"I won’t regret it, I didn’t regret it before, I won’t regret it now, and I certainly won’t regret it in the future." Richard said to Rachel, "As for you, you should regret."

"I should regret? Rachel asked, puzzled, "Why?"

"It’s simple, because you appeared in front of ." Richard replied.

With those words, he extended his hand, and an invisible pressure surged towards Rachel, like gigantic waves rising from the ocean during a storm.

Rachel’s face changed suddenly, and he raised his hands to et the pressure. Purple lightning sprang from his palms, and his entire body was enveloped by a layer of cyan energy. He could clearly sense Richard’s power and danger, but he believed he still had a chance to defend himself.

However, in the next mont, the world tiline seed to skip a beat, with several seconds suddenly cut out, the process abstracted, directly reaching the result.

Hence, in just a blink, the scene underwent a surprising transformation.

There were no ripples of battle, not even a battle itself. One mont Richard was in front of Rachel, the next he was behind Rachel, with one hand placed on Rachel’s shoulder.

The cyan energy surrounding Rachel dissipated instantly, the purple lightning in his hand vanished along with it. Rachel struggled to turn his neck, like a rusty robot, attempting to look at Richard’s face.

But he only managed to turn halfway before his entire body shattered with a "whirl" into the air, disappearing like foam, leaving only a wisp of golden mist behind.

"I told you, you would regret it." Richard said casually, extending his hand as though grabbing a ribbon, he caught the golden mist. Speaking to the mist, he continued, "But to be fair, I should thank you, for it’s your arrival that provided the information I needed to know the most opportune ti to reach Heaven."

With these words, the golden mist rged into Richard’s body. He closed his eyes, and after a few seconds, opened them, whispering with so enlightennt, "Seven days later? Okay, then seven days later..."

...

In the blink of an eye, it’s seven days later.

The Four Mountains construction site.

The workers and managent had already completely withdrawn, with only Richard remaining at the site. Richard stood at the center of the construction site, squinting at the massive tal constructs like small mountains, as if waiting for sothing.

It wasn’t just Richard waiting.

On the outskirts of the construction site, there were many people standing and watching, and there were familiar faces among them.

People like Erson, Osheimar, Lorentz, Gro, Nancy, Annie, and even the non-human presence Witch Demon Elder Ah Fu, as well as many engineers, academic wizards, and soldiers, who had either directly or indirectly participated in the construction of the Four Mountains site and had earned the privilege to witness the occasion.

After all, even if they were never allowed to know what they had been building, at the very least they’d find out how it was going to be used.

Various other unique and oddly-shaped entities were also waiting, but they were positioned further away.

Eight-Ard Skeleton Anan was sitting atop a tall tree watching, after waiting for a long ti and seeming sowhat impatient, he began scratching the branches with his bony fingers.

"Scratch, scratch, scratch..."

Once, twice, thrice...

After three scratches, the trunk twisted, and a face erged from it. Tin Wood glared fiercely at Eight-Ard Skeleton Anan and said rather unkindly, "Bone structure, I warn you, if you continue to fidget, I’ll throw you down."

The ghost fire in the eye sockets of the Eight-Ard Skeleton burned calmly, seemingly indifferent, but his small movents indeed ceased next.

"Hmm..." Tin Wood grunted a few tis, the face on the tree trunk disappeared, restoring tranquility.

As tranquility settled there, unrest stirred elsewhere.

In the crowd, Gro murmured in complaint, "When will this start? I’ve co all this way from the solidification factory, and they don’t even give a precise start ti—isn’t that excessive?"

"Shut it and just wait." Nancy retorted sharply.

"I..." Gro was slightly annoyed, fearlessly eting Nancy’s gaze, "I’ll wait then!"

Nancy was slightly startled, rolled her eyes dramatically, and turned her head back.

Gro wore an expression of victory.

At this mont, the Witch Demon Elder suddenly spoke, "It’s starting."

At once, everyone directed their attention towards the construction site.

They saw four massive chanical constructs, with their outer layers of magic runes suddenly beginning to light up in rings, and internal rumblings arising as a clear sign of comncent.

Not far from there, in the underground command room.

Bi Bi reported, "All four devices have safely started."

"Good." Pandora nodded, then issued a new directive, "Begin self-check."

"Yes." The assistants in the command room responded, operating a line of instrunts.

A mont later, Bi Bi reported again, "Self-check complete, everything’s normal."

"Then let’s proceed according to the planned protocol, start the countdown." Pandora ordered.

"Yes." The assistants in the command room responded once more.

...

"Nine, eight, seven..."

Within the Four Mountains site, the four gigantic tal constructs, with their exterior magic runes fully illuminated, their internal rumblings growing colossal, like thunder.

"Six, five, four..."

A terrifying energy reaction birthed within the tallic constructs, with a small portion leaking into the air, generating dense arcs, crackling non-stop.

"Three, two, one... Power activated!"

"Whoosh!"

Furious energy flas suddenly erupted from the bases of the four gigantic tal constructs, generating imnse thrust, lifting the constructs slowly from the ground and upwards, accelerating continuously.

One hundred ters, two hundred ters, three hundred ters...

Five hundred ters, one thousand ters, one thousand five hundred ters...

Everyone gradually transitioned from a level sight to an upward gaze, watching as the four tallic constructs transford into four black dots, disappearing into the high skies.

At the sa mont the four tallic constructs vanished into the high skies, Richard at the construction site rapidly beca transparent, fading away, disappearing altogether.

...

"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"

Pushed by the energy flas at their bases, the four tallic constructs ascended higher and higher, eventually penetrating the dense atmosphere, reaching the endless void beyond.

At this point, a spatial ripple occurred, and Richard appeared around them.

Upon appearing, Richard gently touched his ear with a finger, imdiately receiving a succession of information.

"Exploration One is already in position."

"Exploration No.2 is already in position."

"Exploration No.3 is already in position."

"Exploration No.4 is already in position."

"Equipnt is fully positioned, awaiting the next instruction."

After receiving the information, Richard didn’t rush to act. He quietly floated beside the four tallic constructs, closing his eyes to rest as a precise tir ticked away in his mind.

As the tir approached the preset ti in his mind, Richard suddenly opened his eyes, lightly tapping his temple.

"Begin ten-second countdown!" The command followed.

"Ten-second countdown initiated!" Ca the reply.

"Ten, nine, eight, seven... three, two, one... Comnce breakthrough!"

"Boom!"

The tops of the four tallic constructs suddenly opened, shooting out light beams with diaters of tens of ters. These beams were the energy released from four large-scale controllable nuclear fusion furnaces, powerful enough to make the entire world tremble, concentrated into a single point, fiercely hitting the void a few hundred ters ahead.

Maintaining this state for a dozen seconds, the void in front showed dense ripples, followed by tremors, a distinct space hole erged, and faint golden rays seeped through it.

Breakthrough successful!

Richard, upon seeing this, raised his eyebrows and squinted.

He turned around, first glancing at the greatly reduced Wizard World, then at the four tallic constructs beside him, then at the boundless emptiness afar, and finally back at the erging space hole.

Though he knew, arriving at this world for this long, traversing this long journey, he was finally close to the answers.

So then...

Without hesitation, Richard took a step in the void, his body quickly vanished through the space hole, entering this extrely secret semi-space known as "Heaven."

Let him find out what the answer is...
