Isaac Heston is such a bastard.

A bastard with big pig trotters who’s only got eyes for Ivana Monroe and not his cousin.

Susan Heston was furious, her fingers slowly tightening, but after a mont, she loosened them.

What was she mad about?

Soon, Ivana, that wretch, would be disfigured. Today would be Ivana’s best day; in the years to co, it would be her downfall.

Susan was extrely pleased.

About twenty minutes later, Laura Thompson ca rushing out.

So quickly?

Susan was a bit puzzled, but excitent and thrill overwheld her doubts.

"Is Ivana completely disfigured?"

Susan stared at Laura impatiently, eager for her confirmation.

Laura’s expression wasn’t good, and Susan’s heart suddenly sank.

Did it fail?

Laura shook her head, and Susan’s heart sunk completely.

"Susan, what kind of trick are you playing? Didn’t you say Ivana was here filming Sean Vaughn’s MV? There isn’t a soul in the school, is Ivana filming with ghosts?"

Laura ca with the determination to ruin Ivana, her malicious blood boiling, but not finding Ivana naturally pissed her off. So she snapped at Susan.

"How could that be? I was here just yesterday, Ivana was definitely filming with Sean Vaughn here."

Susan refused to believe it; she ran inside to check, and it indeed was as Laura said—there wasn’t anyone around, as desolate as it could be.

"This... that’s impossible!"

Susan kept shaking her head, was yesterday just a dream?

If not, Ivana wouldn’t possibly miss filming today.

The initial shoot for Sean Vaughn’s MV was mostly set at school, they fild for over a month!

Laura followed behind: "Susie, if you don’t know where Ivana’s filming, just say so, no need to trick ."

Laura knew Susan well; she’d lie to maintain appearances.

Laura thought Susan was lying again this ti.

Susan’s face was ugly, seriously she said: "I didn’t lie to you, I indeed ca yesterday, Ivana was right here filming. I’ll make a call to enquire for details."

Susan couldn’t believe Ivana could shoot so much in just one day.

Susan couldn’t figure the situation out either, so she dialed a number, the one of the crew’s caraman.

A mont later.

Susan hung up the phone; her expression was as if she’d been punched, ashen-faced she told Laura: "The shoot for Sean Vaughn’s MV is paused; it’ll probably only resu after the New Year."

Laura frowned: "That has nothing to do with , I only care where Ivana is now? I can’t keep this bottle of acid in my pocket forever, can I?"

Susan: "Don’t worry! I’ll quickly investigate Ivana’s whereabouts and tell you."

She was also eager for Ivana’s disfigurent.

Laura: "Yes, the sooner she’s disfigured, the sooner I can put my mind at ease. I refuse to believe Isaac would still like her if her face beca like the surface of the moon."

Susan laughed: "My cousin is in the looks club; if Ivana weren’t good-looking, full of tricks, my two cousins wouldn’t be wrapped around her finger."

Laura thought about how she’d liked Isaac for so long, yet he fell in love with Ivana, that tramp, and she felt so hurt.

Laura cursed hatefully: "Slut, so shaless, sleeping with thousands, having thousands ride her, doesn’t she fear catching AIDS?"

~~

Two days passed in the blink of an eye.

During these two days, Jack Quinn was nearly going mad, he blew up his phone, contacted countless people, even the best hacker in the R world was found, yet the virus problem at Mount Cygnus Hospital couldn’t be resolved.

Leo Griffin was nearly going mad too.

Ivana was driving him insane; would that woman undergo the surgery or not? Could she give him a definite answer?

Every ti she said she needed to consider.

Giving him hope, yet dragging it out relentlessly.

Leo Griffin had never seen a woman lingering like Ivana; he really wanted to tie her up and directly perform a paralyzing surgery on her.

Shelton Hale couldn’t help Jack Quinn; now all the computers were blacked out, no new patients coming in, he was happy to be idle with his mind entirely on Julia Sinclair.

Shelton Hale listened to Leo Griffin.

He furrowed his brows, face gloomy, he said: "Damn woman, so indecisive. If she’s not going, then give her a shot of sedatives and drag her directly to the operating room."

Leo was shocked, Shelton Hale’s thoughts coincided with his own.

However, Leo only thought about it in frustration; he didn’t have the guts to actually kidnap Ivana.

"Shelton, your idea is very dangerous."

Surgery requires a signature from the patient or family. If a dose of sedatives is given, who would sign for Ivana? Technology is advanced now; no matter how good the forgery, impersonated signatures would be found out.

Voluntary surgery escape a dical mishap, not constituting a cri.

Non-voluntary, the nature is different, it’s intentional cri, not only forever losing the profession of a doctor, he’d also be arrested and jailed.

Ruining prospects and facing jail, such things Leo absolutely wouldn’t touch.

"Ivana forced the risk," Shelton’s gaze turned icy: "I’ve already run out of patience; just do as I said, I guarantee you’ll be absolutely safe."

Leo shook his head in horror: "How can you guarantee I’m absolutely safe? Without the patient or family’s signature, we doctors can’t act on our own to help her with surgery. Don’t tell about forgery, it’s illegal; if discovered, my career will be ruined, plus I’ll face a long prison sentence."

Shelton thought Leo was too timid and not wise.

"Who asked you to forge a signature for her? She has hands, just help her press her fingerprint!"

"But... there’s a caregiver and a child in her room, how can I possibly give her a sedative in the ward?"

Shelton rolled his eyes at Leo, truly thinking how he had grown such a stupid head?

"Who’s asking you to give sedatives in the ward?"

"Then..."

"You can use the excuse of a body check to get her from the ward to the examination room, then sedate her, press her fingerprint, and do the surgery directly."

A patient has the right to "voluntarily" undergo surgery during a body check, then subsequently, a "dical accident" occurs, and Ivana’s foot naturally becos crippled.

Leo listened to this in terror, the operation was too risky!

Shelton saw Leo’s frightened, timid look and directly threw out the bait: "If you help get this done, I’ll have Jack Quinn give all orthopedic purchasing to you."

Orthopedic purchasing, that’s a lucrative task.

Greed flashed in Leo’s eyes, he kept swallowing, eager to agree imdiately, but...

Shelton noticed and displeased he said: "If you are unwilling, forget it, I’ll find soone else, and the lucrative task of orthopedic purchasing will be handed to soone else! Believe others will cherish the opportunity; business law, timid people starve, bold people feast."
