Modern thod divides the realms into four major realms: Nourishing Life Master, Human World, Great Grandmaster, and Carefree Travel.
Nourishing Life Master:
The first major realm's practice does not give rise to divine skills or develop mana but can only increase life span, hence the na Nourishing Life Master.
Three realms fall under Nourishing Life Master, naly Nourishing Heart, Learning Stage, and Heavenly Communication. During the Nourishing Heart Stage, one strengthens the soul and increases consciousness, laying the foundation for perceiving the breathing of Heaven and Earth; the Learning Stage involves extensively studying and understanding predecessors' summaries of the laws of Heavenly Dao, preparing to rge with the breathing of Heaven and Earth; while the Heavenly Communication Stage is when one formally communicates with the breathing of Heaven and Earth.
Since these three stages can be practiced simultaneously, they are sotis collectively referred to as "Heavenly Communication." The three realms under Nourishing Life Master correspond exactly to the Ancient thod's Enlightennt, Xuanzhao, and Fasting.
Human World:
The second major realm, where Modern Cultivators' cultivation improves extrely fast. To prevent the cultivation from exceeding the limit a cultivator can handle, causing damage to ntal state or loss of Dao Heart, Modern Cultivators suppress their cultivation's speed of improvent in this realm and focus instead on strengthening their ntal state through training, thereby nad the "Human World."
The Human World also divides into three realms: Qi Cultivation, Foundation Establishnt, and Core Formation. This realm is almost no different from the Ancient thod.
During the Qi Cultivation Stage, one borrows from Heaven and Earth to gather Outer Heaven Spiritual Energy and refine it into mana.
In the Foundation Establishnt Stage, one uses mana to cast a Magic Foundation.
During the Core Formation Stage, an inner core is congealed upon the basis of the Magic Foundation.
Great Grandmaster:
The third major realm, this level demands a higher understanding of the laws of Heaven and Earth, and mana becos less important. Those who reach this realm are entitled to be called grandmasters.
Great Grandmaster is divided into: Primordial Spirit Stage, Void Refining Period, and Nirvana Period.
After the Modern thod's Core Formation, the practitioner centers on the Golden Core and, based on their own Magic Foundation, builds the soul into a "small Heaven and Earth" that operates according to the laws of the Heavenly Dao, known as Primordial Spirit.
Once the small Heaven and Earth within the Primordial Spirit resembles the greater Heaven and Earth to a certain extent, one may then refine mana directly from the nihility of Outer Heaven without relying on the breathing of Heaven and Earth, a process of endless continuation, known as Void Refining.
Ultimately, the small Heaven and Earth elevates the physical body in an ongoing process of sublimation, known as Nirvana.
Carefree Travel:
The fourth major realm is divided into only one level, the "Carefree Stage."

The levels of the Ancient thod are divided into: Xuanzhao, Enlightennt, Fasting, Qi Cultivation, Foundation Establishnt, Core Formation, Nascent Soul, Divine Separation, Unification, and Mahayana.
After the period of Core Formation using the Ancient thod, one must nurture a new Magic Body embryo within the Golden Core, called Nascent Soul. Alchemy Shattering Infant Formation signifies the Nascent Soul Stage. After the Nascent Soul Stage, the practitioner continuously rges the Primordial Spirit with the Nascent Soul, capable of Divine Separation, possessing infinite marvelous uses, which is called the Divine Separation Stage. The Body Integration Realm is when the Nascent Soul and the physical body beco one, forging the supre Magic Body.
The level divisions of the Demon Clan are: Spirit Awakening, Qi Storage, Core Formation, Transfiguration/Transformation, Divine Skills, Demon God, Mahayana.
Unawakened spirit beasts are collectively known as ferocious beasts.
