Heather Donovan snorted coldly, "As long as you don’t push ! Why must we end up destroying each other?"

anwhile, Keith Donovan and Jas Grant had just left the exhibition center.
In the car, Keith Donovan received a phone call, his expression slightly darkened.

"Help find out what’s going on with Sumr Monroe." Jas Grant said solemnly to Keith Donovan.
Keith Donovan raised an eyebrow, "Alright, you tell , I’ll handle it."
After speaking, Jas Grant took out his phone, his thumb sliding over the contact list.
His gaze lingered long on the na "Evelyn Clayton."
Keith Donovan saw it clearly, gave a light cough, "It’s nothing, if you want to call, just call. Pretend I’m not here."
The light in Jas Grant’s eyes flickered, then settled into calmness.
He put away his phone, his expression indifferent.
Keith Donovan looked at him, his eyes complicated.
Clearly worried about her, yet unwilling to reach out first.
As the car reached the entrance of Keith Donovan’s house, Keith Donovan bade goodbye to Jas Grant and got out of the car.
After walking a few steps, Keith Donovan suddenly turned back.
He leaned on the car window, looking at Jas Grant earnestly.
"Buddy, if you ask , don’t hold back. The worst thing between two people is having secrets from each other. Don’t let it end up with nothing left between you two, not even a shred of connection."
After saying that, without waiting for Jas to respond, Keith Donovan flashed a bright smile, "I’m off!"
Watching Keith Donovan’s figure disappear into the night, Jas Grant rarely showed a hint of confusion.
After a long ti, he took out his phone again, hesitating, then pressed that number.
A mont later, a chanical, icy female voice ca through the receiver.
"The phone you dialed is turned off, please try again later."
Jas Grant was briefly stunned, then imdiately curled his lips in self-mockery and ended the call.
Almost as if in frustration, he turned off his phone, then coldly instructed the driver, "Let’s go."
