The white curtains fluttered in the afternoon breeze. The sounds of footsteps and conversations ca and went.
In the spacious patient room, there was a bed filled with a mother sitting holding her newborn baby.
The baby’s blue eyes and fair skin made the brown-eyed, black-haired mother smile.
Her tanned skin looked so different from the skin color of the baby she was holding, but even so, the tiny baby was her child.
A healthy baby girl who now yawned and decided to close her eyes and sleep.
Seeing the cuteness of her baby, Ayu smiled happily.
"Ayu, I’m sorry, my brother didn’t pick up the phone," said the blonde-haired man with blue eyes who at first glance had the sa physical features as the baby Ayu was holding.
Unfortunately, that man was Johan Smith, the younger brother of Ayu’s husband, William Smith.
Johan entered Ayu’s room with a face that sohow looked more tired than Ayu herself, even though she had just given birth.
"It’s okay, I’ll bring -"
"Johan," Ayu cut off the man’s sentence before Johan had ti to step towards to the exit door.
Ayu with her calm face looked at Johan who looked so sweaty.
"Johan, there’s no need. I’m sure he’s busy with his new project," Ayu said.
"But this is an important day for you, and it should be an important day for him. How can a father miss a mont like this?" asked Johan in such passionate tone of voice.
"Shhhh... Don’t make any noise, Jessica is asleep."
Johan imdiately fell silent and approached the bed where Ayu was sitting. He saw Ayu’s expression and decided to stand next to her while observing Jessica’s innocent sleeping face.
"Will must be busy and probably won’t co...," Ayu said, rubbing her little baby’s cheeks.
"That guy is always busy with his own work as if his project could change the world," replied Johan who was now crossing his arms.
Ayu smiled. "But I guess that’s what made fall in love with him."
That short sentence managed to make Johan pensive for a mont before he looked away.
A sentence he already knew but still couldn’t accept in his heart. It pierced his feelings over the past few years but at the sa ti, he could not stay away from the woman in front of him.
"Johan, I’m sorry to be selfish, but if sothing happens, will you look after Jessica?" Ayu looked at Johan with a rather sad and guilty expression as if she didn’t want to burden Johan any more than this.
Johan knew that, Ayu didn’t want to trouble anyone, not even her own husband. She was so used to bearing all the burdens alone, but Johan couldn’t help himself, he couldn’t let the woman he loved grieve right before his very own eyes.
Johan sighed. "You haven’t changed at all, Ayu. Of course I will take care of Jessica. She is my niece after all."

Blood flowed out profusely and Johan forcefully closed the wound, vibrating a few electrons precisely to create heat and seal all the tissue of his internal organs.
This wouldn’t prevent him from dying since half his intestines were gone, but it was enough to keep him alive a little longer to fight Rama.
The young man also did the sa with his wounds, with the magic power he possessed, his body that had lost its layer of skin was now covered with skin again.
Rama could not regenerate the limbs he had lost, but if it was just covering the wound, his magic ability could do that.
The young man who had lost two arms was now running towards Johan, but Johan would not let him get close that easily.

Rama didn’t dodge, he used his kalomba as a moving shield and blocked all the electricity.

The collection of electric attacks continued to be directed at Rama that keep running. And every ti the attack was about to hit Rama, a kalomba suddenly passed by and blocked the attack.
The young man was already in front of Johan and prepared to kick him in the head.
But Johan swiftly extended his right hand to catch Rama’s leg.
Unfortunately it was predicted by the young man because Rama jumped back just as Johan extended his right hand.
*Jrash!
The ground hollowed out and disappeared instantly, as well as Johan’s hand that was on the ground.
Rama imdiately ca forward and now launched a real kick at Johan’s face.
*BHAM!
A kick so powerful that it sent Johan flying into the air.
As the man’s body straightened up in the air, a flying kalomba shot through his left chest and made Johan spit blood from his mouth.
He was no longer able to move and the last thing on Johan’s mind was Ayu smiling at him followed by Jessica hugging his leg.
Really...
It ward his heart before he finally closed his eyes with a satisfied smile.
*Thuk
Johan’s body fell to the ground with blood flowing out of his left chest.
Rama who was breathing heavily walked over to Johan, he saw the man’s lifeless condition and imdiately grinned widely. "You were a great opponent, Johan Smith."

Jessica’s eyes suddenly widened and she turned to look behind her.
The girl no longer felt it, Johan’s brainwaves had vanished.
"Impossible..." Tears dripped out of her teary blue eyes.
"Uncle Johan!" Jessica shouted, startling Putri.
"Stop this wolf! We have to go back!" Jessica shouted hysterically while grabbing Putri by the shoulders.
"What are you talking about?" asked Putri who was still confused by the sudden panic.
"Uncle Johan! We have to go back! Now!" Jessica shook the Putri with a look of panic and fear.
Putri didn’t understand what was happening, but one thing she knew was that they had to go back.
"Ignoir, we’re going back -"
"Don’t do that," said Galih who was staring seriously at the two girls.
"Johan deliberately sacrificed himself to make sure you were safe, I can’t -"
*Bhuk!
Ignoir’s wings slamd into Galih with enough force to knock the man off the giant wolf’s back.
As Galih raised his head after kissing the ground, he saw Ignoir running to where Johan was.
"Stupid wolf! I’ll kill you!" Galih shouted as he pounded the ground with his fists.
