When Tang Moyu and her twins arrived ho at Peach Blossom Garden, she was surprised to see a car parked in front of her house. She wasn't expecting any guests today as they just recently ca back from Beijing.
Auntie Lu ca to greet them at the front door and helped her with their luggages.
"Auntie Lu, were we expecting any guests today?" Tang Moyu asked her housekeeper as she shed her outer coat while her twins ran towards the kitchen to get sothing to drink. They were followed by their nursemaids, who helped them pour water into their glasses.
"Young Master Li ca this morning, Moyu. He's with Mr. Qin at the mont." The old woman replied.
"Li Yuanyi?" Tang Moyu was shocked. She never thought that Li ili's brother would co to her place at all. What did he want this ti? She wondered.
"Did he say why he ca today? ili was with us earlier. She didn't ntion anything about her brother at all." She told Auntie Lu.
"Ah, well, he said he didn't co here to see you. He asked for Mr. Qin instead. I wasn't aware that they knew each other, Moyu." The older woman said.
Tang Moyu was caught off guard by the information. She also didn't expect Li ili's brother to be acquainted with Feng Tianyi. For him to co here to et the devil must an that sothing urgent has co up.
"Mr. Qin said he will be waiting for you at the guest house for lunch. Do you need anything else, Moyu?" Auntie Lu said before wheeling the luggage with her to the newly installed lift in Tang Moyu's house.
"No. I'll take a shower first. Please help the twins change into their ho clothes before bringing them to the guest house. Thanks, Auntie Lu." Tang Moyu said as she took the stairs, leaving her twins with their nursemaids. She needed to make a few phone calls and a quick shower before joining them for lunch.
Since Li Yuanyi didn't co here to see her, there's no need for her to rush herself. She let the two n have a private conversation on their own. Still, she was curious as to how Feng Tianyi beca acquainted with Li ili's brother.
"Moyu, it's been a while." Li Yuanyi shook her hand as he rose from his seat across her. "Sorry for my unannounced visit. Although, I must admit I didn't expect that Feng Tianyi has been living here with you for so ti now."
"No problem. I'm also surprised you know each other." Tang Moyu took a seat between Feng Tianyi and Little Star. Once she was seated, she felt Hunter curling himself beneath the table next to her feet.
"We've worked together before." Feng Tianyi was the one who explained it. "Li Yuanyi ca here to ask for another favor."
Since Tang Moyu already knew the fact that he was the devil before eting her, there was no need to hide the details from her anymore.
"Is that so?" She eyed the two n, but decided not to probe anymore since it wasn't her business.
Tang Moyu helped her daughter remove the fish bones from her food and wiped her chin clean.
"Aren't you going to ask what the favor is?" Feng Tianyi rested his chin on one hand and looked at the empress.
"It's a personal matter, isn't it? It's not my business to poke my nose in it." Tang Moyu said before starting to eat her al once she was done helping her daughter.
Feng Tianyi laughed before eyeing Li Yuanyi, who fell silent during their conversation.
"Actually, I think he's asking the wrong person here, Moyu. I told him he should ask his sister, or better yet, Lin Qianrou's assistance rather than seeking my help."
Tang Moyu chewed slowly then looked at Li Yuanyi curiously.
"Is it about ng Yanran?" She asked Li Yuanyi.
The mont she uttered those words, she saw the other man squird uncomfortably on his seat. If Li ili hadn't told her about Li Yuanyi being smitten with Lin Qianrou's cousin, she wouldn't have been aware of it.
"Oh, so you know about Miss ng?" Feng Tianyi asked in Li Yuanyi's stead.
"Not that much." The empress admitted. "I only know she's Qian's cousin and was previously involved with Xu Wenyang before they got married." Which was the truth. She didn't ask Li ili more about ng Yanran because she respected their privacy.
"I see." Feng Tianyi rubbed his chin and looked at Li Yuanyi's direction. "You know you can easily find ng Yanran on your own. Why are you still asking for my help?"
Li Yuanyi sighed and brought down his chopsticks. He would if he could, but he was sure as hell this would reach his parents' ears even before he could send soone to look for ng Yanran.
"Because I want this to keep this under wraps. My parents wouldn't be pleased if they find out that I'm still looking for ng Yanran. They don't approve of her."
"Give three days. We will be able to find her exact location by then. But what do I get from it?" Feng Tianyi questioned him. "You know how my favor works."
"Then what do you want? You aren't asking to hand you one of my restaurants again, are you?" Li Yuanyi answered him with a question.
"Huh?" Tang Moyu lifted her head in surprise. Feng Tianyi did that? His favors were really expensive!
The devil laughed and shook his head. He based the cost of his services on the favor asked of him.
"No, not this ti. But I want you to give Moyu one of your VIP platinum cards. I hate to see my woman eating fast food while at work." He smiled at the other man.
