Chapter 564: Syreni
Charles soon returned to his usual self and decided not to probe this strange owl's real identity.
He then let out a deep sigh and answered Arayn's question.
"It's similar to the 'Ti Recall' spell. I want your help to eliminate the Destiny Conquerors and end this grand sche. If not, these guys will get in my way for sure." He deliberated for a mont and added.
"I'm also after another person nad 'Fate Professor.' I suspect he is the main culprit behind this whole assassination plot."
anwhile, Silvia looked at Charles for a second and soon shook her head.
"Eliminate the Destiny Conquerors? You are not even a Legend Rank powerhouse, mister? Do you even know the true strength of that organization?" Silvia asked coldly. Her wisdom eyes indeed showed her that his strength was on par with Legend rank powerhouse.
But she still felt the person in front of her was nothing but a weakling like her.
anwhile, Charles leaned his back on the soft couch and answered calmly.
"I already killed one of the sixteen Destiny Conquerors, Miss Silvia. And I do have so information about this group." He paused for a mont, took a deep breath, and continued.
"First on my hit list is a guy nad Mateo. He is a Rune Mage and has a powerful trump card called 'Wizard's Cube.' Although I've no information about this artifact, I highly suspect it is an intellectual artifact. He is staying in 56A Long Street, Underground District's northern side..."
"Second: Gabriel. He is a Fire Mage like and mastered Soul Fire to an incredible level. He didn't have any incredible artifacts, but he seed to have so unique abilities that could even pose a serious threat to powerful Ancient Beings. Although nobody knows where he lives, he regularly cos to the 'Mary's Milk' Bar and enjoys his mortal life.

As Charles said the Destiny Conquerors organization leader's na, the black owl suddenly turned stiff and gave him a sharp look.
"You even knew her na?" It asked in the sa feminine tone. Clearly, the black owl was impressed by the information and looked at him in shock.
anwhile, Charles also stopped midway and asked in surprise.
"Her? Asher is a girl?"
In truth, he got all this information from Wisdom-Link with the help of Genesis.
When Jessie was assassinating the 'Fate Professor's carriage driver at 7.19 A.M, Charles tried to use the 'Wisdom Link' and soon found out it was working inside the Miracle City!
Not wasting such a good opportunity, he decided to gather all the information about the Destiny Conquerors. Moreover, he even collected so vital information from Brook's Inner World and managed to form a detailed report about each Destiny Conqueror.
'But even the Wisdom Link has little information about this 'Destiny Conqueror's leader.'
At that mont, he felt that this black owl was also shrouded by full of mysteries.
In the anti, the owl kept staring into Charles's eyes and asked.
"How did you find out her real identity? Even Demigod Rafael knew of her real na, though."
"Secret." Charles also decided not to reveal too much information about him and calmly looked back at the owl.
A strange silence appeared inside the room.
After a long silence, the black owl made a strange hoot noise and spoke.
"Tell what you know about Asher."
On the other hand, Charles nodded and answered while shaking his head.
"Nothing much. I heard that Asher's abilities are related to blood, and that's it."
At that mont, Jessie furrowed her eyebrows and asked.
"Could it be she also chose [Blood Manipulator] Class?"
But Charles shook his head in disapproval.
"She was a powerful being born during the Ancient Era. But at that ti, the mysterious 'Ti Angel' hasn't even created the Class-Gem pathway."
At that mont, Silvia thought of sothing and spoke with a thoughtful look on her face.
"Then, she might be a Syreni Warlock. I once explored the Tower of Mirrors and learned that an evil Chaotic Race called 'Syreni' lived during the Ancient Era and controlled the sea and sea-based lands. And, I heard that these Syrenis were well-versed in blood-related abilities and worshipped a Chaotic Goddess."
Just as she spoke, Charles turned his gaze toward Jessie and looked at her status.
'Is it related to her blood-related skill: Siren's eyes? Wait, I heard that sirens are mythological evil creatures living in the sea and are depicted as beautiful won with tails of fish... Ezra also said about this 'Syreni Race' and even depicted their appearance as similar to rmaids...'
"It seems we are after a powerful being this ti." He paused as he thought of sothing, looked at Sylvia, and asked.
"Do you have a way to contact 'Demigod Rafael' and inform him about this Destiny Conquerors organization's leader? We can solve this grand sche in less than a few minutes if he lends us a hand."
"Unfortunately, Demigod Rafael isn't in the Miracle City right now, Mr. Charles. He is currently staying in Abyss and will take more than 5 to 6 hours to reach here." Silvia shook her head and responded.
"Demigod Rafael isn't here? Impossible." At that mont, Charles recalled the beginning warning ssage and frowned.
'The ssage clearly said that 'Steal the 'Draught of the Phoenix' potion from the Miracle's museum hall and escape under the watchful eyes of three Demigods.' I thought the three Demigods were Rafael, Miguel, and Erson. But now, I highly suspect another Demigod level is hiding in the shadows and watching everyone's movent...'
'Who is it? Destiny Conqueror organization's leader Asher? Or soone else?'
As he was in deep thought, Charles suddenly received a piece of information through the 'purple word' spell and turned her gaze toward the entrance.
'When Professor thought about a while ago, I saw a glimpse of mory showing a food stall na 'Quick Bite.' He seems to be pissed right now.'
He instantly turned his gaze toward Jessie and asked.
"Do you know where the 'Quick Bite' food stall is located?"
Surprised by his sudden question, Jessie looked puzzled at first and soon closed her eyes.
Then, she activated her [Mind Storm] skill and recreated the whole Miracle City blueprint in her mind. After that, she skimd through all the street food stall nas in two seconds and answered.
"It's located two streets away from Rocky Street, Mister. We can reach there in 7 minutes if we go by carriage."
Just as she spoke, Arayn also turned its head towards Jessie and blinked its eyes.
"Hooot, that Fate Professor is on his way here."
"Are you sure?"
Charles wasn't surprised by Arayn's words and asked.
At that mont, his mind started to work at an incredible speed.
'How did he find us so soon? Didn't I mislead him? Did sothing happen?'
"He must have seen Ezra along the way. I told you it's not safe to use his identity often." At that mont, Silvia turned her gaze toward the black owl and glared at it.
"I didn't do it intentionally! I thought they would overlook everything and go away sooner." The black owl protested.
On the other hand, Charles turned his gaze towards the Secret Witch and the mysterious Owl and furrowed his brows.
"You know Ezra?" He couldn't help but feel sothing was wrong with the whole situation.
'Who is Ezra anyway? Although I absorbed most of his mories, I didn't find a clue about his connection with any of these two. From what I heard from Gatekeeper Windson Grey, he is nothing more than an arrogant punk who happens to have so connection with so security guards. But sothing feels off about him for sure.'
Upon hearing his question, Silvia didn't think much and answered.
"Well, he did co here often and et Teacher once or twice a week-" She abruptly paused as she thought of the strangeness and quickly asked.
"How do you know him?"
At that mont, everyone in the room realized sothing wasn't right and slowly looked at Arayn.
