Over the next two weeks, Shye didn't take on a quest.
Instead, he took the ti to ticulously manage his division, inquiring about new mbers, division points earned by mbers, reward redemptions, total guild contribution points accumulated by the division, and much more.
Honestly, Shye was astonished at the rapid developnt of his division. While he anticipated quick progress, he didn't expect his mbers to zealously complete quests one after another, accumulating division points at such a frenetic pace.

Perhaps they believed Shye would struggle to sustain the extravagant rewards available in the rewards room, prompting them to rush to redeem a few before they were depleted.
Upon his return, however, Shye ordered another rewards shelf and filled it with even more insane items harvested from the Abomination Lord Dungeon, including ruby-tier relics from the treasure room, leaving those who had hastily redeed their rewards to regret their decisions.
They should've listened to his advice and saved up points in the anti!
Adding to their frustrations was the equipnt delivery from the recently erging ido Brand just two days ago.
According to their sources, it was pure chaos outside the ido Blacksmith Shop.
Despite the young female blacksmith taking on a few apprentices, it was nearly impossible to speak with one of them, who handled orders, without waiting in line for at least two weeks.
No matter how much they wanted to order ido Brand equipnt sets, it was destined to remain a pipe dream.
Well, for the ti being, at least.
Therefore, upon discovering that their division leader was a partnered adventurer of the aforentioned up-and-coming young blacksmith, they were completely stunned and disbelieving.
It was as if he had been blessed by the heavens.
Unbeknownst to them, out of everything he had, this partnership with ido was the one he deserved the most as he was already an avid fan of her works even before she beca famous.
Having trusted her with his life since their academy days, it was natural for the young blacksmith to lean towards entrusting her business to him, especially after witnessing his talent firsthand.
Nevertheless, it was quite shocking yet exciting news to his division mbers.
After all, It presented an opportunity to acquire renowned equipnt sets and weapons without enduring lengthy queues.
Considering the large quantity delivered just two days ago, it seed unlikely that the stocks would deplete soon—especially since they were currently only a one-star division with a one-hundred-mber limit.
Therefore, every mber of the Flashy Ravens Rising Division was filled with hopes and dreams, driving them to continually complete quests and elevate the division to new heights.
Well, except for one guy, that is.
After asking his mbers, Shye learned that Reginald left two and a half weeks ago and had yet to return.
He wasn't worried about his safety as Reginald was incredibly strong.
However, he couldn't help but wonder where the guy ran off to.
He was about to discover it soon enough, though, as monts later, a guild staff sought him out, announcing the arrival of an official statent from the WAA.
Naturally, Shye was excited because it ant he would finally receive the rewards from the system's mandatory quest, further enhancing his attributes significantly.
He imdiately rushed towards the rewards desk.
"Hello, Miss Aria. I heard the WAA's verdict had arrived?"
"Ah, Sir Crowley, indeed. Here is the letter concerning the status of your quest. The WAA aide requested that I remind you to open it in a private setting."
"I understand. Thanks, Miss Aria."
Returning to the division lounge to inform his subordinates that he would be gone for a few hours, Shye returned to his room at an inn.
…
"Congratulations, Shye Crowley. The World Adventurer Association has awarded you a three-star completion for slaying three generals, taming one, and defeating the Dark Troll Sorceress variant lord. However, due to your age, we cannot appoint you as a hero imdiately. Instead, you will serve as one of the region's champions until you turn 24.
At that ti, you will be summoned to the main headquarters in the Yon Augenn Region for your official hero appointnt.
Note: Please register your tad monstrous creature at the nearest WAA office."
[Congratulations! You've completed the Mandatory Quest: A Hero In The Making! You may now claim the rewards separately in the Mandatory Quest window.]
[Note: Claim the familiar summoning scroll first.]
[Congratulations! You've t the requirents to complete the hidden side quest: Young Champion! You may now claim the rewards in the [Side Quest] Window!"
[Congratulations! You have unlocked Side Quests!]
Seeing the exciting notification in front of him, Shye was stunned for a few seconds before regaining his composure.
He then imdiately opened the system and navigated to the [Side Quests] section to see what the reward was.
However, recalling the note that advised him to claim the familiar summoning scroll first, Shye abruptly paused, opting to follow the system's instructions.
[Would you like to claim Reward 2: Legendary-grade Familiar Summoning Scroll? Y/N]
[Y]
Imdiately after tapping on the [Y] button, Shye's eyes almost popped out of their sockets.
Why?
Well, Reginald sohow suddenly erged from nothingness right in front of him.
"Y-Y-You! What are you doing here?! Didn't you run off sowhere?!"
"Aihh! Division Leader! Why didn't you co back right away? That old man kept trapped in a void pocket for three weeks! He said I couldn't leave until you were ready to claim this damned scroll in my hand! Also, he ntioned that this familiar summoning scroll has already been registered by one of our allies, so you can just go to a licensed familiar summoning station to summon a familiar."
"I-I see, t-thanks for delivering it then…w-wait, you know the old man?!"
"Yes, I already told you, didn't I? We will inevitably be allies," Reginald said, quickly turning around and speaking in a testy manner shortly after. "Aihh! I get it, old man! I'm leaving, no need to drag out with another one of your damned void pockets! Well then, Division Leader, see you in the division lounge!"
