Everyone had headed to their designated rooms according to the keys Chrono Nexus had given them. However, because she had purposely caused the number of rooms available to be insufficient, it was obvious that two people would have to share one room.

Akun gazed at Chrono Nexus intensely, crossing his arms over his chest, as he asked, "What are you doing?"

Chrono Nexus, lounging comfortably on Akun's bed with her hands behind her head, smiled lazily as she replied, "Obviously, I'm getting ready to sleep."

Akun narrowed his gaze, his eyes flashing with irritation. He stepped closer and clarified, "That's not what I'm asking. What I an is, what do you think you're doing here, in my room?"

Chrono Nexus sat up, adopting an expression of feigned innocence as she explained, "Unfortunately, due to the tournant and all the people looking for rooms," she shrugged lightly, "even my all-knowing self as the goddess of ti and knowledge could not secure enough rooms."

Akun, his irritation growing more obvious, rubbed his temple and said, "I find that hard to believe."

Chrono Nexus waved a dismissive hand, her eyes twinkling mischievously. "Don't be like that," she said, swinging her legs off the side of the bed and standing up. She took a few steps towards him, then added, "Since I didn't find enough rooms, I couldn't possibly tell the others to not sleep in a room of their own.

I couldn't inconvenience them like that, but I also have to sleep in a room, so it was obvious I would have to share a room with soone."

She stopped right in front of him, looking up into his eyes with a playful smile. "And who better to share a room with than you? You are my darling, after all."

Akun let out a sigh as he said, "Is that so?"

Chrono Nexus crossed her arms around his neck, leaning in close. "Of course you are," she purred.

Akun's gaze eased up as he then said, "Guess I don't have a choice then."

As he spoke, Chrono Nexus' cheeks reddened, her smile widening with anticipation.

The next instant, Akun's door swung open, and before Chrono Nexus could react, he threw her out of his room. He backed the door and locked it, speaking from beyond the closed door. "Go back to the Library of Knowledge and Ti, Nexus. I doubt you even need to sleep, considering the fact you're a goddess."

Chrono Nexus rose to her feet, brushing herself off as she pouted saying, "Darling, you're being so cruel to ."

From behind the door, Akun's voice ca through, firm and unyielding. "I'm not in the mood for any drama right now."

Chrono Nexus stood outside Akun's door, feeling fustrated and hurt. She had expected him to be more accommodating, considering what they're shared together. With a heavy sigh, she turned and walked down the hallway, her steps echoing in the silence of the inn.

Opening up a rift, she made her way to the library, she couldn't shake off the feeling of rejection. Akun's actions had stung more than she cared to admit. Despite being a goddess, she was not immune to emotions, especially when it ca to matters of the heart.

Now in the library, Chrono Nexus let out a sigh, her shoulders slumping slightly. "Guess since I couldn't spend ti with my darling, I should do my job as the goddess of ti."

She steeled herself as a fire lite up in her eyes, she walked up to the Book of Existence. Stretching out her hands, she began to channel her powers, causing the book to glow softly. With a flick of her wrist, she enlarged it and made it hover above her.

Gazing up at the massive to, she thought to herself, "Seems they are about to make another big move, I hope with this, I'll be able to track them down." For so weeks now, Chrono Nexus has been sensing ripples in ti. The actions of unknown individuals were causing the future to change drastically.

She flipped through the pages, each turn revealing complex patterns of ti and existence. "I've been trying to track down the cause," she mused futher, her voice. "But it seems like the people responsible for this are managing to keep their very existence hidden from the Book of Existence itself."

Her fingers traced the glowing lines of text, her eyes narrowing in concentration. "But with all the actions they've taken recently, I'm sure with just a bit more effort, I'll finally find them."

Chrono Nexus suddenly witnessed a fragnt of the future change in her mind. Her vision honed in on Arindale, the land of the elves. The serene ceremony she observed was suddenly thrown into chaos. But that wasn't the issue—this chaos was part of what was originally supposed to happen tonight. Continue your journey with My Virtual Library Empire

Sothing else caught her attention: a man with a pair of horns, clad in golden black and silver armor. He stood out starkly against the backdrop of the elven ceremony, his very presence emanating an aura that felt out of place and ti. It was obvious he wasn't from this tiline.

Chrono Nexus's eyes widened as she scrutinized the figure. "Who are you?" she whispered to herself. "And what are you doing here?"

She focused her powers on the image, and proceed to use a skill, "Activate god skill: All seeing eye." She mused, attempting to glean more information. But unfortunately the man's aura pulsed with an energy that was foreign and powerful, disrupting the natural flow of ti around him.

As the goddess of knowledge and ti, Chrono Nexus naturally had the ability to know the nature of all things due to her awareness of the mont they co into existence. Thus, she knows all things and everything about everyone. However, for so reason, the man she saw in these flashes did not fall under her power, even with her god skill, the All-Seeing Eye.

She couldn't determine anything about him. It was almost as if so sort of unpredictable force was directly causing the known to beco unknown.

"I had a feeling, but now I'm certain. He's an anomaly," she realized, her heart racing with both excitent and fear. "I need to capture him imdiately. Once I do, I'm sure I'll be able to find the others that are working with him to cause these ripples in ti."

Chrono Nexus narrowed her gaze, her eyes sharpening with a mix of curiosity and concern. "But besides all that," she murmured, her voice tinged with perplexity, "I can't help but sense that there is sothing inside of him that resonates with , like he is a part of sohow. The familiarity is so keen, it's bizarre."

She furrowed her brows, deep in thought, and slowly ran her fingers along the edge of the hovering Book of Existence. The glowing to pulsed gently, reflecting her inner turmoil.

Letting out a long, weary sigh, she continued, her voice softer, almost introspective. "I hope he isn't soone I am not supposed to be aware of yet, considering the fact that he is here from the future."
