FLASH MARRIAGE; CHARMED BY THE RUTHLESS BILLIONAIRE CEO Chapter 45 45: Multiple Personality Disorder
"I'm not done talking to you." Gwen snarled losing grip of her emotions.
"Aren't you going to explain how you got that ring on your finger? Or is this one of your crazy stunts to create dia hype? Did you go all the way to buy an expensive ring just to prove a point?"
"Hahahaha...." Alia couldn't hold back her laughter, seeing how Gwen was making a fool of herself in public.
"Like I said earlier, it's none of your goddam business. Now if you'll excuse while I attend to important stuff." Alia pushed Gwen out of her way almost causing the latter to lose her balance but Jerry was quick to hold her.
"Alia!" Jerry ran up to her, impulsively blocking her path, causing Pascal and Clay to move forward, fist clenched and ready to puml him to the ground.
"Easy boys." Alia quickly stopped them. "I can handle myself." She smirked wickedly as she approached Jerry, while so phone cara light kept flashing.
"How dare you accuse of being unfaithful when you have been cheating on behind my back." Jerry snarled. "Who is he? Tell so that I can teach him a bitter lesson he will never forget."
"Is that so." For a mont, Alia was proud to have a dangerous man like Blaze for a husband. As she imagined so of the evil things that Blaze would do to Jerry if he ever laid his hands on her, a creepy smile frad her lips.
"Why do you care all of a sudden? Isn't my step-sister good for you anymore? Or are you simply jealous that soone else will get to enjoy all of this sweetness?" Alia gestured, smacking her lips.
"Alia..." Jerry lost his temper at the thought of another man touching Alia after she had made him wait for years without giving up her body to him.
"Jerry, let's go. She's not worth it." Gwen pleaded while glaring at Alia.
"Yes, Jerry, listen to your little wife. I'm sure she can satisfy all your boyish fantasies while I enjoy all the tantalising pleasures of a strong, powerful and very handso man." Alia drawled, moistening her lips.
"You f*cking sl..."
Pow!
Jerry didn't get to finish his statent when a fist landed on his face sending him flying backwards and falling on the concrete floor.
"Baby!" Gwen shrieked, as she ran over to her man. Sadly, no one ca to her aid as they were celebrating her stepsister.
"Right in the face!"
"Bravo!"
"That would teach him a lesson for life."
The crowd went wild with excitent and satisfaction on a beautifully concluded drama as Alia waved and blew kisses before disappearing into the building.
Inside Mr Robert Venze's office, the latter was seated opposite one of the most dangerous n in the city, fidgeting with beads of sweat gathered on his forehead. On his table were the marriage certificate which had been signed by the groom. All he needed was the right signature and everything will be formalized. But for so unknown reasons, the bride seed to be delaying.
"Mr Anderson, do you need..."
"Shh..." Blaze said without looking up from his phone.
With customised wireless bluetooth earbuds attached to Blaze's ear, Mr Robert had the slightest clue of what was making the devil smile. But whatever it was, he prayed for it to continue long enough until the anticipated Mrs Anderson showed up.
Blaze couldn't stop smiling to himself as he watched Alia impressively handle herself in front of her ex and stepsister while saying beautiful things about him even after they just fought.
Staring at her pretty face on the phone, he could feel his heart pounding for her after she described him as strong, powerful and very handso.
Every atom of his earlier rage vanished into thin air and was replaced with a longing for this vixen who had a way of switching his emotions at will.
Five minutes later, a knock was heard at the door.
"Please, co in," Mr Robert said standing up.
The doorknob turned and the door was pushed open.
"Is this Mr Robert..."
"You are twenty minutes late." Blaze's deep and cold voice cut her off.
"Sorry." Alia pushed open the door and walked in alone before shutting the door behind her.
"Welco Miss Alia Anderson." Mr Robert greeted politely.
"Thank you."
"Robert, quickly show her where to sign and give us so privacy," Blaze said in a commanding tone as though he owned the office.
"Y...Yes, Mr A... Anderson." Robert almost stumbled on his seat as he hurriedly picked up the marriage certificate and his pen from the table before rushing over to Alia.
"Please, sign here, ma'am."
"Thank you." Alia wasted no ti in signing the certificate while staring at Blaze's perfectly sculptured back, wondering what was going on in his dark heart. She was tempted to leave with Robert but kicked against it.
"It's all done, Mr Anderson. Congratulations sir." Mr Robert handed the marriage certificate to Blaze.
"Give us so privacy," Blaze said in a deadpan tone, causing Robert to hurry out of his office, grateful that this discreet part of his job was over.
Imdiately the door was closed, Blaze stood up from his seat and turned to face his slightly trembling wife, an unreadable and frigid expression framing his handso face.
Alia, thinking Blaze was mad at her for showing up late started explaining herself.
