Extraordinary Factor.

Ex! Tra! Or! Din! Ary! Factor!

If the existence of the extraordinary factor can be accepted, then many things can be clearly explained.

Richard stood in the room, slowly organizing his thoughts, his eyes brightening.

Currently, a theoretical assumption can be made that, due to Star Body Projection or other reasons, extraordinary factors exist within all the fundantal substances—atoms—in the current world.

In lighter atoms, such as hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen, because the atomic nucleus is too stable, the extraordinary factor is difficult to extract, so most things in the current world are not much different from Earth.

The people here also have two eyes, the fish here also live in water. People here will feel hungry without eating, faint from excessive blood loss, and not be treated, they are very likely to die; encountering a barber moonlighting as a surgeon ans a 100% chance of death.

In short, in the realm of lighter atoms, extraordinary factors cannot easily wield influence, so the current world is a replica of Earth.

In the domain of heavier atoms, things are slightly different.

The heavier the atom, the more unstable it becos. Take uranium 235, for example; it can spontaneously undergo fission, and during the sustained chain nuclear fission in a nuclear explosion, it can release the contained extraordinary factors together.

Thus, the power of a nuclear explosion is stronger, and it generates the existence known as Magic Electromagnetic Pulse.

So far, this hasn’t had a significant impact on the current world. After all, aside from him, no one else in the current world can create an atomic bomb.

Following the normal trend, perhaps it will take thousands of years of developnt in the current world to conquer nuclear technology, leading to interesting developnts—such as mortals finally having weapons to contend with wizards, changing the course of the entire world overnight.

In short, in the realm of heavier atoms, the current world and Earth have already taken two different paths. However, until the ti arrives, things appear more or less normal on the surface.

And then cos the different part.

The existence of extraordinary factors spreads into the realm of superheavy atoms, creating a monuntal change, making the current world entirely different from Earth.

According to Earth’s experience, superheavy elents are unstable, unable to exist in nature; even when synthetically created, they quickly decay and disappear, naturally unable to exert influence.

But in the current world, the extraordinary factor acts as additional mass within superheavy elents, applying a special action to temporarily stabilize the superheavy elents, giving rise to Superheavy Nuclear Stable Island Elents, also known as Free Energy Elents, providing the current world a pass to a mysterious domain.

Throughout the long developnt, so individuals with special talent discovered they can absorb these temporarily stabilized superheavy elents from the outside world, and through a process called "lting," convert them into more stable mana for long-term storage.

When used, the mana is converted back into the original superheavy elents, destabilized through specific thods. Instantly, the superheavy elents decay, decompose, extraordinary factors precipitate, energy is released into the external world, generating many mysterious changes, thus resulting in what is known as spells.

This is the foundational explanation of the current world’s power system.

In an extrely concise summary: all extraordinary power in the current world cos from the energy transformation of extraordinary factors.

This can be called... the Extraordinary First Law!

Starting from the Extraordinary First Law, further exploration can explain more things.

First, based on observation and practical application, it is certain that there are many types of Free Energy Elents; just in the field of Shape Energy Magic, there are Wind Elents, Fire Elents, Earth Elents, Water Elents, etc. When considering Transformation Magic, Spiritual Magic, and others, the types of Free Energy Elents are more nurous than most people imagine.

Correspondingly, it is highly likely that extraordinary factors are not singular, but diverse.

Extraordinary factor is a general term, within it are many small classifications, which combine with different superheavy elents to produce different Free Energy Elents, creating thousands of varied, spectacular spells in the current world.

In one sentence, this world is fascinating because of extraordinary factors.

However, most wizards in the current world have not realized this, have not realized that extraordinary factors are the root of spells.

Most wizards in the current world, based on observation, are still wandering at the previous level—using Free Energy Elents to release spells in a relatively superficial, rigid manner based on experience and inheritance.

This is equivalent to soone only knowing: Sodium Water → Sodium Hydroxide Hydrogen

Or even just knowing: Alkali tal Liquid → Alkaline Solution Gas

And not knowing: Na H2O → NaOH H2

Still less knowing: 2Na 2H2O == 2NaOH H2

Simply put, it’s knowing what is, but not knowing why it is.

Wizards know that a certain Free Energy Elent operates and releases in a specific way to produce a particular spell effect, but do not know why this happens.

Maybe soone has investigated, but his companions, his ntor, will tell him, it’s supposed to be this way, just rember it, no need to think too much about it.

Is this important?

Isn’t this important?

Actually, saying it’s not important, it is indeed not important, saying it is important, it is indeed important.

It is not important because knowing this secret, knowing the Extraordinary First Law, won’t imdiately and greatly enhance a wizard’s combat level; spells will still be cast the sa way as before.

The only possible difference is that soone, knowing the Extraordinary First Law, might innovatively modify spells.

Just like previously knowing: Sodium Water → Sodium Hydroxide Hydrogen

So, can Sodium be replaced with Potassium, since both are alkali tals?

What about replacing it with other alkali tals?

Rubidium?

Cesium?

The result shows that changes make the reaction more intense.

Applied to spells, it’s adjusting the type of Free Energy Elent or altering the circulation thod of Free Energy Elent, discovering a significant enhancent in magic power.

Of course, casually experinting with new spells cos with huge risks.

It’s like throwing a large block of alkali tal Rubidium into water, which not only produces alkaline liquid and gas but also a strong explosion. An error could easily take the experinter with it.

Experinting with new spells might also, with a single mistake, lead to death from spell backlash.

However, knowing the Extraordinary First Law, if a spell backlash occurs, people will consciously think about what caused the spell backlash. They will consider the properties of different Free Energy Elents, the nature of different extraordinary factors, and the effects of their combination, thereby avoiding dangers and advancing research.

But not knowing the Extraordinary First Law, if a spell backlash occurs, people will only attribute it to not strictly adhering to the casting procedure. Even if there are a few fortunate wizards who don’t encounter backlash while experinting with new spells and succeed, they will only consider themselves lucky, then treat the new spells as secrets, hidden trump cards, rarely showing them.

To put it simply, the difference in knowing or not knowing the Extraordinary First Law lies in whether wizards can consciously and efficiently explore more of the spell world.

In the short term, there won’t be too many changes in the world, of course, it’s not important.

However, if viewed from the perspective of hundreds or thousands of years, it becos extrely important.

How important?

As important as turning alchemy into modern chemistry!
