Despite the Invisible Demon’s deep-set fear of the Moon Empress, an evil current arose from it.
Normally, people would see dinsional lifeforms as losing their freedom when they beca an Apostle’s believer. But to a dinsional lifeform, becoming a believer was a goal that they were willing to work their entire lives for.
To them, it was an unimaginable honor to be able to beco an Apostle’s Favored Believer.
Both believers and Favored Believers needed to supply faith power to their Apostle.
If the Invisible Demon used its soul as the paper and its faith as the ink to swear its loyalty to Lin Yuan, it could no longer beco a believer of an Apostle, much less a Favored Believer.
As such, the Invisible Demon would object to this regardless of how much fear it was in.
The evil current emanating from the Invisible Demon seeped out of the dark purple tal cage and gave Lin Yuan a familiar feeling.
It was similar to Mystic Moon’s aura and the aura that Red Thorn released after consuming the strange plant seed.
However, the Invisible Demon’s aura was much fainter. It was practically just a wisp.
Upon comparison, Lin Yuan beca certain that this was the aura of a Creation Breed fey.
He inhaled sharply as this ant that the Whale Ocean Comrce had Creation Breed power and above.
Just as Lin Yuan was feeling pressured by the Invisible Demon’s aura, he heard a scoff and all the pressure imdiately lifted.
The Invisible Demon howled in anguish, and the shadow in the cage vanished.
Finally, Lin Yuan saw the true appearance of the Class XI/Kalpa VIII Invisible Demon. It stood on two legs and was only about a ter tall. Its body was skinny, and its skin was grayish-purple. Long black purple fingernails grew out of both its hands. As Lin Yuan looked at the sharpness of the fingernails, he felt that it would easily be able to slice radium apart.
The evil current emanating from the Invisible Demon had vanished, and it seed extrely feeble.
Purple black blood oozed from its seven orifices. Clearly, it had been seriously injured.
This was the second ti that Lin Yuan saw the Moon Empress in action.
The first ti was at the outskirts of the Royal Capital when they were facing Cheng Wu.
At that ti, she had only used emperor-class power. However, emperor-class power seed unbelievable to Lin Yuan at that ti.
Now, emperor-class power seed like nothing much to him. Even the Sacred Sword form’s sword skill would be able to hold off emperor-class power. As Lin Yuan continued to grow, Genius continued to gain more knowledge.
Lin Yuan had learned from the information in the Hidden Moon Pavilion that the mbers of royalty had signed an agreent a decade ago. It stated that they could not use power above emperor-class when they were facing people from the sa territory.
This had to be the reason the Moon Empress had only used emperor-class power at that ti.
Now that he was seeing the Moon Empress in action for the second ti, he could not but be floored as one scoff was enough to grievously injure the Invisible Demon with pinnacle thearch-class power.
Lin Yuan felt slightly overwheld. He knew that his Master was powerful but did not expect it to surpass his imagination so greatly.
Lin Yuan sighed in amazent.
My Master is way too powerful! The Moon Empress glared murderously at the Invisible Demon and sneered. “I gave you a chance. But since you’re too stupid to make the right decision, I shall—”. Before the Moon Empress could finish speaking, the Invisible Demon fell to its knees with its head lowered.
Lin Yuan imdiately sensed faith power rushing forth from the Invisible Demon toward him.
He had a feeling that he would be in total control of the Invisible Demon’s life the mont he accepted its faith power.
He could use the Invisible Demon’s faith power to crush its soul.
After hesitating for a mont, Lin Yuan accepted the Invisible Demon’s loyalty.
The mont he accepted it, the Invisible Demon’s faith power was stored into the shrine in his soul.
Lin Yuan could sense the Invisible Demon’s hesitation in supplying him with faith power, and its eyes flashed continuously.
The Invisible Demon could sense that its faith power was being controlled by Lin Yuan when it entered his body.
In the abyssal world, only Apostles could control faith power.
How could this human control faith power? Could he be an Apostle?
Neither Lin Yuan nor the Moon Empress knew what the Invisible Demon was thinking.
The Moon Empress said, “Little Yuan, go and open the tal cage. You’ll have an added level of protection with the Invisible Demon around.”
While she was speaking, the Mother of Bloodbath ca to her mind. She had chosen the Mother of Bloodbath to be Lin Yuan’s Path Protector because of its background and bloodline.
However, she did not expect Lin Yuan to grow so rapidly.
The Mother of Bloodbath was rendered useless as his Path Protector because of his astronomical growth.
The Mother of Bloodbath only had emperor-class power and was insufficient to protect Lin Yuan. Hence, the Moon Empress decided to give the rare Invisible Demon to Lin Yuan.
Lin Yuan walked up and opened the cage door.
Soon, the Invisible Demon turned into a ball of shadows and fused with his own shadow.
Surprisingly, Lin Yuan could not sense the Invisible Demon’s presence at all.
Suddenly, Lin Yuan had the idea of using the source-type power that the Sacred Sword Wielding Queen extracted from Law Source Crystals to cleanse the Invisible Demon and nurture it into an Apostle.
However, he could not use the sa thod of calculating the amount of source-type power needed for Rising Lizard and Wendy’s Source-Type Cleansings to calculate the amount required for the Invisible Demon’s Source-Type Cleansing.
