“I don’t know, Lily, I can just feel it; it seems to be related to the dream I had last night—the one where a volcano erupted but out ca a tree,” Willem said seriously. “I thought it was just a simple dream, but it wasn’t.”
“Can you explain it more clearly?” Lily asked.
“I can’t explain much, just that my round shield is telling
the amber starlight is there.” Willem had inherited an amber worm from his family legacy, this one nad Round Shield, which had assisted his great-grandfather Wester Ginnari’s ascension as Lord of the Dragon Domain.
“Does Round Shield know what this amber starlight is for?”
“Round Shield can’t explain clearly… but vaguely, I can feel it’s guiding , as though it wants to guide
to the place of that volcano, that tree.”
“How do we go there?”
“I don’t know.”
“Then let’s not worry about it for now, let’s go fight. I’ve already grasped the mysteries of life and death in the horn of a Pseudo-Kinnaly Dragon, and I desperately need a battle to vent!” Pseudo-Kinnaly Dragon Lily, brimming with fighting spirit, was also a Phantom Beast that understood the value of effort.

“Having witnessed the power of Ice Cream, that power which transcends elental forces, Shadowfla’s heart is stirring.” The Shadowfla Dragon’s forelimb claws, holding a cluster of hope, looked down contemplatively. “Just as you said, perhaps the real hope is hidden in Amber Dreamland.”
“Have you decided?”
“I have decided.”
“Good,” Russell smiled, “Trust
and Ice Cream; you won’t regret making this choice.”
“Shadowfla does not consider what regrets may co. Once a choice is made, Shadowfla steps forward with courage and diligence!” With that, the Shadowfla Dragon opened its mouth wide and directed a blast of Original Dragon Fla at the hope resting upon its claw.
Flas scorched, and hope crackled sharply.
Monts later.
An amber stone remained in the Shadowfla Dragon’s forepaw, then slowly lted, seeping into the dragon’s claw, disappearing without a trace.
Hope was gone, but the path to Amber Dreamland was vividly revealed before the Shadowfla Dragon’s eyes.
It glanced at Russell.
Russell, understanding the gesture, sat down on the throne atop the Shadowfla Dragon’s head; the next mont, the Shadowfla Dragon took a massive step forward.
It didn’t hit a wall, but instead vanished completely, leaving only the slowly churning magma behind.
