Donald Trump was Kiiko Nakahara’s partner in the Empire State Building. He finally got the chance to own the building.
Donald really likes the Empire State Building. It was his dream to own this building. He set up a managent company, especially for this building, and bought 50% shares of the building from Kiiko Nakahara. Kiiko Nakahara wanted him to kick the two long-term tenants out, and he was thinking of ways to make so profits from it.
“Boss, a man is looking for you. He says he is Feng Yu, a Director of Microsoft.” The secretary reported.
Why is a Microsoft Director looking for ? But Donald did not reject Feng Yu and asked his secretary to let him in.
A young man entered his office, and Donald walked past him. He did not see anyone else. This young man is Microsoft’s Director? When did Microsoft have such a young director?
“Donald, nice to et you. I am Feng Yu from China. I have so shares in Microsoft and is one of the directors.” Feng Yu waved to Donald but did not offer a handshake.

But Jianlibao’s success had covered up many of their problems. This was a popular Chinese brand, and Feng Yu could not acquire it. He decided to see if there is any way to cooperate with them after he bought the Empire State Building.
After taking a sip of Jianlibao, Donald asked. “Feng, is there anything you need from ?”
Donald was curious about Feng Yu’s visit. He was a successful property tycoon in the past, and he was at his rock-bottom now. Was Feng Yu here to sell Microsoft products? Did Microsoft develop so property managent software?
“Donald, I heard that you are managing the Empire State Building now?” Feng Yu smiled.
Kiiko Nakahara had handed over the managent rights of the Empire State Building to Donald was because she needed him to help her drive the two long-term property companies out of the building. This way, she will have full control of the building.
Donald narrowed his eyes and looked at Feng Yu: “Feng, Microsoft want to rent office space in the Empire State Building?”
Microsoft’s headquarters had been in Washington. They are moving over to New York? Why are they doing that? They do not need to be near the financial center as it is not beneficial to their business.
“It’s not Microsoft. It’s . I want to buy the Empire State Building!”
What? He wants to buy the Empire State Building?!
Donald stared at Feng Yu in his eyes, and he realized that Feng Yu was serious.
“Mr. Feng, I think you have mistaken. I do not own the Empire State Building. It belongs to a Japanese, Mr. Hideki Yokoi.” Donald replied calmly.
Feng Yu laughed. “Mr. Donald, since I have co here to look for you, that ans I know this building does not belong to Hideki Yokoi. I know you like this building too. But to be honest, don’t you think this building is too old? It is also overpriced. Why don’t you set your sights on other buildings?”
Donald asked Feng Yu back. “Then why do you want to buy the Empire State Building? The Twin Towers is much better.”
You are a Microsoft Director, and you are rich, right? Why don’t you buy sothing more expensive?
“Because I don’t like the design of the Twin Towers. I think the Empire State Building looks better.”
Donald was speechless. This reason…… was cool!
Donald was soone with character. He knows many businessn will do the business they like according to their personality. If they do not like sothing, they will not invest in it even if it will generate high returns. For example, Warren Buffett knows that Microsoft and tech companies will be profitable. But he did not invest in it.
“It’s a pity. I also like this building. Since you already know that I had bought 50% shares of this building, then you should know that I will not sell it.” Donald replied.
Feng Yu shook his head. “To sell or not to sell, depends on the price. The property market now is in bad shape. Property prices have not recovered. You can use the money from selling your share to buy other properties in Manhattan. Like the building on 40 Wall Street. I think that building is quite suitable to be renad as The Trump Building.”
Feng Yu knows that Donald is currently negotiating on his purchase of that building. He will purchase it and rena it as The Trump Building in the future.

“How can you help ?” Donald asked with a frowned.
“Sell your shares of the Empire State Building to , and I will give you the managing rights to you. Also, I can lend you a sum of money. You are still in debt, and you can’t get more loans from the banks.” Feng Yu said.
Donald kept quiet. He knows that the US economy is rising. He could tell from the stock market. Property prices will recover soon. This is the best opportunity to enter the property market.
But he does not have any money!
If Donald sells his shares, he would have enough funds to invest in other properties and make a coback. On the other hand, owning the Empire State Building was his dream. This was a tough decision.
