"Sizzle, crackle!"
The sound echoed as the yellow-white roots supporting the body beneath the Tin Wood’s trunk visibly stretched and swelled at an astonishing rate. Within seconds, their volu increased several tis, and under Tin Wood’s control, they twisted and ford into structures resembling feet.
"Crash! Boom!"
A violent sound rang out as Tin Wood kicked and shattered the glass pool, jumped onto the ground, and forcefully pulled its body, breaking all the wires attached to its trunk instantly.
"Screech, screech!"
The piercing alarm sounded throughout Eden.
Tin Wood heard the sound and showed an expression of disdain on the human face on the trunk, snorting coldly as a rapid stream of air puffed from its mouth.
"Humph!"
The air stream compressed into a fist-sized ball, cannonball-like, fiercely striking the thick wall of Research Room No.3.
"Crack!"
The wall trembled slightly, displaying large spider-web-like cracks, each as thick as a finger.
Tin Wood glanced disdainfully, saying, "So fragile, you intend to imprison in such a place? Hmph, wishful thinking!"
With that said, the branches atop Tin Wood’s crown rapidly elongated, twisting together to form two structures resembling human arms.
These arms then violently smashed the spot where the air projectile hit, "Crash!" and penetrated the wall, exerting imnse force to tear open a huge breach, leading out of the room.
As air flowed in, Tin Wood inhaled deeply in delight then exhaled slowly, murmuring, "The feeling of freedom!"
"Finally, freedom! Now, let see who dares stand in my way!" Speaking, Tin Wood strode out through the breach, eyes scanning its surroundings.
Outside, on the vacant land.
Under the urgent alarm, Witch Demon Elder Ah Fu, who was lying on a recliner, sat up with a bewildered expression.
Over the past two days, he worked overti to repair twenty-five out of thirty-six broken Magic Puppets, ready to rest before continuing—only to be awakened within half an hour.
At this mont, the elder opened his mouth, genuinely feeling like swearing, then froze as he saw Tin Wood stepping out from the breach.
A tree and a Witch Demon, their eyes t.
About half a second of silence, the elder jolted awake completely, forcefully clamped his mouth shut, swallowing the curse, realizing the situation: Tin Wood was rebelling. Truly rebelling.
Honestly, witnessing Tin Wood’s rebellion did not surprise him at all; instead, he felt relieved, like "Finally rebelling," "The child has finally grown."
Because he always sensed Tin Wood was likely to rebel anyti, and now the other’s action proved he guessed right.
Without hesitation, confirming the situation, the elder swiftly turned and shouted beside him, "Gather and stop this traitorous guy!"
In the direction he faced, twenty-five freshly repaired collective Magic Puppets stood, quickly gathering at the center and after a chaotic mont, ford a four-ter tall Skull. Though bulky and a bit shaky, it maintained the basic combat capability, swaggering to et Tin Wood.
Watching this, the elder slightly relaxed, feeling thankful: fortunately, this ti the Magic Puppets didn’t fight among themselves like before, or else he’d have to find other ways to handle the Eternal Ancient Tree Species Ximu.
Tin Wood saw the tall Skull staggering forward, yet seed unimpressed, feeling utterly dismissive.
"Whoosh, slap!"
A tree branch-arm swung up and extended, reaching the tall Skull from a few ters away, smacking its body sharply.
"Crash!" The tall Skull was sliced in two, top and bottom halves, like paper.
"Indeed, useless."
Tin Wood murmured, striding towards the Witch Demon Elder.
The next mont, Tin Wood stumbled, noticing sothing tugging at its leg, nearly causing a fall. Looking down, it saw the bisected Skull transford into two smaller ones, clinging to one foot, refusing to let go.
This...
Tin Wood was sowhat surprised.
The elder’s voice ca, sounding mildly triumphant, "How about that, didn’t expect it, right? This Skull differs from others."
"But in my opinion, they’re all useless, can’t affect ." Tin Wood stated coldly, forcefully freeing its leg from two Skulls, then swung out its arms, chopping the Skulls in half.
And yet, even bisected, the Skulls didn’t die. Instead, two turned into four, grabbing Tin Wood’s feet, showing signs of rging.
Tin Wood’s expression darkened, finding the Skulls annoying and tenacious.
The elder’s voice tily reappeared, "See? My Magic Puppets are more formidable than you think; underestimating them will cost you."
"I just don’t believe, don’t believe it’s unkillable." Tin Wood growled, began wildly swinging, arms frequently chopping the Skulls over and over.
And each ti, smaller Skulls rose to entangle Tin Wood.
"See? Unless you crush them completely, they’ll keep playing with you." The elder stated.
"Alright, I’ll crush them all!" Tin Wood roared suddenly, unleashing abundant Purple Energy from its trunk, spreading like a shock wave, crashing fiercely into surrounding Skulls with a deafening scream.
"Crash!"
Sound echoed; under imnse impact, most Skulls scattered, leaving only a few broken pieces—lost all resistance.
The elder’s smiling, spectating expression froze abruptly. Originally, he assud the Magic Skeleton would entangle Tin Wood for several minutes, allowing Pandora to arrive, and together, confronting Tin Wood, increasing safety.
Unexpectedly, Tin Wood’s single maneuver resolved all Skulls, exceeding his plan.
Facing Tin Wood alone, truly made him... apprehensive.
As a long-lived Witch Demon, he deeply understood; for an Immortal Species, the longer they live, the more formidable they beco, Tin Wood undoubtedly being such a being. Facing it alone might likely lead to failure or even demise.
In such a case... why not consider a softer solution instead?
Tin Wood glanced at the elder, expression icy, like a winter night’s ice cube, nacingly threatened, "Alright, your subordinates are dealt with, now it’s your turn, damn bone rack Witch Demon. You want to stop leaving, right? Then show your qualifications."
"Well... actually, I think there might be so misunderstanding between us." The elder suddenly said.