"Blaze, I didn't an to show up late. Sothing ca up and I had to deal with it."
"I know," Blaze said in a monotonic voice, still moving slowly towards her.
"You know!" Alia was stunned. She took one step back and another, moving away from this handso devil. "How?"
"I have eyes everywhere. So what you said about , is it true?" Blaze's voice was deep and husky, making Alia tremble. She took more steps backwards until her back hit the wall.
"I said so many things. I can't rember." Alia replied in a quivering voice. She tried to move but Blaze blocked her with his strong and powerful arms, pinning her to the wall. He leaned closer to her ear and whispered in the sexiest voice.
"You are my wife now, Alia and your duty starts now. But first, I will help you rember the beautiful things you said about your husband."
Alia took a sharp breath as his warm lips touched her ear lobes, nibbling it so tenderly while pressing his body on her.
"Blaze..." Alia bit down on her lip to stifle a moan that almost escaped her parted lips. Her body was trembling more vigorously in response to his warm breath and his intoxicating cologne. Her breathing beca heavy as she felt his warm kisses trail from the ear lobe down the length of her slender neck, before stopping at the base of her neck where he kissed her deeply, leaving behind a beautiful hickey on her soft skin.
"Blaze... s...stop. This is not our ha...h....ho. We are in soone's office." Alia said what her brain wanted her to say even though her body was permitting him to continue. She wanted to push him off her but ended up sliding her hands up to his neck and pulling him by the collar.
"Am I strong?" Blaze asked, lifting her by the waist and trialing his kisses to her hungry lips.
"Yes..." Alia couldn't explain which of the hungry succubus had possessed her as she wrapped her legs around his waist, matching the eagerness of his kiss.
She couldn't explain if it was because of her triumphant encounter with Jerry. He had called her a stiff lady all because she asked him to wait and this had angered her spirit.
Maybe kissing Blaze would help her get over those stiff thoughts.
"Am I powerful?" Blaze asked in a muffled voice, stroking the side of her waist up to her perfectly concealed mounds. He could feel the hardness of her nipples, responding to his tender touch.
Alia gasped. "Yes...yes... you're powerful." She impulsively brought her legs down, afraid of getting stripped of her clothes.
Blaze stopped what he was doing due to her sudden reaction and withdrawal. He stared deeply into her shimring eyes, his pounding heart synchronising with hers.
"Am I handso?" He asked tucking the loose strand of her hair.
Alia smiled genuinely, tilting her head to his gentle touch and forgetting that she was supposed to be mad at him.
"Very handso."
"Then I want you to know that you are not stiff. Rather, you are the most beautiful, strong, flexible, stubbornly sweet and electrifying being on earth. That fool has no idea of the gem he has lost."
Alia bead, tears pulling in her eyes. This was exactly what she needed to hear and it filled her heart with warmth. "Thank you." She leaned closer and kissed him briefly on the lips, her tears hitting his lips.
"Have I ntioned to you that you are a crybaby?" Blaze said as he wiped her tears with his thumb.
Alia rolled her eyes at him. "No, I'm not."
"Did you just roll your eyes at ?" Blaze asked in a slightly stern voice, his soft gaze unwavering.
"No." Alia feared he might get angry again.
"You better not." He led her to the couch in the office and they both sat down.
"Let start by apologizing for having to travel away on the night of our marriage. But I promise you, when I return, I'll fulfil all my duties to you as a husband."
"Don't forget we are just married on paper," Alia replied blushing.
"Nevertheless, we are still married," Blaze said dismissively in his domineering voice.
"Before I leave, there are a few things I would like you to adhere to." Blaze's voice turned all serious, snapping Alia from her daydream.
"Okay." Alia couldn't comprehend how Blaze was able to switch between emotions so easily, while she's struggled. Could it be that he has multiple personalities disorder?
"I want our marriage to remain a secret until I'm ready to introduce you to my mother and my grandparents. Can you handle that?"
"Done," Alia said reassuringly.
"Before you make any decision concerning your welfare, you must inform ."
"But..."
"It's non-negotiable." Blaze bluntly cut her off. "If you rember vividly, I told you I'm a very jealous and possessive man. I will not sit still and watch my wife hurt herself directly or indirectly. If any harm were to co to you based on your stubbornness, I will punish you."
"Yeah right," Alia muttered under her breath.
"What did you say?" A hint of anger flashed across Blaze's grey orbs.
"I said fine."
Blaze stood up and strode across the room to Mr Robert's table to pick up his phone and the marriage certificate. He turned his attention back to Alia, who was staring at him quizzically.
"Lastly, I need you to stay away from the lady called Tina Stevens," Blaze said walking towards the door.
"May I ask why?" Alia was puzzled.
"I have a history with her," Blaze said curtly before exiting the office.
"A history with her?" Alia echoed in her thoughts, more perplexed than before.
