Not a single adventurer knew what was going on inside a monstrous creature's mind after being on the receiving end of the [Ta] skill.

However, since this was Shye's first ti using the skill, he didn't expect much.

After all, even the WAA knew little about the skill, aside from the fact that it gave an adventurer a chance to ta a monstrous creature.

As for the exact chances one had, it was all up to one's talents as a monster tar.

anwhile, inside the blank-eyed Necrollin's mind, a representation of Shye erged from nothingness.

This was what the entire world didn't know, and none of them would ever have a chance to know as they weren't monstrous creatures.

The representation of the caster was actually the amalgamation of his combat power in its entirety, and one's mana pool was around 15% of the entire clone's total strength.

Naturally, with such an enormous mana pool and outlandish combat power, Shye's representation in the Necrollin's mind was akin to a Demon God, causing it to tremble in fear and trepidation—all thoughts of defying the mind invader—gone.

"H-Human. Imp, submit!" The imp said inside its mind's realm, sweating profusely and bowing towards Shye as it did so.

Back in the real world, although the imp's submission did not co out of its mouth, a black seal of unrecognizable characters appeared on its forehead.

Soon after, life returned to the imp's eyes.

This ti, though, there was not a single hint of defiance as it stared at Shye, even taking the initiative to offer him a respectful salute.

"Imp greet human master!"

Naturally, Shye was dumbstruck upon hearing the Necrollin's words.

However, after finally realizing that his [Ta] skill had successfully tad the small creature, Shye inwardly celebrated in sheer delight.

'I'm this talented as a monster tar?! What can't I do?!'

If his favorite academy instructor, Fienna Evans, heard what was on his mind, he would receive a solid whack on the back of his head that would surely drag him back down to the ground.

"Ahem! Great decision, Necrollin! I shall help you unlock your talent and bring you to greater heights!"

Of course, the small monstrous creature currently didn't care one bit about Shye's promises as it was scared silly by Shye's representation, who remained seated inside its mind realm, seemingly having no intention to leave.

This representation was the black seal on its forehead, and as long as the seal remained, the representation would naturally stay, ensuring that the creature would follow Shye's every order.

However, as the tad monstrous creature grew stronger, the representation would gradually lose control over it—unless he also beca stronger.

Since Shye was the most talented youngster Valenzia ever had, there should be no problems keeping the loyalty of a small Necrollin, and as long as his overall combat power increases, the strength of the representation within the monster's mind would naturally also grow.

"Damn it!" Shye cursed as he suddenly rembered that the Bone Wyrm was only gathering its parts and strength before attacking him again.

Swiftly turning his head and drawing his greatswords, Shye was pleasantly surprised to find that the scattered pieces of the Bone Wyrm had already ceased moving.

"W-What?"

For a few monts, he was confused. However, as a sudden realization dawned upon him, Shye turned his head and looked at the Necrollin.

"Hey, from now on, you shall be known as Nookie, do you understand?"

"Understand!"

Nodding in satisfaction, Shye asked the question in his mind.

"Hey, uhh…Nookie. By so chance, were you the one controlling this Bone Wyrm?"

"No."

Hearing Nookie's answer, Shye frowned.

'If not Nookie, then who? And why did it stop moving after I tad Nookie?'

Shye was utterly confused.

Luckily, the little imp spoke once more and cleared things up.

"Nookie, not control. Nookie, only give core power."

'Ahh…so that's why the wyrm stopped moving…'

"I see, can you give the core then? I shall destroy it."

Naturally, the little imp felt uncomfortable handing over its forr comrade's core to its new master, however, it had no choice but to comply as it was truly scared of the black seal.

Receiving a small azure core from Nookie's little hands, Shye stared at it for a while and decided to temporarily keep it. Continue your journey on empire

He had lots of ti and he could always destroy it in front of the guards if they required him to do so.

For now, tracking the last general was the priority.

"Hey, Nookie. Can you tell about the four most trusted subordinates of your forr lord?"

"Ugyu?" Hearing Shye's words, the little imp paused for a while to comprehend what he said and think.

It then ran with its now healed little legs towards the Dark Lycan's corpse and the Bone Wyrm's bits and pieces before saying "Bald Vampire. ."

It was a little hard to understand its actions, however, after thinking for a short while, Shye sohow managed.

'Hmm…so the Dark Lycan, the Bone Wyrm, the vampire progenitor, and Nookie, huh?'

That ant that he successfully killed three generals, the dungeon lord, and tad the last remaining general.

Sadly, he didn't know whether taming the general would count towards a three-star completion, or even the two-star one.

However, after considering the advantages and disadvantages of having Nookie by his side, Shye still believed that it was worth it despite the WAA likely awarding him only a one-star completion.

After all, completing the supplentary quests would likely be much easier now that he had a Necrollin Puppeteer with him, as each creature kill would result in gaining an additional monster ally.

He didn't know how many corpses Nookie could control at this mont, however, it wasn't an issue as he could perform an intensive ability test for the little imp.

…Looking around the room, Shye's gaze landed on one of the ruby-tier weapons on the floor.

"Oh! I almost forgot. It's ti to gather the treasures! Nookie! Help collect everything!"
