After a good while at the scene.

Looking at the spot where the Crystal Man exploded in the air, Moli fluttered her long eyelashes, and slowly spoke, asking Richard: "Do you rember I ntioned before, when passing through the Devil Devouring Magic Vine adow, that you can’t fly, only walk on the ground, otherwise you’ll be attacked from deep within the relics?"

"I rember." Richard nodded, "You didn’t say it long ago, my mory isn’t that bad. Actually, I wasn’t quite convinced back then."

"I wasn’t sure either," Moli said, "but out of caution, I chose to believe. Fortunately, I made the right choice."

"Cough cough... There are too many secrets in this ancient relic, far beyond what we can fully explore now," Xizhe said hoarsely, "What’s in front of us is an example, it’s wise to act carefully, and the decision not to continue exploring earlier was also wise."

After a pause, Xizhe continued: "I think we shouldn’t stay here long, the sooner we leave the better, to avoid more trouble."

Richard nodded lightly in agreent, looking at the now-calm Devil Devouring Magic Vine adow in front of him, then turned to Moli.

Moli understood what Richard wanted to say and said directly: "You go ahead, we’ll follow."

"Alright." Richard did not hesitate, stepping towards the Devil Devouring Magic Vine, walking towards the other edge.

Walking safely for over two hundred ters, he felt sothing hard under one of his feet. Reaching down to clear away the Devil Devouring Magic Vine, he saw a large, slightly curved fragnt of broken crystal.

Richard imdiately guessed that these were remnants of the Crystal Man that had exploded earlier, and there should be quite a few more scattered on the Devil Devouring Magic Vine adow.

Since he couldn’t use magic to test it at the mont, he couldn’t determine so characteristics of the crystal, but just from physical observation, he could tell the material was very special. After thinking for a while, he reached down to pick it up and continued moving forward.

Behind Richard, at the edge of the adow, Moli and her group began to gather. They held hands and chanted spells, creating a gray mist. A bit agitated and unwilling, they dragged Hulk with them, stepping onto the adow.

Hulk followed cautiously, his neck shrinking almost to the point of being nonexistent, not daring to say a word.

But even so, they hadn’t gone far before angry roars and gnashing threats from the others rang out: "Hulk, you idiot, you ssed up again! Just wait!"

Hulk: "I... I really didn’t an it..."

"Shut up!"

"Slap slap!"

...

Nearly half an hour later.

Moli and her group, looking disheveled, made it across the 500-ter-wide adow. Once their feet reached solid ground, almost everyone did the first thing possible: surround Hulk and start punching and kicking him.

"One-eyed": "Don’t stop , I must beat this fool to death. He even manages to get wrong which foot to step with first, he’s just like a pig."

"Wood": "Why would I stop you, I want to beat him to death too. Also, don’t insult pigs, at least pigs are edible, what can he do, just get us killed."

Su: "That’s enough, shut up, move aside and let throw a punch to vent too!"

As she spoke, Su wrapped herself in wind and charged forward, landing a heavy kick on Hulk’s face. Hulk scread miserably, imdiately gaining a deep footprint on his face.

"Enough!" Nearby, Moli called out sowhat compassionately, approaching to try to control the scene, "Just hit him a few tis, don’t really kill him."

After speaking, she kicked Hulk to the ground.

The others surrounded him again, punching and kicking.

After a good while, Moli’s group finally vented their anger, then looked over at Richard.

Richard stood at the edge of the adow, having waited for quite a while, holding several pieces of sowhat transparent, tile-like objects.

Moli’s group exchanged glances, their eyes slightly alert.

"You’re waiting for us?"

"Sort of," Richard said, "also to talk about these magic materials."

Richard displayed the items in his hands and said, "These should be parts of the Crystal Man, maybe useful. I collected so. If you want, I can share a bit with you, as we agreed to a 50-50 split initially."

Moli watched for a mont, about to speak. At this ti, "One-eyed" couldn’t help but shout: "What’s the use of this?!"

"Not interested? Alright." Richard shrugged, putting the items away.

Moli opened her mouth but ultimately said nothing more, just replied, "Let’s go."

"Alright." Richard responded.

The group set off together toward the exit of the relic.

...

After quite so ti.

The group appeared by the small riverbank on the surface.

Looking up at the sky, the sun had passed the ridian and was heading west — it was already afternoon of a new day.

Calculating from when they first entered the relic to start exploring, it had been about a day and a night. This ti wasn’t long, but also not short, as the relic’s area was vast, and just the outer explorations took quite so ti. Adding the delays due to battles, if it weren’t for Moli’s intel support, it would’ve taken even longer.

As they left the relic, Richard bid farewell to Moli and her group.

Moli looked at Richard and said, "If there’s nothing else, let’s part ways here. If there’s another chance in the future, let’s cooperate again."

"Alright." Richard nodded, "Then, goodbye."

"Goodbye."

After the farewell, Richard turned around, taking steps towards the distance.

After walking a dozen ters, he sensed sothing, slightly turning his head back, seeing Moli’s group collectively standing in place, motionless and as steady as a mountain, watching him leave.

Richard paused for a mont, smiled politely at Moli’s group who were seeing him off, then turned back around.

After walking another dozen ters, he couldn’t help but stop, turning his head back again, finding Moli’s group still maintaining their original stance, and standing a bit closer together, looking slightly on guard.

This is...

Richard had an epiphany, he couldn’t help but ask, "Aren’t you leaving?"

"We’ll see you off first, then leave," Moli replied, "It’s etiquette."

"Etiquette? Actually, you’re just not trusting ," Richard laughed, exposing, "You think I might have ulterior motives, would try to follow you, ambush, and seize that Energy Furnace, so you’re on guard, right? From within the relic to outside, you’ve been wary of the whole way."

Moli listened, pressed her lips, and without condescension, admitted: "If you put it that way, it indeed is partly the reason. Because, to this day, I still can’t understand why you so easily gave up the ownership of the Energy Furnace."

"Because I said I’d split it 50-50. I obviously want it, but since your people guessed the number on the dice, the Energy Furnace belongs to you," Richard said, "I value fairness. Since it’s yours, I wouldn’t have other intentions."

Moli scrutinized Richard for a while, as if trying to see if he was lying, then took a deep breath and said: "Alright, I’ll take your word for it, then goodbye."

Moli waved her hand, but she and her companions still didn’t move, continuing to watch Richard leave.

Richard shook his head lightly, not entangling with Moli any further, stepping away into the distance, disappearing toward the southeast.
