She ca to see the gastroenterologist, so why was she being asked about boyfriends and intercourse?

"Doctor... are you saying... I might be pregnant?" Lin Banxia was completely stunned. Her beautiful eyes widened in disbelief.
The doctor glanced at her curiously. "If you’re pregnant, wouldn’t you have so idea yourself?"

"At the hospital," Lin Banxia replied with mixed emotions.
"What’s wrong? Are you sick?" Huo Yanting’s tone beca instantly concerned.
"No, Huo Yanting, you’re going to be a dad!" Lin Banxia wasn’t sure how to respond and ended up cheerfully congratulating him.
"Banxia, what did you say?" Huo Yanting clearly hadn’t processed her words and sounded sowhat incredulous.
