A stranger's voice reached Noel's ears.
Slowly, he opened his eyes, his unfocused gaze landing on an ordinary-looking man whose mouth was moving as he spoke. (Who is he? Do I know him? Where are Erza and the others?)
Still in a daze from just waking up, Noel's mind was a chaotic ss, completely unresponsive.
"Hey, hey! Don't ignore , brother. But wow, being in a legal guild—how enviable!" The man's irritation seed to rise at Noel's lack of reaction.
Without warning, he threw a punch directly at Noel's face.

"Oh no, I was too busy talking and forgot about Noel!"
"Huh? Only worried about Noel? What about Natsu?" Lucy couldn't help but retort to Erza.
"It's my fault. He wasn't in good condition all morning, yet I forgot about him. I can't forgive myself. Anyway, you can punish by beating up."
Looking at Erza, who was clearly worked up, Lucy forced a bitter smile and said, "Erza, let's calm down for now. Things have already happened."
"That's how it is. Please stop that train," Erza said to the bewildered station staff.
Without waiting for their response, she went ahead and pulled the ergency brake lever.
"Wait! You can't just pull the ergency brake like that!" the panicked station staff exclaid.
"This is for my companion. I hope you understand," Erza said calmly, oblivious to how nonsensical her explanation sounded to the poor staff mber.
"Please stop causing trouble!"
"Also, please send our luggage to the hotel," Erza added.
"Why ?!" The station worker was on the verge of breaking down.
In a certain sense, Erza's single-mindedness could sotis be more troubleso than Natsu and Gray combined.
"People in Fairy Tail are all like this, aren't they?" Lucy said, holding her forehead in exasperation.
"I'm different," Gray interjected.
"Where are your clothes?" Lucy deadpanned, feeling her future darken.
"It was a serious oversight. I can't believe I forgot sothing so important. I've let Mira and the Guild Master down. If Noel suddenly collapses like last ti... I won't ever forgive myself."
"Collapse? Why would Noel suddenly collapse?" Lucy caught onto a clue in Erza's words and asked curiously.
Erza shook her head. "I don't know either. The Guild Master and Noel have always kept it a secret. But it's clear Noel has so health issues. Last ti, he suddenly passed out, and if the Guild Master hadn't taken him to Ms. Porlyusica in ti, it could've turned into a big problem."

The punch aid at Noel was caught by a hand.
Natsu, looking distressed but determined, gritted his teeth and said to Kageyama, "Don't you dare lay a hand on my companion."
"Mind your own business." Kageyama, annoyed, kicked Natsu square in the face.
However, in the very next instant, a terrifying killing intent enveloped Kageyama.
"What... are you planning to do to my companion?"
The icy-cold voice pierced Kageyama's ears, and for a mont, the entire world seed to co to a standstill.
Kageyama felt as if he was staring at a blood-soaked hell filled with countless corpses.
The wails of countless tornted souls echoed around him.
In the blink of an eye, Kageyama was sent flying by a massive burst of energy.

Now energized by the stationary train, Natsu stood up cheerfully, "You're noisy! You were hitting pretty hard just now!"
Natsu cracked his knuckles, activating his Dragon Slayer magic, and punched at Kageyama.
Boom!
A loud explosion rang out as the train car was flipped by the collision of their magic.
Even though Kageyama tried his best to defend, he was still sent flying by Natsu's attack.
"Damn you!" Kageyama roared furiously.
"Fire Dragon's Iron Fist!" Natsu declared, raising his right fist and aiming it directly at Kageyama.
"Ding-dong, the earlier ergency stop has been confird as a false alarm. The train is now resuming operation."
"Oh no, run!" Natsu's face changed imdiately upon hearing the announcent.
"Hey, wait! Don't think this is over just because you attacked Eisenwald!"
"Are you from Eisenwald? How dare you look down on Fairy Tail! Next ti, let's settle it outside!" Natsu hadn't even finished speaking before the train started moving again.
He quickly grabbed Noel by the collar and dragged him along as they both jumped off the train.
Before they had ti to react after jumping off, they collided directly with Erza's group riding a magical four-wheeled vehicle.
"Noel, are you okay?" Erza asked, concerned as Noel slamd into her armored chest.
"Erza, aren't you going to do anything about Gray and Natsu?" Lucy sighed, glancing at Natsu and Gray, who had also crashed into each other.
Erza looked at Noel, who had fainted with his eyes turning into swirls, and let out a soft sigh of relief.
"Ouch, idiot!"
"Shut up! You abandoned Noel and !" Natsu and Gray imdiately started arguing over the recent incident.
"I'm sorry, but not being injured is what matters most." Erza hugged—well, more accurately, she smashed Natsu's head into her armor.
"That's too hard! What do you an 'no problem'? We got tangled up with so strange guy on the train!"
"Strange guy?"
"The group that took Happy away in the forest... they seem to be from Eisenwald—"
Before Natsu could finish, an enraged Erza slapped him, sending him flying several ters.
"You idiot! Eisenwald is our target! Why did you let him escape?!"
"Ugh!" Lucy watched in shock as Erza sent Natsu flying with one slap, standing there with her hands on her hips, scolding him furiously.
Natsu looked completely bewildered. "This is the first I've heard of this!"
"I just explained it earlier! Listen when I'm talking!"
"In that situation, Natsu was already half-dazed. How could he possibly hear you clearly?" Lucy sighed helplessly, recalling how Erza had accidentally knocked Natsu half-unconscious back on the train.
"From many perspectives, Erza really is an impressive person," Lucy muttered.
"Aye! That's just how Erza is!" Happy chid in.
Erza gently placed Noel on the back seat of the magic four-wheeled vehicle, then cuffed the vehicle's control bracelet onto her right wrist. "He boarded that train earlier, right? Let's hurry and catch up!"
"What kind of guy was it?" Gray asked.
Natsu thought for a mont before saying, "Hmm, nothing particularly distinctive. Oh yeah, he was holding a flute with a skull attached to it. The skull had three eyes."
"What kind of creepy hobby is that?" Gray said with disgust.
"A flute with a three-eyed skull?" Lucy's expression changed as if sothing clicked in her mind.
"What's wrong, Lucy?" Happy asked, noticing her reaction.
"Umm... No way... That's just a story... But if that flute can actually play the Cursed Song... Lullaby... hypnosis... death...!"
Lucy seed to have realized sothing, and she shouted loudly, "That flute is Lullaby! The magic of Death!"
Erza, Gray, and Natsu all looked bewildered, clearly not understanding the gravity of what Lucy was saying.
"A curse that inflicts death upon the target... The dark mage Zeref evolved this curse into the magical flute Lullaby, crafted with a three-eyed skull. Its power surpasses regular death curses — it curses every living being that hears its lody... a mass death curse magic... Lullaby!"
Noel, who had sohow regained consciousness from his fainting spell, explained solemnly to the group.
"What?!"
