Michael shook his head and said, "Nope, why? Did soone contacted you to hire your services in the war?"
Solitary Tempest slightly nodded and replied, "Uhmm, The Guild Leader of the War Dragons Guild contacted last night, wanting to hire with their war against the Black Skull Guild"
"Did you accept it then?" asked Michael.
Solitary Tempest just shook her head and said, "Not yet, I actually wanted to talk to you about this and maybe you could even join in it, but it seems like you already had other plans and have no interest in participating in the war"
"Anyway, why do you want to go to the Wildlands? That part of the continent is still dangerous for us with our current levels, the monsters over there could probably kill us in a single blow"
Michael just shrugged his shoulders and said, "Before Sonya left, she left a note saying that the only way to return this land’s weather back to normal is by traveling to the center of the Wildlands and awakening the dormant volcano called Mount Rasborg"
Solitary Tempest didn’t say anything after Michael said those words as she wore a thoughtful look on her face, then a few monts later, she opened her mouth and said sothing that startled Michael.
"Then why don’t I co with you then?"
"You...co with ?" Michael suddenly had a funny look on his face when he heard that from her.
"Yeah, you don’t want to?" Solitary Tempest’s expression suddenly beca fierce as she raised one of her eyebrows.
"Of course, I want that, but I thought you were planning to participate in the upcoming guild war?" Michael said.
"Well, I wanted to, but now hearing that you plan to go the Wildlands, then I want to co with you as it sounds more exciting than playing around in so war, besides, both of us would be able to spend more ti with each other inside the ga even though we don’t really go out a lot outside of the ga," said Solitary Tempest.
Michael couldn’t but smile widely and said, "What is it this? Couple goals?"
Solitary Tempest also couldn’t help smile and reply to him with a laugh, "Yeah!"
"Hey, you two lovebirds over there. Why don’t you co over here and lend us a hand instead of just acting lovey-dovey over there?"
Dylan’s voice suddenly sounded nearby, destroying the beautiful atmosphere around them and when both Michael and Solitary Tempest turned around to where the voice ca from, they saw Dylan looking at them with a frown on his face while trying to light a fire with a stack of firewood in front of him.
Michael and Solitary Tempest couldn’t help but look at each other and smile.
"Are you two really just gonna stand there and watch ?" Dylan once again opened his mouth, sounding a little bit annoyed.
"God, you’re really annoying"
"You do know that I’m this village’s lord now, right?"
Michael couldn’t help but roll his eyes and started walking towards him with Solitary Tempest walking just a step behind him.
"You are...?" Dylan said, acting like he didn’t know about it at all.
Slap!
And Michael finally couldn’t help but slap the head of this bastardy friend of his.
A little while later.
"What!? You two want to co with us?" Michael couldn’t help but raise his voice as he stopped eating, but his yell was quickly drowned out by the festivities around them.
Minerva looked at Michael and Solitary Tempest before saying, "Yeah, going to the Wildlands seems really dangerous, but it sounds like fun at the sa ti!"
Michael glanced at Solitary Tempest and didn’t say anything as he wanted for her to decide what to do with this. After all, Dylan and Minerva coming with them isn’t part of their plan.
"Okay"
"What?"
Michael didn’t expect for Solitary Tempest to easily agree to it, it was because he was expecting for her to actually reject them.
Solitary Tempest just ignored him as two won suddenly started chatting happily with each other.
"But what about your guild? Aren’t you the guild leader? Leaving a guild without its head is bad" said Solitary Tempest, she sounded really concerned.
Minerva lightly moved her hand in beckoning motion towards Solitary Tempest and said, "Ohh, it’s fine. I’ll make sure to transfer my position to Maverick the day that we depart for the Wildlands"
Then after that, the two won suddenly started talking about girls’ stuff, the best place for a vacation, the current hottest band in the world, or what is the best make up for a woman.
Dylan stood beside Michael, and leaned towards him and whispered, "Since when did they beco this close?"
"Huh? I thought you knew about it?" Michael looked at him with confusion.
Dylan just rolled his eyes and said, "The heck would I know? I barely know your girlfriend man"
"Wait, now that I think about it. Didn’t the two of them suddenly started hanging out together on the day that we arrived here?"
Hearing what Dylan, Michael also realized that the two girls would always be seen together when they are not with their boyfriends.
"Don’t tell the two of them have been hanging out with each other since then?" Dylan said, indicating about the get together that happened before.
Michael nodded as he also thought of that possibility.
"Right, Amanda is having a girls night out tonight, how about the two of us go to the usual bar and have a drink or two?" Michael said.
"Amanda is also going out tonight?" Dylan said as he picked sothing from what Michael had said.
Michael stared at him as his eyes narrowed, "Yeah, don’t tell Allison is also having a girls night tonight?"
Dylan just nodded with a dumbfounded look as he and Michael’s heads slowly turned around towards the direction of where Solitary Tempest and Minerva is.
"Yeah, she just told about it earlier in the day" Dylan mumbled in a low voice that only the two of them could hear.
"I see, damn"
Michael could only curse and didn’t know what to say after that.
