Gu Yuyao also dropped by with Li ili as they needed to talk about the Gu heiress's upcoming wedding. Since Li ili was a popular fashion designer, Gu Yuyao wanted to hear her opinion over the bridal dress she would wear for the ceremony.
Looking at her friends and how her little buns smiled and giggled with them brought warmth into Tang Moyu's heart. She'd never thought that coming back here would allow her and her children to experience such bliss.
"Mommy! Uncle Ji!" Xiao Bao and Little Star ran towards them at the sa ti the mont they noticed their presence.

"That's good! Yu Gege and I will help you, Uncle!" Little Star said enthusiastically.
anwhile, the little boy gave his mother a big hug as Tang Moyu lifted him from the ground. Ah, it had only been a few months since they ca back from abroad, but Xiao Bao and Little Star were growing up too fast for her liking. Perhaps, she needed to spend more ti with them in the future, or else she would definitely miss most of their milestones and their younger years.
"Did you behave while we were gone? You didn't give your Uncles any trouble?"
Xiao Bao shook his head.
"No, Mommy. We behaved and just played. We played outside with Luo Gege and Hunter earlier, but it beca too hot so we decided to play inside." He turned to her, his lips curving into a smile. Seeing his smile, Tang Moyu couldn't help but think that her son had the sa grin as Feng Tianyi whenever he was feeling mischievous.
Tang Moyu?gently pinched his chubby cheek before kissing his head. Dear Lord, she must have lost everything five years ago, but having Xiao Bao and Little Star in her life was the best thing that ever happened to her.
They were just so perfect, so loveable that it made her heart hurt thinking about so people looking down on them, such as her own mother. Tang Moyu didn't know what she'd done to deserve her twins, but she was damn sure she would do her best to make sure they were experiencing the happiest childhood.
Once they settled inside the houseTang Moyu excused herself and asked Lu Tianxin for a short talk. Gu Yuyao and Li ili joined them shortly after and they brought tea and snacks with them to the porch where the cousins were.
After her talk with Feng Tianyi, she started to reconsider her options. She also didn't think Lu Tianxin should get involved with Ye Xiaozu if they actually had a history together.
"Should I really need to be concerned, Moyu? We only see each other now because of business matters, nothing else." Lu Tianxin said grimly, her eyes watching the fallen leaves being carried away by the breeze that passed in the vast garden.
If only she could push aside her feelings or forget what happened in the past, perhaps she wouldn't be as conflicted to et Ye Xiaozu again.
"I'll agree with Moyu, Miss Lu. I think you shouldn't mix your personal affairs with this. If Ye Xiaozu made you uncomfortable, Moyu and I can take over this project." Gu Yuyao comnted.
"Ye Xiaozu? You an the brother of that deceased artist, Ye Yii?" Li ili blinked as she took a bite of her delicious mocha cake. No wonder her best friend Moyu would rather co ho than join her for dinner outside. Qin Jiran was one hell of a cook.
"You know about her, ili?" Now, that wasn't sothing Tang Moyu hadn't expected from her best friend. But thinking about it, Li ili was a social butterfly. It would make sense why she would be acquainted with other prominent personalities in Shenzhen.
Li ili winked at her.
"Of course, I do. We've collaborated before, back when I was just starting with fashion designs. She's one of my muses and helped improve my artistic streaks," she boasted to the three won.
"Anyway, she died from cancer seven years ago, but there were rumors before her death that the reason she was kicked out of the Ye family was because she got pregnant out of wedlock, which didn't make sense to at all."
Upon hearing those words, Lu Tianxin visibly shivered in her seat and imdiately looked away. She hadn't thought that so people would still rember old rumors about Ye Yii.
"Tianxin, what's wrong?" Tang Moyu asked, her eyes never leaving her cousin. Why would Lu Tianxin react to Li ili's words like this? Did she know sothing about Ye Yii?
Lu Tianxin took a deep breath and sighed. It seed like she had no other choice but to admit the truth to Tang Moyu. Her son was already aware of the truth anyway and had accepted it willingly.
"The rumors were right, Moyu. Sister Yii was pregnant. However, she was also diagnosed with cancer at the sa ti." She shut her eyes as her voice trembled with grief. "And no, the child isn't dead.
