Kale nodded his head, "This is a good idea. Actually, the students have also been looked down upon by the veterans of this battlefield. They think the students are too inexperienced and will only cause trouble instead of helping them."

Orion lightly laughed, "Well, they might not be that wrong. Most of the students haven’t had a single life and death encounter. Most of them were safely raised in the noble houses. This is their first tempering. How can the veterans not look down upon them?"

The others thoughtfully nodded their heads. Felira quietly asked, "Then what should we do?"

Orion didn’t answer her imdiately and instead asked, "Where are you all staying? I don’t think you will be staying at so inns right?"

Nyss calmly replied, "We are staying at my mansion here. It has more than enough space to gather all the students of the academy."

Orion looked at her appreciatively, "Good, you understood my thoughts. Then we will invite all the students of the academy who are willing to join us to the mansion tomorrow and make our own legion to fight against the beasts."

The others’ eyes lit up hearing about the creation of the legion. This seed far more interesting than their little club.

Orion looked around at everyone’s excited faces and lightly smiled, "We might have to spend quite so ti here. So it’s better to make our foundation as solid as possible. Now, let’s eat and discuss more at the mansion."

Nyss, Arya, Emilia, Sylvia, Felira, Elias, Kale, Rina, and Fiora nodded their heads and began to enjoy the feast with Orion.

They knew the next period of ti would make them super busy so they decided to have a hearty al.

While Orion thought about the legion he was about to form, at that ti, Lumi’s curious voice echoed in his mind,

[Why did you suddenly decide to make a legion Master?]

Orion replied without thinking much, ’There are lots of benefits in making this legion. Both imdiate and future benefits at that.’

[Hmm, the imdiate benefits should be increasing your group’s strength a lot so you can better cope with the demons?]

He lightly shook his head, ’Haha, listen carefully, first, after forming this legion, I will get lots of rit points for the academy since I managed to establish order among the students in this chaotic situation. Second, as the Legion Commander, I will get a certain rit from the overall contributions of all mbers of the legion. Third, I can establish my prestige among the noble houses since a lot of Noble Heirs are here, while also pulling the commoner students into my camp. And so other benefits.’

He finished speaking in one breath and explained all the thoughts he had to Lumi, making even her impressed.

[You thought a lot for this huh? This seems like a good plan, only if you can convince the others to follow your lead here. They are all Noble Heirs, all are unruly. I don’t think it will be so easy to make them listen to your words. (˙꒳˙ )]

Orion inwardly chuckled, ’Then let them co, I will convince them with my fist if they don’t listen.’

Lumi laughed hearing his words while the rest of the group continued their feast.

***

After the group had finished their al, they went from the restaurant to Nyss’s local mansion in the city center.

The mansion was stylized to suit the aesthetic of the Blackwell Noble Family, with a dark and eerie vibe to the entire mansion. Yet it was precisely this eerie mansion that stabilized the hearts of the commoners since they knew it was the mansion of a Duke House.

Inside, they sat around a grand round table made of an unknown wood, its polished surface seed to be exuding a warm stream of mana in the surrounding.

They had already been discussing the current situation for a while when Orion leaned forward slightly, his expression slightly playful, as he said with a smile, "Since we’ve already decided on forming this legion, we must establish clear positions. We’ll need a Legion Commander and several Legion Generals to maintain proper chain of command so there won’t be much chaos."

"And since we are among the top students in this batch, it would be best if we decide the leadership structure among ourselves first."

Sylvia nodded thoughtfully, gently crossing her arms, "That’s a good idea. However, we also need to be prepared for challenges. The other noble heirs and talented commoners aren’t likely to accept our leadership without resistance. They have their own pride and ambition as well."

Everyone nodded their heads solemnly, acknowledging the truth of her words. The table briefly fell silent, each one considering how best to handle the delicate situation.

Orion smiled confidently, breaking the silence, "Then let clearly state this first. I intend to take the role of Legion Commander. If anyone among you wishes to contest for this position, feel free to issue a challenge. The winner naturally claims the title."

The others exchanged glances, the atmosphere instantly turning tense at Orion’s words but the silence didn’t last long.

After a short pause, Arya raised her delicate hand, smiling gently, "I support Brother Orion for Legion Commander. Among us, he is undoubtedly the most suitable."

Nyss imdiately followed suit, her usually calm expression revealing firm support, "I also support Orion."

Emilia gave a soft smile, gently nodding, "Since Princess Arya has already decided then I will follow her wishes. I support Orion as well."

Kale and Elias exchanged helpless smiles, Elias shaking his head with a resigned sigh, "I’m not looking to embarrass myself. If defeating Orion were easy, he wouldn’t already be leading us. I’ll gladly support him as Commander."

Kale chuckled lightly, a hint of admiration in his voice, "Indeed, trying to compete with Orion at this stage would only end badly for us. Perhaps we might stand a chance if we sohow reach the Ninth Tier first."

Orion laughed lightly, his eyes filled with amusent as he looked at the two of them, "You should aim to reach the Eighth Tier first. You’re still stuck at the Peak of the Seventh Tier, like . Though reaching the next level shouldn’t be difficult if you put in so real effort during this ti."

Felira covered her mouth softly, giggling as she added, "I certainly don’t want this heavy responsibility, so I support Orion fully."

Orion shook his head helplessly, a wry smile on his lips, "You’re making this awkward now. The intention was for anyone who genuinely wants the position to challenge openly. If everyone openly supports like this, anyone still wanting to challenge would feel quite embarrassed."

His gaze settled playfully upon Sylvia, whose eyes sparkled with clear fighting intent. A flicker of excitent passed through her eyes, though she ultimately restrained herself, releasing a soft sigh, "I recognize my current limitations. I’m not yet your match. However, once I break through, I will formally challenge you again. But not for this position, I don’t want this troubleso thing to fall on ."

Orion chuckled hearing her words, "Since no one else seems interested, I suppose I’ll reluctantly accept this burden."

All the others laughed lightly at his overly dramatic tone, the previously tense atmosphere now replaced with light playfulness.
