cold sweat.
